Now that they have it, they acknowledged that it was received but are now refusing to answer my emails for an update. They said it would only take up to a week to repair, but now will not respond to my inquiries for an update. Please Google this company. I wish I had. I am out almost $700. I will be posting on every social media possible and spreading the word!

LOVE IT JUST BUY IT!!
If I could give this thing 10 stars I would. It does a fantastic job vacuuming and mopping. I have 3 kids and 4 dogs so we use it almost daily and it has cut down on the need to deep clean my floors considerably taking one less chore off my list. Clean floors are important to me as a parent of a little one who crawls and this thing helps me keep up. The vacuum bags last a long time, the self-clean does a great job maintaining the robot itself, a deep clean about once a month of the robot helps to maintain its performance. The user interface of the app is impressive, easy to use, and has so many useful features. The robot does a great job transitioning from carpet to hard floors. I use a small cap of Odoban no rinse neutral ph floor cleaner in the clean water tank each refill and that seems to do the trick. As someone who has purchased multiple iRobot devices over the years, this is far superior. Just buy it, you won’t regret it and your future self will thank you!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this Roborock vacuum. It broke just within the 30-day mark, so I couldn’t return it and now have to go through the warranty process instead. I haven’t even had it a full month, and it wasn’t used daily. For the price, this is unacceptable. Now they expect me to ship it back to be repaired rather than simply replacing it. I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand with such great reviews. Definitely not worth the hassle.

We’ve had this vac/mop for 3 months or so and I cannot recommend it enough! We use it almost nightly. I alternate between just vacuuming and vacuuming followed by mopping. We have 4 dogs and laminate wood floors, we also live on a farm so there is constant dirt and mess being drug through the house. I was so tired of trying to keep up with the floors along with the other daily chores that we decided this would be a great anniversary gift lol I don’t think we’ve made a better purchase this year and I tell every one about my roborock! It’s worth the investment! Also side note, the roborock floor cleaning solution has been great and a denture cleaning tablet in the dirty water tank keeps the stink down for when you’re emptying it.

Great robot vacuum!
This is a great robot system. I’ve had other robot vacuums and this one is superior. The added self emptying and mop features are worth the price. I stopped using my other robot vacuums because it would get dull after about 15-20 minutes and we would have to empty it. I prefer to run it when no one is home so I come home to a clean house. This one does it all! It’s not perfect but such a nice feeling to have clean floors all everyday. The mop is great, I got the recommended solution and it does a good job cleaning the floors. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and I haven’t had any issues yet with the vacuums ability to get most of the hair and fuzz created by them. Highly recommend and am very happy with it!

Broke down after 2 months
Bought the machine and was super excited. First, the main brush kept having issues. Then the mop dripping all the time. Last month, the machine totally gave up with this message. The support team asked me to send it back and I did. I received it back expecting it working. When I tried it last night, it is still broken and the app gives me the same message. Ridiculous. Now the support team asks me to send it back for the second time. I don't know how many times I have to go through this. I haven't had it working for a month. BTW, I bought it this March, started to use it in the last week of April, totally broke down in July. Less than 3 months for a very expensive machine.

This is the best robot floor cleaner EVER. It vacuums and mops, doesn’t get ‘hung up’ on cords/thresholds, handles the transition from tile/wood floor to area rugs with no problems, and the app allows for lots of custom cleaning options (only clean certain rooms, deep clean, vacuum only, etc.). Cleaning floors is the least favorite chore in this house, but now our floors stay clean anyway. The robot and dock are also easy to clean and maintain.

Overall a good cleaning robot!
We bought the machine about 1.5 years ago. In general love it, but sometimes it doesn't clean the corners very well. We do have 2 dogs so their fur do tend to get stuck in the roller section and sometimes in the suction before entering the waste bag. At this point we would have to manually unclog the area. But overall it does clean and vacuum pretty good, just sometimes I would have to mop again after the machine has passed. After 1.5 year the front wheel did break off the wheel detaches when it goes over furnitures.
