Cheap plastic part
I liked this vacuum for the first month I’ve had it. Today, after vacuum got clogged and the brush needed cleaning so went to take the brush head out of the base but the plastic lock that needs a coin to turn it open is disintegrating. With every attempt to turn it the plastic just crumbles off so the whole vacuum is unusable if I can’t get the brush out to clean out the clog!!

LOVE my Bissel Stick
I've had my Bissel for about 9 months and I LOVE it. I have a studio apt and it does a great job. I also like the detachablr "hand Vac." It's light and easy to maneuver. I wonder if people are buying this do do a whole house? It isn't designed for that.

Not worth it
Doesn’t work all that well, basically just a hand vacuum disguised as something more. Suction is pretty bad and it fills up extremely quickly so you’ll have to dump it more than once if you vacuum more than one room at a time.

I have Congestive Heart Failure (I quickly get short winded) and having a blond Welsh Corgi vacuuming is a daily must do ... we have dark hardwood floors. Also, being 75 vacuuming with cords are a hazard. This cordless vacuum is lightweight, has great attachments, gets into corners, does an excellent job of getting dog hair and dust off of my hardwood floors and area rugs. It even did a great job on the toast crumbs my hubby graciously left. The run time is only 20 minutes, but it quickly recharges.

Should have known better.
This vacuum maybe made it a year. It's held onto the hinge by 1 tiny screw. Otherwise, battery life wasnt terrible. Charging was pretty slow though. Power was adequate for low pile rugs/carpet or bare floor.

Absolutely love my little cordless stick vacuum. I have a whole house vacuum system but the stick vacuum makes it so easy to just pick up dirt and leaves, etc my dogs drag in, without having to drag out the long hose to my in house system. Plenty of run time to clean many areas and very easy to empty. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quick, easy to handle vacuum.
