We bought this brand new and when we opened the box there was hair and dust all inside of the vacuum! The brushes were bent and grass stuck in the wheels.

It does a good job sucking up the dirt but it doesn't do a good job exploring areas that need to be cleaned even when you use the app to map your house out. I also don't like that.There's no directional control like you can't tell it to go forward or backwards with a remote. I've only had it a few months and now it keeps beeping saying something's blocking the sensor and i've cleaned every part of it. it is depressing to splurge on a purchase like this and it not work for a while.

Was skeptical but I love this vacuum! There are a few areas with a bigger step down it has difficulty getting up but not a dealbreaker. And my LR will need the bigger shark to deep clean the rug but this is great for the daily cleaning especially in my high traffic kitchen and LR area!!

This machine is a little workhorse. My floors have never been so clean. With two cats, everyday is a cleaning must. We simply program a daily clean and it sweeps our entire 1st floor in about an hour. Does not get stuck and readjusts itself. Docks automatically when finished or if battery is low. Best purchase ever. Shark also stands behind its products. Give it a try. Only negative is that it is a little loud. But not like a traditional vacuum.

The Loudest
This robot vacuum is SO loud. It sounds like the neighbor is mowing their yard in my house. It gave me a headache within 10 minutes of using it. This is my third robot vacuum (first one was a shark). I’ve never experienced one as loud as this. There is no way people keep this and use it in their home.

I'm so disappointed. I had high hopes for this vacuum after using a Roomba for 7 years. Right out of the box, wouldn't connect to WiFi. Whatever. I'll run it manually then until I have time to troubleshoot it. Ran it for about 6 days until it got tangled in a cord and now there's a "side wheel" error that won't go away and the vacuum won't work. My old Roomba would never. I swear that thing was indestructible. This Shark has one scuffle with a cord and it's garbage.

Disappointing performance
I've used this for about 11 days and I am not pleased with the job it does. I've had a Shark lift away navigator as my "big" vacuum for about 9 years and love it. I had a Shark Ion robot that finally died after 6 years of daily use so I thought no brainer to buy another Shark robot. This does not pick up our Border collie hair off the area rugs and it constantly gets stuck going round and round on our Black Dawg Salvage stool.

It doesn’t map well at all. I have mapped it 3 times. It won’t clean my carpets . It goes on the floors & tiles & avoids the carpets.

Arrived used and won't charge
Like the title says, I purchased an item that was supposed to be new. It arrived obviously used, and will not charge or connect to the Alexa app. Now I have to waste my time returning it. Also, the bin that holds dirt is really small. This model would be fine if you don't have pets and do most of the cleaning yourself. It's fine as backup. However, I would not expect it to be your main vacuum. It's not big or powerful enough for anything but the tiniest amount of dust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly didn’t think I’d be one of those people who falls in love with a vacuum robot but here we are. I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve heard mixed things from friends about their robot vacuums but my Navigator has totally changed the game for me. I have a full-time job and a dog and most days I just don’t have the time or energy to vacuum. Now I just schedule it to run while I’m at work and I’m seriously shocked at how much dog hair and dust it picks up every single time. It is a little noisy but since I’m not home when it’s running I really don’t care. It cleans both tile and carpet really well and it’s smart enough not to crash into furniture or get stuck on random stuff on the floor. Setup was super easy, it mapped out the house on its own and got going. There are three cleaning modes eco normal and max and I usually just leave it on normal but it’s nice to have the options. Battery life is decent, it lasts a while, it covers the whole house on one charge (2bedroom apt). The only thing I kinda wish it had is the ability to just clean one room at a time, but this model only seems to do the full space in one go. You can add no-go zones though, so if you want to focus on one area you can kinda work around it. Overall I love this little machine and honestly can’t imagine going back to vacuuming by hand, it’s crazy how much cleaner everything feels with zero effort.

Good robot vacuum

The app seems responsive and the vacuum isn’t too loud. Not sure about battery life yet but it’s okay because it usually will clean the whole floor before returning to the dock.

Super Cool Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the COOLEST vacuum ever. First it’s so easy to set up, just plug it in, download app connect to wifi and that’s it. Once it does the mapping of your house it’s ready to go. It’s super thorough and goes everywhere. It even goes over high ledges to a different room. I have a super thick rug in the bathroom and it even went over that. It is a little loud but not awful. It picked up all the dust and things that was on the ground.

Love Shark Brand Products
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite vacuum I ever had was the shark lift away. I always had good luck with the brand , so I was excited about this. Needed a new one as the one I had from a previous brand stopped working. This is lightweight, which I love, so picking it up or carrying it is a breeze. Set up is quick and easy via the app. The charging dock isn't big and bulky. It has 3 levels of cleaning. Maps itself out quickly and is easy to empty. It doesn't have any issues moving room to room even if there is a small incline or change in flooring material. My only one area of improvement would be is that I have 2 levels in my home. You can't add mapping for 2 floors. If you want to take it to a different floor , you have to unplug it and start the whole mapping process all over again on that floor. Your previous floor settings won't be saved. Kinda of a pain , I would think there would have been an easy fix for this. Overall, though, I really like it , and it makes the chore of vacuuming easier and gets under beds and tables, etc, with a breeze.

It does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where has this been all my life? This has been so helpful in vacuuming our floors. It picks up so much that we cannot even see. With 4 cats in the house, it picks up the fur we cannot see. It was a little difficult to empty the bin at first, but once we figured it out, it has been simple. I will say that I do wish it was a little quieter. We run it at night and the battery works great at this point.
