I'm a big fan of my lil' Dirt Devil Grab & Go, so it's disappointing this larger, more expensive vacuum has none of the same benefits. Really low suction, really fast filter clogging, kind of a pain to empty.

Planned obselesence. Bought one 3 years ago, stopped working after normal usage. Makes a high pitch noise and air intake is reduced. Cleaned all the filters and everything. Product was good when it worked thourgh. Expect the product to eventually break just by existing and being used moderately.

Terrible product
Way more of a headache to use than just sweeping or dusting and cleaning. Heck, I'd rather use a lint roller or packing tape to pick up dust and debris over this thing. It was bought as a gift for me from a loved one which was very much appreciated, but I have to say, after giving it many, many, many tries with different areas and debris/dust, it just does not do anything worthwhile. There is a flap that remains stuck more often than not, and the amount of suction you get is pretty laughable. You can feel the air leaking from all over the plastic components when you block the nozzle to try and create a seal. All in all, I'll stick with my normal vacuum, broom, etc.

Exactly what we wanted!
Our old Shark finally wore out. After researching new cordless handhelds, no new model emerged as a frontrunner. However, the Dirt Devil Whole Home model seemed to fit our needs so we ordered from Target. After 2 days of operation, it's perfect! Easy to use and an excellent value. Well-designed and plenty of vacuum power. Quite pleased with our decision.

I looked in the box again and again, EVERYWHERE for the cord that youre suppossed to plug into the charging base and found nothing. Looked online and nothing came up. Not a very good price for something thay doesnt even come with a charging cord.

Horrible Product, if you have dust on the floor it won't pick it up. If you contact customer service be prepared to not be believed they need video proof it doesn't work.

If I could give ZERO stars to this, I would. Same as it sucked up NOTHING. Used it brand new, cleaned out the filter -- didn't matter. It could barely suck up hair!! Even dust! Do not waste your money on this.
