Missing crevice tool
I’m only giving this handheld a two because the crevice tool is missing. I was using it and decided to put the part on and couldn’t find it in the box. Since I paid regular price for the thing it sucks even more than if I’d gotten it on sale. On sale or not I would still return it. I don’t waste money. I can’t honestly say how the suction is because I haven’t used it long enough to know.

Shipped someones already used item.
After two days of delayed shipping, I finally received the item for it to have been very poorly repackaged or secured ( no plastics wraps nothing to hold items secure in its box) All items were just thrown into Its original box and very, obviously used since the brush head still had all the dust and hair on it from whoever returned it along with finger prints and scratches.. Shame on Target for not even quality checking the items when they get returned and straight up shipping them to somebody else.

After a month of usage it’s working well. Good suction, good battery life, and charges quickly. However, not having a wall mount available is a big miss. When not in use or charging it’s just kind of in the way. All our other hand vacs had a convenient mount, this is the first vac that left out that feature.

Thought this hand held vacuum was good for pet hair with a more powerful suction, but was very disappointed. Also the charge only lasts 10 minutes. It's OK for very quick clean ups but I purchased more for use in my car after taking my dog for a ride, to the vet and such.
