Q: I own a Versa cordless. Has been ideal to keep in upstairs loft. However, It now only runs a few seconds before it shuts off, even when plugged in. No obstructions, filters clean. Any thoughts?

This requires multiple passes and attempts to pick up debris. It will collect minimal dust and do the bare minimum but I would not purchase with the idea that you could use this for thorough carpet cleaning.

All they had to do is to have a little notch in the removable head to make sure it does NOT FALL OUT EVERY 3 minutes. Now it's just constant aggravation. Common product designers. Use your product for a week and improve it just a little. PLEASE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third one. I only bought a replacement because I couldn't find a filter for one. Annoying! This one has changed a bit, I like it because it's great for a spill on a bare floor. It's light and not too difficult to whip out. Parts should be available, however. The directions tell you to change the filter periodically but it's difficult to find one.

Essentially picks up nothing. If you have any rug or carpet, don’t waste your money. Picks up like half of the dirt on the hard wood. I got it because it was cheap and I figured it would be good enough… it wasn’t.

This is just the right vacuum for delicate area rugs. No bristle brush and very gentle suction. Corded is great because I don’t like dealing with recharging batteries. The only two problems are the filter is difficult to clean without getting super dusty. Also, the vacuum head doesn’t tilt all the way to the ground. So, you lose contact with the floor when trying to vacuum underneath beds and furniture. Overall, great tool for the price.

For what it was meant to do - light vacuuming - its excellent!! Gives my house a quick clean before i mop the floors. Everyone leaving bad reviews is expecting this vacuum to do all sorts of things, but the price point isn’t of that.

The suction is pretty good but the head of vacuum doesn’t stay flush against the floor. Kept having to step on the head to put it back down on floor

I purchased this awesome little device for easy clean up in my car from kiddos and pets. I love my Dirt Devil Simpli-Stik, this vacuum is a breeze to use. I have a faux fur rug in my room and my big vacuum was tearing it up, well now I don't have to stress about my rug or my dog trying to eat the vacuum anymore !
