Q: Does this vaccum only pick up pet hair or can it pick up long human hair as well? If so will the long hair get tangled in the brushes?

Q: Would I have to clean the brushroll
A: It's not necessary, if any hair is wrapped around the brush roll, continue vacuuming, using Carpet/Low Pile mode on a bare floor surface, a low-pile carpet, or a small area rug. This will allow the self-cleaning brush roll to remove the hair wrap and send it to the dust cup.

Q: My current Shark only engages the soft roller when on the bare floor setting. Does this one function the same way? Or are both rollers always spinning, even on carpet?
A: Both rollers will spin and work at the same time as the soft roller will help to remove the hair stuck.
