Great and Effective Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this roomba to be a great product, it is very easy to set up and only took me 10 minutes to get it running. I tested it on a carpeted floor and it was quite effective. I noticed that it covered the space well, and was very good at avoiding walls and obstacles. It also was not super loud, which made it a lot easier to have running while I do other things. I’d definitely recommend this product to others!

The Best Little Vacuum Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba is truly incredible. The setup was quick and easy; it has LiDAR and mapped my entire apartment with ease. Then it went over every available inch — side stepping furniture and “hopping” over carpets— cleaning each area multiple times. It even vacuumed under the sofa and TV stand. It’s amazing how smart it is, and is easily able to navigate around obstacles like chair legs, tables, and rugs. It even maintained a safe bearth around my husbands guitars. It automatically returns to its dock when it needs to charge or empty its contents into the vacuum bag, and the dock and vacuum don’t take up a lot of space. The app is simple and gives updates on when the device is done cleaning or charging. And there is also a map to show what parts of the apartment have been cleaned. Total cleaning took a little over an hour. I am very impressed and so happy with this device. It saves me from having to manually vacuum. And thats a great thing! I absolutely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond impressed with this iRobot Roomba Vacuum with AutoEmpty Dock! Setup was incredibly simple and took just a few minutes. What really amazed me was how fast it mapped my entire home, it completed everything in under 10 minutes, which I did not expect at all. The sound level is another huge win. It’s so much quieter than my older Roomba (which is about 7 years old), making it easy to run without it being disruptive. Despite being quieter, the performance is excellent, it cleans just as well if not better than my high-end stick vacuum, which really surprised me. The app is easy to navigate and simple to use. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase for me. The convenience, efficiency, and performance are all top-notch. I’m extremely impressed and would absolutely recommend it!

Great and affordable Roomba
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have had a Roomba that has an auto empty. I have allergies and this is the perfect time of year to have this be on a timer so it cuts down on the dust. We also have a dog (non shedding) but also picks up little hair that does fall out. My floor is hardwood and carpet and this vacuum handles it very well. Roomba does clean in straight lines which you can see from my picturess. It’s affordable and does a great job.

It then dumps the dirt into the dock so you don’t have to clean it as often. You can also program this all through your phone. I can vacuum my whole apartment while at work and it still have battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleasantly surprised it took me about 15 minutes to set up my new Roomba and complete mapping my entire apartment which it was very accurate and I got to customize my map name, and all my rooms. Then I started a deep clean. My apartment is about 700 square feet and it took took under 15 minutes. I have both wooden floor, tiles, as well as carpet and all were cleaned very effectively. There wasn't a speck of dust left and it wasn't harsh on my rug which is a handmade tightly knotted rug. Very very happy with this. You would be too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted to try a Roomba and I’m kicking myself now for waiting so long. The set up and mapping of the area for cleaning in the Roomba app was so incredibly simple. And once the mapping is done and you clear the area so Roomba can get around to all of those areas collecting dirt and dust, you can sit back and relax while it does the cleaning for you. Roomba even seemed to be pretty self-sufficient where as several times I thought it was stuck, but it found its way out. This Roomba even empties itself into the charging/storage unit so I don’t even have to worry about emptying it frequently. Impressive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok this cordless robot vacuum is a game changer!! So easy to take out of the box and set up in less than 5 minutes. It’s so easy to set up the mapping for your house and works great around obstacles. I’m so glad this is one less shore I have to worry about as a mom to 3 kids, and happy that it has the auto empty dock so I don’t have to worry about it for up to 75 days! It’s super quiet and can work in the dark, highly recommend it!

my third roomba is very dissapointing
My 4 month old roomba 105 is not returning to base, not running in a straight line and not mapping correctly. After a few emails from support and after completing all the suggested fixes, the roomba is still not working. Email support is quite frustrating given that many days go by before I get a response. This is my third roomba. The first one I bought years ago is still working well.

Works when it wants
Every time I try to use it, it has some kind of issue. I tried to have it vacuum and mop. Installed the water bin and mop pads as normal but it won't detect the mop pad for some reason. I have cleaned it, wiped off the censors, and recalibrated it. I've probably spent two hours trying to get it to work. I don't think any parts need to be replaced, we haven't had it very long. We paid a lot of money thinking it would be convenient, but it's more of a pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this Roomba Auto Empty Robot Vacuum it has a dust compactor that crushes dirt and debris inside the robot as it cleans it vacuums with intense suction and leaves my floors barefoot clean I can choose the level of suction power and number of cleaning passes it automatically empties into a enclosed bag for months of hands free cleaning this ensures complete mapping navigation and roam coverage while safely avoiding obstacles I can clean room by room or zone to avoid specific areas and I can customize my cleaning with an easy to use app I have been wanting one of these for so long and I'm so happy I finally have one it's definitely worth every penny and I would absolutely recommend trying this it's affordable and works so well at cleaning my floors it is easy to assemble and use and I love love love it

Purchased two separate units, one just sweep and one Roomba 105 mop/ sweep units. The 105 mop/ sweep has broken three separate times and has been replaced 3 times. All three times the unit gets lost, and either can't find its home or can't find a room. Tech cannot identify the issue and instead blames me for issues, (you will be investigated) was what I was told. My sweep unit works flawlessly but no looking into that , just straight blaming me for issue. On my forth unit and it does not work correctly, but I'm done, I don't need the heartache or false accusations from this company. Do NOT buy, customer service is horrible and so is the equipment.

Software nightmare
Worked great out of the box, but Rooba did a software update which would not accept any WiFi connection password with any special characters. This resulted in having to get a new pw from my ATT, and updating every single device in my home. This took hours. I am beyond furious, and would never recommend this device to anyone. This was sheer stupidity on Roomba’s part!

I absolutely hate this machine. I was torn between this in a shark but purchased this on Black Friday sale. I had an older model which had battery issues never charged on the doc and was always dead. It was the kind that just zigzagged around the house, but quite frankly when it worked it cleared better than this one. Keep in mind that one is probably eight years old at this point. Figured technology improved- this has to be better. I have an average thousand square foot or so upstairs in which I use this robot. Using the standard clean function this thing is awful and misses a ridiculous amount of dirt. I wouldn't even consider trying it on a light clean option because I assume it's just pointless. Deep clean is the only setting that is somewhat effective. However, the robots charge can't even do my kitchen, dining room & living without having to go back and doc. It's an absolute waste of money. I was considering buying a shark and I have so much regret that I'm stuck with this. If you can't clean a couple hundred square feet on one charge, I'd say this is ineffective and useless. I've had issues with mapping and it knowing where it is. I use it for the three main rooms in my house and a hallway. It's so frustrating that I probably use it 2 to 3 times a month. Save your money. Never again will I spend money on anything from this company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you hate touching the dirt, this is the model for you. If space is a concern you may want to consider a model without the auto empty dock. The machine is a beast and climbs carpet like no one’s business but at the same time it will also climb furniture with flat legs (see photo of white desk legs). While you can make it a “stay out zone”, it is set to avoid a little bit larger than what you set and should the furniture move, you will have an issue. I try to pick up everything ESPECIALLY wires before running the roomba. I thought it was silly it decided it was time to empty bin while all the way across the room, rather than when it was close to base a few minutes prior. It’s good for staying on top of dust on daily but it didn’t get close enough to baseboard behind my couch to get a bug or something I saw, I had to pull out real vacuum. It’s a good addition but it requires you to babysit it a little to make sure it doesn’t get into trouble! Also you lose a little bit of the satisfying part of cleaning by not being able to see what you picked up but on the plus side you don’t have to touch it. The auto empty dock is a little louder than my usual vacuum, so depending on your run schedule you may not want the dock near bedrooms.
