Awful!
I was so unimpressed with this, it’s getting returned today. I’m able to use the bare floor setting for 5 minutes and carpet for 2 minutes before it dies, then it takes 2 hours to charge. I can run my hand over the carpet after vacuuming and see crumbs flying up. Totally worthless, don’t waste your money!

This beats a stick vacuum...
Just what I was looking for. This lightweight upright cordless replaced a stick vacuum which worked well but lacked an important upright feature. The majority of the stick vacuums won't stand on their own which is a downside to me. I have this stored just off my kitchen ready to tackle any trails left after making a snack or meal throughout the day. Not having to lug out the heavyweight vacuum for the small jobs makes the day much better. Love the features and the simplicity of this vacuum. Recommend.

Living on past glory?
After wearing out a older style cordless that was exceptional in every way we decided to buy another cordless. I believe this is the one, however last years model. If I was Shark Id be embarrased to sell this compared to the older versions. Weak, short lived, cheaply made toy of a Vac. Pretty sad.

Only for small messes, NOT powerful
Real life battery is only 10 minutes using carpet mode. This is not enough for a single room vacuumed properly. It would take me 1-2 weeks to vacuum my house with this due to the 5 hour charge time. The suction power is also terrible. You may get surface level cleaning, but that's it. I bought this Black Friday weekend, and I don't think it's worth the price with even that huge discount. The only thing this has going for it is that it's lightweight (good for disabled people like me) and an upright vacuum so that most of the weight of the device is on the floor instead of in your hand. Think of this more like a spot clean hand vac that you don't have to carry, maybe specifically for hard floors since the suction is so poor.

I just bought it a week ago, compared to other cordless vacuum cleaners I've bought, this is the best one, it sucks fine dust as well as dust particles well, it sucks very cleanly on wooden floors or carpets. In general, I highly appreciate this vacuum cleaner, the only unacceptable drawback is that the machine cannot vacuum under the bed, every time I put the machine under the bed, the suction head of the machine lifts up, I tried everything but it didn't work, I had to use another machine to vacuum under the bed. Shark needs to research this again for version II.

Batter runs out fast

My home is 900 sf, I can only vacuum half at a time because the battery runs out, I have carpet, and looks like the carpet setting uses much more battery power cause it just last 30 minutes!
