Does not suction at all,like other reviewers said , the dirty water tank was empty and half the clean water tank was out. It started making a loud high pitched noise I got worried and turned it off. Will be returning.

Horrible machine
This machine is THE WORST! It’s not easy getting the clean water tank on/off the machine & the way the interior is angled it’s impossible to get all the water out of it to dry. The water comes out of the hose in a stream, not a spray so it soaks whatever you’re spraying. The vacuum/suction did not work at all. The dirty water tank was completely dry, not even a drop of water inside. Awful machine. Don’t waste your money or your time on this!

Lots of fake reviews
Doesn't deep clean. You'll find that must of the 5 star reviews are paid influencers. The spray function simply gets the surface wet (barely) and doesn't have the capability to deep clean surfaces. Also the suction is somewhat weak.

Weak suction
The suction on this is terrible! After spraying the couch there wasn’t enough suction to pick the water back up! The dirty tank was dry as a bone. Horrible!

Not worth the price
The sprayer doesn’t work because the cleaning solution just pours out that is when you can finally get the tank in place and then it’s impossible to get any remaining water out of the tank so it can be dried out for storage This cleaner shouldn’t be this difficult to use

Yikes
Wow the disappointment I felt when I tried to use this. All it did was get the stain wet. Suction isn't strong enough to lift all the liquid out, it doesn't have a steam option to help lift the stain, and it says not to use hot water on this machine. Not worth $100.

First time use failure!!!
Just when I thought that maybe I got it right this time...I was wrong. I started shampooing my steps and things were going fine. About halfway up, I noticed that the water was not spraying out as before. I took the top off, looked inside the hose, etc..., but still nothing helped. What a waste. Do not purchase!!!!
