Piece of junk!!
DO NOT BUY! Total piece of junk, very poor suction on low pile carpet, have to run over the same area several times to get up only part of the dirt / cat fur. I don't see how it could do any taller pile carpet at all. Very hard to clean roller, just sorry I bought it.

I hate I have to give it 1 star…. It’s not worth the money. It works good for a few uses but after that it acts as if it clogged up but you take it apart and it’s not. It’s a waste of money…..

Piece of garbage
Terrible quality. I had an older version of this vacuum that was a total trooper and seemingly indestructible. Then I used it to suck clover mites and didn't feel comfortable reusing it so I got this piece of garbage, thinking it would be superior to the old version. Nope. Hard to push, emptying cannister was a mess, almost cut my hand trying to get cannister back in, completely stopped suctioning just over 90 days later.

Skip this one if youre serious about keeping a busy household clean
This vacuum is incredibly frustrating, but also lightweight and affordable. Here are the pros and cons: Pro: relatively cheap, in stock, easy to assemble and use out of the box, see-thru collection bin lets you know when to empty Cons: narrow beater bar, LOUD, very difficult to push on thick carpet, a messy disaster every time you empty the bin (seriously, it’s almost funny at this point), short cord, short upright body length, falls over when you use the attachment hose. Would I buy again? Nope. Would I recommend? Only to people I don’t like and want to see suffer. Why am I keeping it? New puppy ate the cord of my other vacuum and I’m desperate to keep cleaning as much as possible. This vacuum is just not practical or efficient enough for everyday use. Maybe as a convenience tool in a small studio with hard flooring. But in a busy household with carpets, pets, and kids, it’s worse than bad.

Ordered this online... it showed up with a piece broken. Got a replacement. It had issues, too. Now on my third one and the hose no longer stays in place when I want to vacuum the floor without the hose accessory. Not sure why they even sell this.

begging for the landfill
this is the largest piece of garbage i've ever bought. it took me about ten minutes to break the piece of junk, the instructions had pictures of the wrong model on it, it didn't pick up ANY dirt, fell over constantly, and none of the replaceable tubes stayed in place. whatever mentally disabled designer made money off this should be put in jail. you'd be better off picking up each piece of dust and lint by hand than using this landfill ready trash.

Worst vacuum ever. Got this vacuum in October... I'm online shopping for a new one because it doesn't work. The suction is terrible. I have carpet and hardwood floors and this vacuum is trash.. I had my previous vacuum for years , no way that I should have to buy a new one 7 months later

Only a few uses before literally starts smoking
I purchased this vacuum in January and only used it a handful of times -- mostly on rugs in two small rooms. Today, right after turning it on, I immediately smelled burning rubber and smoke began pouring out the bottom of the vaccum. It's past the return window and is now completely useless. A waste of money! Do not buy!!
