I have tried for two years to purchase one but it is always “sold out”. I contacted them in early October and was told it was on backorder. I have looked at the website every day since Oct 6th and it still says sold out. Good luck!

Filter unavailability
I purchased this product a few years ago. The vacuum itself works very well however I have to rinse the original filter which is now coming apart, because for two years I have not been able to buy replacement filters which are only available on the dirt devil website which always says it is sold out. When I contacted their customer support on October 4th I was told the filters are on backorder and I should just keep checking. I have checked the website every day since then to no avail. I would not recommend this vacuum because of the unavailability of the filter.

Why continue to sell a product that you will never be able to get a replacement filter for? The filters are sold out on this site and not available anywhere!!!! Not even a generic exists. Don't buy this unless you never intend on replacing the filter. The filter do have has been washed to death.

Handy Dirt Devil hand vacuum!
Usually Dirt Devil is not a brand I normally buy from previous experiences, but this item was a great find. I initially bought it for my sister for her bday, but since she never used it, I decided to try it myself. Great suction power and is pretty easy to clean. Lightweight so I can easily use it in areas around the home where my upright vacuum can’t reach. Only downside is the power trigger is easily touched too often as I am cleaning it and it turns on when I don’t need it to be on.

Impossible to clean fully
I'm extremely frustrated that I can't fully clean this thing. See photos - there are these super unnecessary nooks in the front part of the vacuum. I've tried so many things to squeeze in there and clean it out, including rinsing but it will not get clean. Otherwise, it's great. I use it to vacuum up the stray litter from the litter box everyday. I keep it on the charger in the corner of my dining room, like a Roomba. Please fix the design so there aren't little slots where dirt gets stuck!!!

Poorly made
Worked well for over a year and then it became impossible to remove the cap to empty the dirt no matter what I did. Great product but very poor design. Also the charge doesn’t last after having it a while

Disappointed.
Purchased this recently. The User Manual is filled with "Do Not's," but gives no way to order replacement filters, not does is show a Model No. in the manual. It only calls it a "Grab & Go." When I go to order a replacement filter online, it wants a Model No. Dirt Devil could have done a LOT better with this one.

Best hand held vac I’ve owned; however, defect in canister design does not allow full cleaning leaving unsightly dirt behind.

Small and super efficient
The power of suction is incredible for its size, is very ligh and perfect to keep it in the trunk of the car. I use it to clean the mess of my child in the backseat and tight spaces.

Excellent product
Rcvd as a christmas gift. I love it!!! I use mine just about every day to pick up the fur bunnies my dog leaves me. Also good for cleaning up crumbs, coffee grinds, etc. love love love it.
