Worthwhile
I like the fact that it’s portable. The battery runs out quickly. It’s good for small area but larger area is a struggle as it needs bit of an effort.

Battery doesn’t last long
Battery doesn’t last long (about an hour on boost mode); should have both options. I put the cleaning product in a spray bottle to spray the surface before vacuuming the surface.

Water leak
Water leak from below , I thought it could be a fault and changed the product for a new one and it continues with the same sad story. Every time I fill the tank with water and install it, it starts to leak a lot of water from the bottom of the machine.

Never buy this battery did not last even for five minutes
my sister gifted me this on Thanksgiving I was just trying to clean up my sofas, but the battery died in less than five minutes and I put it on charge so it took two hours to charge it so I don't think It's worth it two hours charging just to clean five minutes. Very disappointed waste of money.

HORRIBLE customer service
Our machine is brand new and we have not be able to use it since the battery will not charge. I have tried calling to speak to someone at customer service and hold tomes are more than 2 hours. no one ever picked up. Are they really that busy with complaints?

Carpet is like new
I bought this for the stairs and it performs amazingly. I am super-impressed with the cleaning quality, the suction power, and the ease that comes from it being cordless. I literally LOVE this machine. It not only erases stains, but it pulls the dirt from the carpet making it look and feel new. I have seen some negative reviews on the battery and those are not accurate. I get a solid 25 minutes run time and it takes about 1 hour to fully charge. Setting the machine up with solution and cleaning the tanks are easy. The tool to flush the hose is a nice addition. The machine is well engineered. I am very happy with this purchase.

I was able to clean one 4' by 4' stair landing and two normal stairs before the battery needed to be recharged. And, the battery takes a couple of hours to recharge. If Hoover develops a long lasting battery, this would have been a 5 star rating. The battery is only good for small stains or areas that require no more than 5 minutes.

Great for Pet Messes!

Vacuums suction not strong enough but loved the steam mop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this small vacuum especially for my cars. Tried it and didn't like the suction on it, it really didn't perform the way I was expecting it. However I got the steam mop for free and that one I did love! I withhold totally recommend that to anyone

No I would not buy again.
Battery holds a charge for only 10 mins and 30 seconds. Then I have to wait 30 mins for the Battery to cool down just to be able to charge it again. I am very disappointed
