One of the Best

I love the ease in using this vacuum. We have pets in the house and vacuum often. It pucks up so well. I especially love the attachment tools that come with it.

The WRX Suction is awesome however it seems the power fins tend to wear out quite quickly and some people could is there someone is there someone here who can walk me through getting fix election is awesome

Bring back these features

My vacuum broke (it was a Shark Apex DuoClean) and they replaced it under warranty, but they didn't have the same model anymore. I'm grateful for the replacement, but I really hate it, it's missing two of my favorite features! It doesn't have the same suction along the baseboards. The handle doesn't always click into place when I put the hand attachment back on. Switching from carpet to floor isn't as smooth. And the two most used features? They got rid of the easy access panel on top for the rollers. They also took away the light when you use the hand attachment. Those features made that vacuum awesome for a house with kids. 😒 I miss my old vacuum, it would literally suck up socks and Hot Wheels through the hand attachment 😆 (not on purpose). Their customer care is 100% on point though, and Shark has the ABSOLUTE BEST WARRANTIES! I'll keep buying Shark products. These little features really made a difference.

Great Vac!

Not the greatest for longevity

I bought this a few years back it was great in the first couple of years. After a while it loses suction and I found that the detaching handle that has the power button on either won’t come off or has issues staying attached then the vacuum won’t turn on. Overall great vacuum just some serious issues after a couple of years

Another Excellent Shark Investment

I replaced my damaged Stratos model and WOW! am I impressed. We have a Shark robot upstairs and another on the main floor to handle our yellow labrador retriever's shedding and dander, and use our Stratos for deeper cleaning and in areas the robots miss. The amount of deep gray, powerded dirt that the replacement model is vacuuming up where the robots and previous model didn't is quite noticeable. My wife also noticed without me pointing it out. Money well spent. Great service too! That's a shout out to my "peops" at Shark's call center in the Dominican Republic--home of Sammy Sosa. Thanks for all you do!

If I could give this a 4.5 I would. My only issue with it is that the attachment holders seem like an afterthought because you can only store two of the three it comes with on the vacuum. In addition to this, I got the corner attachment stuck on the peg you store them on because I pushed it down all the way which apparently you aren't meant to do. Otherwise it’s a great vacuum and pulled more dirt out of my carpets than I would have even known was in them

Difficult to maintain big roller, broke after 1 yr

This vacuum works really great, but only when it actually works. I've had the stratos for just over a year and now it doesn't work. The big roller wouldn't turn and I got the red head lights. It is a nightmare of a project to maintenence the big roller of hair gets wrapped around. So I read up and watched how-to videos, took several hours and a lot of screws (had to purchase special torque screwdrivers that had the hole) bit i got the roller off and indeed, it was really jammed with hair at the ends. Cleared the roller of all hair and got it rolling smoothly again. Put the power head back together and the vacuum ran really great for one room before it stopped working again. A lot of work for it to only vacuum one bedroom. This would be a great vacuum of it could be maintenence easier and had more replacement parts. No roller replacements, can only replace the power head from what I could find which is expensive. I regret my decision to go with this vacuum.

Unusable after 6 months

One month in, I would have given this The Shark Stratos DuoClean 5 stars. But I'm 6 months in, and it is completely unuseable. Believe the reviews about dirt/hair getting lodged up under the main roller where it is not accessible... about the main roller getting stuck and creating a burning rubber smell... about not being able to disassemble the housing to clean it because they use a special tool -- not a regular screwdriver, or hex screwdriver, or not even a regular torx screwdriver. Even a vaccuum repair shop told me they've filed a complaint against Shark for making their units self-unrepairable. Heading back to Target to attempt a return. Wish me luck.

Amazing power.

Amazing power. I'm very impressed. Our 14 year old Pet Boss continues to break down, but parts are no longer available. Research led me to the Stratos. Once I got it, I vacuumed with the Pet Boss and then followed up with the new Stratos. Wow. You could actually see the path where the Stratos had gone over what the Pet Boss left behind. Amazing.

Delivers as promised.

Bought about a month ago and absolutely love it. Living up to Shark's reputation and what it says it delivers it does. My hair isn't an issue with the no tangle rollers. It has a great, easy to clean dust canister. It's relatively light weight for the power it delivers. It's an easy transition to and from carpet types and hardwood. It picks up the baseboards and corners as well. The design for the tools is great, they haven't fallen off. Love it.

Just stopped working
