[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum does this job really well at vacuuming and cleaning the house. The app is easy to navigate and the robot learns quickly to avoid obstacles. I have hardwood floor and rugs and a pet dog put this vacuum is able to vacuum everything well. We haven’t had any trouble with the vacuum picking up dog poop, but our dog is house trained. Overall really good vacuum for the price

Mapping out the rooms was quick but once it came to cleaning the first time it took a bit. This will be a helpful thing to have around when I don’t want to vacuum little messes but for a deep clean I’ll still have to use my normal vacuum. Definitely helpful during pregnancy

Good for Daily Maintenance, But Not the Most Power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the iRobot Roomba 105 Vac Robot Vacuum + AutoEmpty Dock mainly because I was tired of emptying my old robot vacuum’s bin after every single clean — the AutoEmpty dock was the main reason I chose this model. Setup was pretty straightforward, and once it started mapping my home, it created a layout fairly quickly. It cleans in neat, organized lines and the navigation feels decent for a vacuum in this price range. When it comes to cleaning performance, the suction is okayish. It handles everyday dust, crumbs, and light debris on hardwood floors and carpets fairly well, but it may struggle a bit with heavier dirt or deep carpet cleaning. I do like the rubber brush design though — it doesn’t trap hair as much as traditional bristle brushes and is very easy to remove and clean, which makes maintenance simple. That said, I wouldn’t call it silent. Compared to other vacuums I’ve used, this one is noticeably louder during regular cleaning, and when it auto-empties into the dock it gets very loud — almost like running a full-size vacuum for a few seconds. Battery life is decent for small to medium spaces, but in larger areas it may need to return to the dock and recharge before finishing the whole cleaning cycle. The AutoEmpty dock is definitely convenient because it reduces how often I need to empty the bin, although docking can sometimes be a little inconsistent. Overall, I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars. It’s a convenient robot vacuum for everyday maintenance cleaning, and the self-empty feature is a big plus, but the average suction power, noise level, and battery life keep it from being perfect.

Do Not buy!
Have spent 3 months trying to get this robot to work properly. I have soft reset, hard reset, put into shipping mode and reset, reloaded the app. and re-mapped numerous times. I have run out of patience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful creation that actually makes my life easier? Yep. I literally stare at her in amazement. Ruby (my name for her) is a talented and dedicated gal who literally mapped out my apartment, all of the crevices of the room, and went to work to make it spotless. She even left straight carpet lines. She cleaned areas my vacuum wouldn’t even get to. She empties herself at her home base when she’s full and she returns to her base to charge. She is the perfect height to go underneath the bed, underneath the dresser, everywhere. The Roomba is an invention I am forever grateful for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a new robot vacuum - THIS IS IT!! This beauty is incredibly strong, surprisingly quiet and never gets stuck! The wheels are like a rubber material, my pet hair never gets tangled in the wheels either. I love that it just goes back to the home base and auto empties for me saving me time and I never have to think about it. It also holds so much! I’ve ran it several, several times now and it’s not even close to full. This vacuum performs better than my normal upright vacuum. I’ll never go back to a regular vacuum after trying this. It gets flush against my baseboards, trim and walls and doesn’t aggressively run into things. 10/10 this is beyond worth it!!

The Romba 105 Vac Robot with auto empty and dock is the perfect all in one kit! Straight out of the box set up was simple and easy. The dock plugs in to a standard outlet and provides charging to the vacuum. Setting up the vacuum in the application was also extremely simple and I was quickly mapping out my home in minutes. The robot is amazing at getting over ledges and under dressers and couches. It is quiet yet effective and has a very large capacity. Once the cycle is done it automatically returns to its dock and empties itself ! Large battery capacity and quick charging. The robot I give it a 9/10 wish it had mopping The App is a 10/10

Has not completed a job without an error in weeks.
This is significantly worse than other products I have used from Roomba and other "off brand" robo vacuums.

Not Worth the Money
I've had older models before and really enjoyed them. Went to replace my older model with this one and I am severely disappointed. It doesn't clean as well as my previous one. It leaves animal hair and dirt behind. Also it almost never auto empties which means it needs me to do something every single time it sweeps along with sweeping up behind it.

Amazing Customer Service
I had my vacuum for about 4 months when the laser sensor stopped working properly. While it's a shame that it stopped working so soon, Roomba/iRobot was able to send me a replacement for free. I would recommend this product as I believe they have great customer service, and I assume it was a one-off that my robot's laser stopped working.

Does not picking up hair on carpet at all
I got this for a christmas present and am so disappointed. It doesnt pick up dog hair on carpet at all. I'm not sure it's really vaccuming anything up, and when I check the dust bin is nowhere close to full. This machine should not even be classified as a vaccum. I dont expect it to pick up everything, but its truly not picking up any hair and just leaves clumps everywhere. I've tried deep clean mode to see if that helps, but it does nothing. As you can see the before and after images below show the vaccum tracks but all of the hair was just pushed around, im hoping the images aren't too small for people to see.
