Purchased the shark stratos robot vacuum for my wife for Mother’s Day as a gift. I’m extremely disappointed as the FedEx driver is approaching my door the box is literally falling apart from the bottom end and filled with holes as if it was mis handled. This is a fragile item and isn’t cheap to receive in this condition with the box falling apart and item all scratched up. Despite if it was FedEx or target fault, Target should have better preparation before shipping especially when an item is fragile. When looking further into returning comes to find out the item isn’t eligible for refund. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase unfortunately due to there negligence in shipping and handling.

Love this machine! I need two knee replacements and it’s hard to vacuum and wash floors leaving me to feel stressed often because the floors need to be cleaned. And his lifts such as weight from my brain so I can relax more. It does a great job vacuuming and washing the floors. I am so happy with this product

I had high hopes for this vacuum. It does a decent job at vacuuming, but misses edges and corners. The mopping has a lot to be desired. The mop pad error #47 constantly happens. I have never tried to manually attach the pad, but sometimes it will engage itself on its own. However, most times it gives me the error. It vacuums my phone cords. I put some dog hair in its path and it literally went around it. It does help keep my floors vacuumed and definitely better than not having a robot for that purpose. I have high end stained concrete, so my floors are very flat, and should be relatively easy for a vacuum like this. Unfortunately, it leaves quite a bit behind. I thought the side brush would be able to tackle edges, (I can understand not getting the corners very well), but it is horrible at edges, especially next to cabinets. However, the app is probably the biggest reason I would not recommend this robot. You cannot edit the maps. Separating rooms is completely worthless. Spot cleaning does not work at all. If I tell it to clean a specific area, it comes out, does a little dance, and then redocks itself. If you go the help section in the app, you have to log in. No biggie. However, it doesn't remember the product you selected or have registered. Do NOT hit the back button. You will get logged out and have to start the whole process again. I tried to get help with my product (I really want to like this robot), it wanted my serial number, model number and a picture of it. Well, it would not allow me to take a picture. So I turned on my phones camera, and you guessed it, instantly logged out. Have to repeat the whole process only to get kicked out again. Repeat. Repeat. Still no getting my picture submitted. So, no help there. Reading the reviews in the app store, it seems almost all of them are 1 star and the company never responds, reaches out to anyone, or fixes the same issues everyone is complaining about. This product has a lot of features and could be an outstanding product. But it needs some major improvements, mainly with the app, which is how you communicate with the robot. Maybe the company has too many products to focus on getting the robot nailed down. To be fair there are some positives to this robot. But, at this time, I would not buy it again. As I'm writing this review, my robot sent me a message that it is stuck. It sucked up a dog bed. After owning a robot vacuum, I'm feeling pretty spoiled and feel like it is a modern appliance everyone should own and I think I would like to always have one. But I get more frustrated with this robot and the amount of time I spend trying to get the app to work, get help, or fix something on it, I could just sweep my own floors and spend less time. Hopefully, they fix these issues and make this vacuum a 5 star product it should be.

Worst robot vacuum don’t buy zero in navigation every couple of days will get lost , noisy and scratched my furniture and the doors as well doesn’t reach the corners for good vacuum

I am visiting my daughter and she has this mop/vacuum. It is a time saver to say the least. It navigates the whole house, carpets first. Floors second. It is very quiet, she sets it to clean when she goes to bed.

It has a fiction to get corners super well- only opportunities are when something is super low to the ground as an obstacle, it doesn’t always see it. And I’ve had it get stuck in a dining room chair two times. Other than that- the vacuum and mop functions are amazing. I set it up for my mom who is in her 70’s so that she doesn’t have to do as heavy duty cleaning. The app is easy- I can manage it from another state. And set up took 15 minutes. And then about 30 min for it to charge enough to set up the schedule and learn the house.

Works fine and keeps my floor clean. I have been using shark products for over 2 years now and I am satisfied with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with this vacuum/mop combo for several months. It navigates obstacles with ease. It transitions from wood over rugs without issues. It goes under furniture and travels along walls without bumping into them. It hasn’t fallen down the stairs and goes around items left in the floor (like dog toys). The vacuum is surprisingly powerful. I like that I can set it to vacuum, mop, or both. It’s customizable based on your preferences. It has been fantastic for saving time for frequent floor cleanings. I’m very happy and will continue to use the Shark Stratos!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this thing. I have it turned on at night before we go to bed and helps out 20mins from my home load duties. It’s not that loud and suction can be a bit better but not complaining. The built quality is nice not too big and it navigates around the house pretty well. Water capacity is great too!

Love this!!! I had a high traffic area with 2 big dogs. Fighting the mud and constant dog hair. This is life changing! I never have to mop or even vacuum ever again!! My Robot gets under the beds, in tight spaces, corners, and every other space. It’s amazing. It maps the area you want cleaned and you can schedule cleaning. I mop twice a week with this thing and vacuum daily!!!! You can set it however you needs are.

This vacuum is so chaotic when it starts cleaning! Not following any pattern as you'd expect nor it really cleans edges/corners. The map that it sends at the end always has gaps in random places in the rooms. It also got stuck on my carpet so many times! We got this one thinking that I'm "upgrading" from the bObsweep ultra vision but oh boy, I was wrong! we never had these issues with that one! It just doesn't have the self cleaning mopping function so thought I'd change but one day in with this vacuum and already regretting my choice! Giving it another day before I return it but save yourself the hassle. Also, if you're thinking of buying this, notice also that all the 5star reviews on here are from people who got the vacuum gifted!! Wish I noticed it myself sooner!

It works and is easy to set up. However, due to its lack of real-time cleaning of the mop, the result is not shiny but dull. This is especially true when salt is left on the floor after the winter. I will upgrade to a roller system.

I had a shark but I figured I would try out iRobot…worst choice ever! So I am back to shark and I will never go back! It map the house in less then 30 minutes with a pretty accurate map. Set up was quick and easy. Runs great! Never gets stuck! So happy with it

When it does work, it’s amazing. Today it decided to Mop some of my carpet on the way to the floors. It emptied partially out in middle of floor after vacuuming. Today it needs me to pick it up because it can’t find the dock. So much for hands free lol. I’m Going to give it 30 more days. Wish I would’ve really paid attention to the reviews.

I freaking LOVE this robot vac!!! Best one we have owned thus far. Does a great job and the consumables don’t break your budget. I would buy another in a heartbeat!

Works great, easy set up! Wish I could make smaller rooms with the maps. We have some smaller bathrooms and hallways.

this is the second for us. we love them and this new one is even better. 5 thumbs up..

It easy to clean and maintain. Replacement parts like mop pads and cleaning solution are easily available online or supermarkets. The design is beautiful and modern. It’s easy to control via the Shark app.
