[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to try out the Shark Stratos 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop and couldn’t be more impressed by it! Right out of the box, it was super easy to setup and got to work right away! Once you plug it in and download the app, it goes around your house to map it out. Then, you can easily customize all of your settings on the app like when you want it to run, if you want it to vacuum, mop or both, which rooms it should clean, etc. It’s amazing what this thing can do! It has sensors and a spin brush to make sure that it doesn’t miss anything from the edges when it vacuums. It also lifts itself over obstacles like rugs so that it doesn’t get stuck. The mop “shakes” from side to side so it genuinely gets your floors clean and it’s absolutely shocking how much dirty water it pulls off the floor! It self-empties itself when it returns to the base and there are separate canisters for everything it vacuums and for clean and dirty water from mopping. It also dries the mop pad after it’s done! You really don’t have to touch anything until it’s time to refill or empty it! It does all the work for you effortlessly! This robot vacuum and mop has been life-changing for my family! We have multiple children and pets in our home so vacuuming can be quite a tiresome task. Having the Shark Stratos 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop has taken the stress of cleaning our floors off of our shoulders and given us more time to do other things we enjoy and that’s truly priceless! I can’t think of anything negative to say about it and wish I would’ve gotten it sooner! If you’re in the market for a new vacuum and mop or if you’re curious about trying a robot option, my advice to you is to do it! I highly, highly recommend it and can’t wait to see what other products Shark has to offer!

As a pet parent, I love how it can easily clean under my furniture and swipe all the litter away. I wouldn't say it's very quiet but definitely not on the loud side. After unpacking, the product and the station are not too heavy but can be a bit heavy when they are both in the box.

I have so many good things to say about the Shark Stratos 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop. I struggle so much to keep up with all the housework, and the floors end up being a never ending task in my home with two dogs and a cat. I know it’s cheesy to say it’s a game changer, but this robot vacuum and mop is truly a game changer. It’s removed a completely overwhelming task from my to-do list. It easily picked up all the hair, and it got the dried dog slobber around the food and water bowls. I also like the spot clean feature, so I can do extra cleaning runs in the high traffic areas and areas where the pets make it messier. In terms of setup, it was really straightforward. I was shocked at how quickly it mapped out my house, which is single story with four bedrooms and two bathrooms with laminate wood floors in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. It’s also surprisingly quiet. I have used similar products (robot vacuum) by other manufacturers in the past, and in comparison, the Shark Stratos is by far superior. The one issue I had was that it left a few clumps of dust/pet hair “dust bunnies” after its first big run. However, that didn’t seem to be an issue when I ran it a second time, so I’m chalking it up to possibly the carpets just being extra dirty the first time around. Over all, I am a huge fan and am so excited to envision a future with floors that are clean on a day to day basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this vacuum so far. It was super easy to set up. You don’t even need to create a password for the app if you select the passkey option. After you charge it to at least 50% (takes about an hour or two), it explores your house and generates a map. You can then name the rooms, adjust the borders, and add no-go zones, as necessary. I just wish it was able to re-explore your house and update the map without deleting the map and starting all over. I hope they add that feature in the future. The vacuum seems to trap a lot of dust in the dustbin. It’s also great that it can sweep and mop at the same time. It is able to traverse around corners with ease. The maintenance is relatively straightforward. Occasionally, you just have to empty the dustbin, clean the brushes, and tap out the filter. If you use the mopping function, you also have to refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank. So far, I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this product.

Everyone tracks and dirt and mud and crumbs are everywhere because apparently my kids can’t keep food in their mouth. This machine is a dream. The shark two and one vacuum and mop is way more capable than any robot vacuum I’ve had before. It vacuums and mops meaning it sucks up dirt sand, dog hair and crumbs, and it mops the hard floors all in one go without me having to swap tools, or drag out a mop and bucket it even uses mapping technology that scrubs the floor by vibrating the pad, so it gets stuck on gunk up instead of just smearing it around. It’s fast effective the battery last long enough to do most of my main floors on one charge and it doesn’t make a racket like the old one that I had compared to my previous robot vacuum this one is quieter, more efficient, and actually gets the mess instead of just moving it around I love that the side brushes don’t flick stuff away. They sweep it into the suction path, so it actually picks it up. Another great detail is that when it finishes, mopping it heads back to the homebase and dries the mop pad without me having to handle it. To protect my rugs, it avoids what mopping them by lifting and steering around the carpets so you don’t ruin them. If you have kids or dogs, this thing is a lifesaver I love it !

I have two messy kids and two super furry long hair dogs so I have to vacuum every single day. The app was super easy and user friendly. It mapped my house out with no issues. I love how you can do your whole house or certain rooms. I have luxury vinyl, carpet, rugs and laminate and it figures everything out itself. It comes with cleaning solution you mix with water and an odor neutralizer option i definitely use having dogs. I let it go at night and wake up to completely clean floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the new model from our prior Shark 2-in-1 vacuum and mop. This model has clearly improved suction and object detection, but the app remains exactly the same as the prior model. Emptying the dustbin and gray water tank is dead simple. Just remember to do it often enough that the tank doesn't mold. Does it pick up every crumb? No..I have three kids and two dogs; not even our cleaning crew gets everything. But this vacuum means that I don't have to vacuum myself daily, which I had to do before it. And that makes it worth a lot of money to me. I highly recommend this vacuum.

The shark first starts out by mapping your house to understand what boundaries and limitations it has. It has dual functionality of vacuuming from hardwood/tile to rugs seamlessly. I have metal rungs around the base of my coffee and end tables and it uses its “NeverStuck” technology to lift itself over the rungs and actually climb. The robot is very good at cleaning up any dirt and also recognizing what areas are high traffic dirt areas and focus on them (entryway etc). After vacuuming, I chose to mop right away and again it is very efficient. It even understands when it is on a rug and lifts the mop to not wet the rugs. Sensors on all sides and the moveable bumper around it allows it to gently bump into things without harming it and then readjusting to get itself out of tight situations. When done robot goes back to base and empties its contents and self cleans. Product has a bit of noise level but completely adequate for the job it does, I would say about 2-3 out of 10 while cleaning and roaming around. And about a 6/10 when it is in base emptying contents. Can use on a floor sweeping and mopping with one battery charge and have extra left over. Highly, highly impressed with this. Well worth the price tag. THE PERFECT HOLIDAY GIFT!

I love it so much that we bought one as a Christmas gift for our mom knowing it would help her with one less thing to worry about. It cleans up so well and isn’t loud at all! It’s bigger than our old one, but it’s because it holds the water. It’s perfect for our family who is so busy and always on the go!

The set up and mapping process were easy. It handles stairs and obstacles well. It is a little large to accommodate the water reservoirs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m testing out the Shark robot vacuum with Vacuum and mop features, and it is pretty good. It mapped my place accurately and covered about 1200 square feet while only using around 30% of the battery, which is way longer than the vacuum I have currently. The app is easy to use, and I liked that I could add and label rooms instead of just letting it clean randomly. It’s also quieter than I expected. It moves smoothly, can lift itself over small obstacles, and doesn’t seem to get stuck easily. I turned on the setting where it self empties at the dock every 30 minutes, and it does exactly that. It goes back, empties, and then returns to the same spot to keep cleaning without any issues. For the mopping feature, it comes with a cleaning solution that you mix with water in the tray. The mopping has been good so far, and it was able to tell the difference between hard floors and carpet, which I really appreciate. There’s also an odor-neutralizer option, which is a nice bonus. I am very satisfied with this robot vacuum.

This was on sale and decided to jump on it! I charged it last night and mapped the downstairs this morning. I love it! So easy to program and cleans very well! I’m so glad I bought it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is incredible. I did not say that about many products. It was easy to assemble, easy to set up, easy to use. There are only two downsides. One is that it is pretty loud when it's emptying the dirt after vacuuming. The other is that you need enough space to put it on your hardwood floor, by an outlet, with a 1 foot berth on either side in a 2 foot berth in front of it that does not have carpet. This can be difficult to find in a smaller home, also if you have children they might want to mess with it so you'll have to train them not to play with it. besides those two things, I'm literally in love with it. It gets all the dirt up it mapped to the house well well if I could gift this to everyone I love I totally would, but I don't have enough money to do that!

The initial set up was a breeze and it was so fun watching it map the house for the first time! It did a great job of not bumping into anything or getting stuck by using its lasers to map walls, furniture, etc. It also transitions flawlessly from hardwood floor to carpet and even got under the beds. The cleaning power of the vacuum and mop is excellent (coming from a home with multiple dogs)! It is also very quiet, but just loud enough of a hum to let you know where it’s at so you don’t run into it. I also love that I can fill it once and it cleans multiple times with no effort on my part! I look forward to having this robot keep the floors clean for me and free up my time!

The vacuuming and mopping feature is just amazing and I love that I can start it from anywhere. This vacuum is very precise and picks up everything and anything leaving the floors spotless. I have a mixture of tile, hardwood, carpet and she cleans every room without leaving a crumb behind. I highly recommend especially if you have a big busy messy family as myself.
