Q: I have had this vacuum for a few months & it will not suction properly anymore… will at times spit back out what it just vacuumed. Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions? I have cleaned out the filter, etc.

A: I have had several of these vacuums still do but the hair clogs them up quick! I use a wood skewer to pull the hair out from behind the roller brushes - it's a drag but when it's not clogged up it works great!

The first use it worked great, I emptied the canister and as soon as they put it back together, it’s working less and less. Help! Lol.

Q: Do you have to hold the button the whole time your vacuuming?

A: Basically yes. There's a button to turn it on, but it's about as powerful as sucking up dirt with a drinking straw, so you have to hold the button for "extra power" down the whole time.

After that you must plug it in once , turn it off and the use right pointer finger to turn on the light feature only. If you need to vacuum I suggest buying a Dyson spend 5 times as much as use that

A: It is super lightweight. I love it for that reason and because it works so well. If you have lots or solids to pick up the booster lever helps a lot.

We bought this in October We bought this in October 2023, less than 2 years ago. Up until this week, I loved it. Worked great and I recommended it to others; however, now, the battery is dead and will no longer charge. We only use this about once a week. Very disappointed that I now need to go try and find a new battery after less than two years. This should last longer than that!

I usually don't buy cordless vacuums because I prefer strong suction power, but I decided to give Shark a try. Unfortunately, this vacuum did not meet my expectations. It doesn't hold a charge for very long, especially when using the lever to increase suction. Additionally, the stronger suction it offers is still low compared to corded models, and having to hold the lever for that extra boost is quite inconvenient. Furthermore, it only comes with a crevice tool, which means it isn't suitable for upholstery cleaning—something I really value for both hard floors and upholstery. I am very disappointed and am considering returning this vacuum. In the meantime, I will search for a corded vacuum that offers strong suction and comes with a variety of attachment tools.

I purchased this over a year ago and wanted to give it a good test run. I am extremely happy with this vacuum. I use it for quick clean ups when I don't want to pull out my large vacuum. The charge lasts a long time and the charge light indicators are great, it charges quickly. Does a great job on the pet hair on both hard floors and rugs. The power boost is nice when needed. It is very maneuverable and easy to empty. The light on the front is nice. The price is very reasonable for the quality of this product.

I love these Shark pet vacuums! I have cats so this is a must in my house. I love the convenience of just going and vacuuming without having to unravel the cord etc. it’s super lightweight and easy to push. The battery life lasts about 40 minutes which is the perfect time for me to sweep my house. It’s not too loud at all. I highly recommend!

I have had this vacuum for 5 months and 5 days and it will no longer turn on. I have spent hours going through their troubleshooting articles, cleaning out rolls and filters, only to determine the battery won't charge. Do not waste your money on this!
