I have two dogs and two kids and bought the Hoover clean slate to clean up occasional accidents from the dogs and particularly dirty spots on rugs. When I first used it, it did a great job cleaning up the messes with little residue although the wand was leaking water somewhat was able to manage it. I haven't used it for a couple of months and now it will not spray at all, which is super frustrating, which is why I gave it three stars. It's very lightweight and convenient to move from room to room, but I do think that the sprayer has been an issue with a number of other reviews and Hoover should do more work to ensure that they are selling a quality product that is reliable.

Doesn't last. I cleaned my steps and then cleaned the unit before putting it away. A year later I got it out to clean a spot. The sprayer will not work...like many others state. Won't prime, isn't clogged. It's useless. What a waste.

I’ve been using this for over a year in a house with dogs and small kids. It’s saved my rugs and carpets from all sorts of messes. At one point the sprayer stopped working but the next time I used it it worked great and has continued to ever since.

Nozzle constantly got stuck on, googled it and it's a common problem. The hose plastic is thin and also broke after a few uses. Not worth it.

I had high hopes for this one but within the first couple days it began leaking water out of the bottom the entire time I used it - creating an additional mess of dirty water from the item I was originally cleaning. I was not doing anything outrageous, simply cleaning my couch which I’ve done monthly with my Bissell before. I purchased this after giving the Bissell to my friend since she has a dog and could not be more disappointed. The machine was amazing at first then within 2 days leaked, sprayed constantly, leaked from the constant spray. I have tried to get in touch with support but constantly get automatic replies and no help. I can’t urge you enough to not purchase this.

I had a Little Green for about 5 years that finally broke. I got this one due to good reviews.. but it wasn't for me. Cons: - Very very small water and waste containers - Water only sprays out of the middle third of the head - Brush/rubber pulled at fabric Pros: - Self cleaning brush - Good suction TLDR: I returned it and got a Little Green Pet Pro and prefer that 100% more

Paid a lot for this machine (Clean Slate) as I have found that the Little Green machine has poor suction. I should not have assumed another Hoover product would be better. It was randomly used for just a few months when suction was lost. Turns out the hose split at/near handle! I see another review pic with the same issue.

The device stopped working, it doesn't turn on, it makes strange noises and left the sofa half-finished.Terrible, a very poor quality product and they have disappointing customer service, although they are very quick to receive purchase orders. Very disappointed.

I have 1 dog and a cat, I usually clean my sofa every 3 months, I bought the machine on November 11th of last year, that is, this would be the fourth time I have used it, while I was using the device, it stopped working, it stopped, and it did not turn on again, the motor makes strange noises, and it does not suck, I would like help as soon as possible, just like they do to sell, today is Sunday, and if you want to buy the

I need an answer or my money back, this is really disappointing.

This was purchased for me as a gift in 2022, it randomly stopped working a year later so Hoover sent me a replacement. Well, it's been another year and the hose has completely ripped open. All I use this for is cleaning my couch and small messes. Absolutely NO reason it should completely RIP. This product is cheaply made and I will NEVER buy from Hoover. Ever. Don't waste your money.

Used it 3 times in 4 months, worked great. Didn’t need it until about 9 months later and it doesn’t work. I followed the directions perfectly for storing and cleaning. It won’t spray the cleaner now. I’ve tried trouble shooting with their website and that doesn’t work.
