I am extremely happy with BoB Sweep. Honestly, I was a little leary of the productivity of these type of devices, but thought I would go ahead and try it and so happy I did! I also thought I would need to use my regular vaccuum in addition to BoB, but I actually haven't. Purchased him this summer (2025) and have only pulled my regular vacuum out once so far. It saves me SO much time! My floors are always free of debris and the carpet looks nicer than when I vacuum myself with the big vac. BoB makes all these nice straight rows and it looks so nice when he's finished. It is easy to program to work whenever you want it to and to which ever room you want cleaned. The one and only complaint is I have a few rugs with fringe and every once in awhile he gets a little caught up with the fringe, but it's really not a big deal. He navigates well and picks up a lot of dirt, keeps all of my floors looking nice and clean, and the home base has a very nice size capacity where the dirt empties after every session. I have not even had to change the bag yet and it's been almost 6 months. I highly recommend.

It is so nice to be able to put it in the bedroom before I go to work and have the entire house vacuumed when I get home, with the sweeper on the charger and the dirt in the bag! I don't have wi-fi, only my phone's hot spot, so I was worried that it wouldn't work correctly without it, but it does a fabulous job!

I have previously owned 2 cheap robovacs, and the Bobsweep blows them away. The suction and app mapping are great. And the self-empty feature is a game changer. I've come home a couple times to find my vacuum stuck on the fringe of a rug and waiting for me to untangle the brush so it can resume. The unfortunate thing about it is that the app doesn't tell me when it gets stuck, so I only find out about it when I'm walking through the room and see it waiting patiently for me. That's literally the only downside I can think of. Routine maintenance of the head, brushes, etc will keep this vacuum cleaning fantastically for months to come. The mapping function of the app is excellent. You can create zones, labels, and schedules for each cleaning zone so you can truly automate your cleaning cycle and keep your house free from dust, lint, or pet hair. Especially pet hair! This vacuum is awesome. Truly awesome. I would recommend creating multiple schedules for the zones so that it can dock and empty itself after each schedule in order to ensure it doesn't get too full and disallow truly cleaning if you set it to clean the entire house in one sitting, for instance. That is what I did and I'm happy I did because I can definitely tell a difference from the first week when I was just starting to use the vacuum versus the second and third weeks when I noticed it was having issues getting clogged in the receptacle and not actually emptying when docking. That's definitely on my bad, not a limitation of the vacuum. I've got a 1200sf house and it can definitely clean the whole house in one day, as long as I dock it a couple times during the cycles to empty.

We love our "Bob"! It was easy to set up, and the app is really easy to use. It's such a time saver to schedule it to run when we want/need. It does a great job around our house, and everything looks so clean when it's done. Customer service is excellent in answering any questions that we may have.

If we had any feedback for future models, it would be to consider making the dust canister reusable—something that can be emptied and reinserted easily, rather than replaced. What good can't I say about my Ultravision Pet?! This little guy has saved me so much time by cleaning up throughout the week - and he does it well! The suction is fantastic, he's low maintainence, the customer service is awesome. Just an all around solid experience. This was my first b0bsweep and I'm now a huge fan. One of my favorite features is that he maps the rooms and gives live updates to the app. You can control him from there and everything. It's awesome!!!!
