A: It is possible for the robot to get hung up on the fringe of the rug, especially if it is very thick. To prevent issues, you can manually tuck or tape down the fringes, or use a Keep-Out Zone to block the Roomba from the area.

A: The maximum height of a threshold that all Roomba models can transition over, when performing a cleaning cycle, is ⅝ in (1.6 cm), so if the saddle is lower than ⅝ in (1.6 cm) the robot will be able to transition between rooms.

It does a ok job at cleaning but it breaks down very easily. You can’t take this one apart to do any maintenance like you can other models and brands, so if something goes wrong, you have to get an entirely new unit. And that’s not easy - we had them send us the wrong unit (vacuum only without the evac) twice before finally get the right until.

“Upgraded” from an older roomba and this thing is useless. It’s too tall to get under most things the old one could which is my favorite robot vacuum perk, could not figure out how to map my not that big house, and not once was it able to complete a job without getting stuck or lost! It just “mopped” the kitchen floor and I can still see marks and spots all over. Not worth it at all.

This worked great the first couple times and then all of a sudden it couldn’t find the docking location so anytime it runs I have to manually place it back and when I do it still doesn’t charge and doesn’t send me a notification it isn’t charging so I’ve had this for a month or so and have only been able to use it about 3 times effectively. Really a waste of money I wish I would have gotten something better or have just kept my original knock off amazon version roomba that worked just as well. Wish I could return.

Great Quality
We bought it couple weeks ago and so far we love it. It does a great job cleaning. Floors look very shiny specially after using the mop. Also, it does not get stuck, which was an issue we had before with a different model.

Lipstick on a pig
This product is just lipstick on a pig. This is the worst most budget vaccuum irobot makes. This is their budget vacuum with the dock as a selling point. IT IS TERRIBLE at everything it does. It sucks at being a roomba it gets stuck on EVERYTHING. There is nothing for this thing to get stuck on in my house yet it finds ways to get itself stuck. It does not try to get itself unstuck, it gives up after 1 try and notifys you, dies, then stays where it died. It SUCKS.

Roomba my bff
As a mom of two toddlers I am always running around and don’t have time to mop. She helps me allot with vacuuming and mopping. Very fast and convenient. If you have a big house, you might consider getting to because her battery does drain when I have her doing all rooms at once.

Great for pets
I have two cats and it definitely helps keep up with litter and fur. Only complaint is when the mop head goes over the carpet it can unlatch the dust bin so I tend to not really use the mop head and if I do I have it just clean the wood floor

The instructions could have been clearer, I struggled slightly but that could just be because I’ve never used a product like this before. I like the sleek black look of the product in my living room. Not too clunky which is appreciated. So far, I haven’t had any issues or concerns with noise, maintenance, or battery life. This may change the longer I use it. The performance is good, but again I’ve only used it for about a week or so. I kind of wish Influenster would give us a little more time to really use the product and give reviews. Overall, so far so good. I’m really excited to not have to vacuum as frequently!

Adequate at cleaning carpet and linoleum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great vacuum. I just turn it on and sit and watch. It leaves the dock and gets busy. When it’s finished it returns to its dock and empties the cartridge. I picks up cat hair and cardboard from there scratcher with no problem. Our cats hate the vacuum but it’s so quiet that they even sat and watched. It was also great moping the kitchen and I can just go about my day.

Extraordinary Roomba
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extraordinary! I do not like cleaning my floors because I have rug, laminate, hardwood and tile. I always have to use multiple cleaners and vacuums. With a dog who sheds makes it much worst. This roomba is amazing. It mops, sweeps and vacuums. My floor is absolutely prestigious all day long. My dog is not bothered because there is basically no noise and it doesn’t bother him. It ever avoids his tail. I recommend if you have pets, kids or a demanding job. Does and impeccable job has kept my floor looking the best it had in years.

Cool item but did not preform as I expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve got two dogs, a cat, and a toddler, so I was really hoping this Roomba would be a big help with keeping the floors clean. The app is user friendly and setup was super easy. You can map multiple rooms and what spots are flooring and carpet. It quickly mapped out my living room, which has both carpet and hard floors. It does take some time to fully charge but I would say the battery life is adequate! Once I got it going, I noticed right away that it doesn’t do so well on carpet even on the highest suction setting. It barely picked anything up, and when it emptied into the base, there was almost nothing in the container, even though I could still see plenty of fur on the floor. It also gets pretty loud on the highest setting, so I have it run when we’re not home. That said, it does a great job on hard floors. I really like the mopping feature too, but cleaning it afterward can be a bit of a hassle. Water tends to get into the brush rollers, and it gets messy pretty fast. Overall, I’d say this Roomba is best for homes with mostly hard floors and pets that don’t shed a ton. It has some great features, but the carpet cleaning and mop maintenance could be better.

It vacuums and mops my floors, which is one less thing I have to worry about. The vacuum is surprisingly quiet—perfect for my dog who’s scared of loud noises. The battery life is solid—I can clean my entire place on a single charge. I also love that when the battery runs low, it automatically returns to its dock to recharge. One of my favorite features is the customizable cleaning levels. I can choose between Light, Normal, or Deep clean depending on what my floors need. Highly recommend!
