Q: I bought this vacuum for my mom on Dec.19, 2021. It has no suction. If you use just the handheld it has suction-if you out it on the stick no suction. We have taken it apart & there is nothing plugged

Shortly after purchasing the vacuum, we inadvertently misplaced the filter adapter. With a call to Customer Care, we found out that the adapter was no longer available making the unit worthless.
The lack of support for a relatively new vacuum seems unacceptable.

Was well for a quick pickup. But after about 5th time using stopped properly picking up anything. Checked small duct and seems to constantly getting clogged quick with anything not going into the canister.

Excellent little vacuum! Great pickup. But, don’t watch the lamest video I’ve ever seen for a product! If I was planning a vacation I’d look at the video for ideas 😂. So, let me give you some tips. 1- remove handle push gray button and pull up. 2- remove vacuum depress black ridged button on underside to release floor piece. 3- to reattach press straight down on black floor piece nozzle and push long handle back into vacuum. The cup- silver button in front and remove chamber. Happy Spring Cleaning!!

Absolutely awful. It did a terrible job at vacuuming. I felt like it NEVER would fully clean. I constantly emptied it, cleaned the filter, etc. it’s just an awful product overall. The cord sucked, wouldn’t stay or stay tucked in. I just really don’t recommend it
