Mine is revving up way high and will burn out off.
I bought a little over a year ago and motor whines super high and gets overheated right away.

It has cylindrical filter not interchangeable with the previous version (square). Batteries work well.

Only worked for a year till it was clogged and there’s no way to unscrew it to unclog decent while it worked though

Bulky battery for a handheld Vaccum
The battery is too bulky and heavy for a handheld vacuum. I like Hoover product. However, this is not my favorite. Maybe UBS charger will be preferable.

Powerful Hand Vacuum
The had vacuum is very powerful and easy to use. We bought on a couple of years ago for our Motorhomes and love it. The had vacuum we had in the house isn’t very strong so we bought another Hoover. Threw the other one away.

Absolutely trash
This is by far the worst carpet cleaner I have ever used. I have tried to get a hold of people multiple times on their customer service line and can never get through to anyone. This carpet cleaner doesn't even let the water come out. It completely stopped working after the first time of it being used. If I could give this no stars I would. What a waste of money. I'm stuck with it because the store won't take it back either.

Phenomenal Product!!
Dirt Devil gave me this product to try, and life will never be the same. Works extremely well and has been able to clean up any number of messes our 3 dogs could cause. Have rented industrial carpet cleaners before and the difference is negligible with this product. Thank you Dirt Devil!

Amazing Machine!
LOVE this carpet cleaner! Very powerful for how light weight it is! My old one was bulky / heavy and had hard to reach areas when cleaning out. This one is so user friendly. I have a newly retired husband who had really bad track marks from in & out of his "man cave" and never thought they'd be gone! It did the best job of any other cleaner I have had! It also dries super quick! And again, it's so light weight, simple, and powerful! Assembly and clean up was a breeze. I am now more inclined to clean the carpet more often! Truly an enjoyable and rewarding experience! Pics reflect different time of day from start to dry with overhead lighting and natural morning light.

Revived our carpet.
