Okay when it works
Had this machine over a year ago it worked great at the beginning but now it’s just junk. Cleaned it extremely well but still does not work even buying a new water canister. I messed up and did not get the extra warranty.

Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend

Don't. Just don't.
At minimum, a vacuum should suck up dust off a hardwood floor when it goes over it. It barely does that. There is stuff emptied into the base unit after a trip, but there’s about as much stuff left on the floor. On top of that, the navigation doesn’t work very well, as it often skips rooms entirely and claims that it cleaned them. It has randomly started cleaning at night a couple times, even though it is NOT on any schedule. The manual is missing information. It came with extra pieces that do not fit anywhere and aren’t mentioned in the manual. The app is very buggy. It’s all very slow. If you change your wi-fi network, it forces you to delete all your settings and maps and add the robot again. I spent over 90 minutes on it. Each attempt it fails for a different reason. I can’t tell what makes me a worse person: selling or giving this to some innocent person, or putting it in the landfill.

Love how it mops and vacuums
I purchased the Matrix Plus over month ago and was well pleased with how it cleaned. So I decided to upgrade to the PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro which will mop, clean and dry the mop pad, empty the dirty water, while refilling the robot with cleaning solution for its next job. It also vacuums well and I love how my carpeted areas always look clean and well maintained. I hardly ever have to touch it, hence it's name NEVERTOUCH PRO. I love the robot but what I think really needs work is the app. It's so frustrating to have this fantastic cleaning robot and yet have it supported by this outdated app with really few available functions. The app.is keeping this particular unit from receiving its deserved 5 stars. I would still recommend this Shark robot nevertheless.

Well worth the price!
Bought this product for myself for Christmas and I'm loving it. Wish I had purchased it sooner. I have 4 dogs and is grueling for me to keep up with the vacuuming and mopping. This product does this for me with no effort on my part. Would highly recommend this purchase for those that may be on the fence and are hesitant. Well worth the cost!

Good but could be much better
Works well enough but isn't a replacement for a true human-powered mopping job. Leaves small dust. Also, often misfires-- it thinks it has "completed its mission" when it has only done a fraction of the apartment. Then it goes back to the base, and I have to try it again. Sometimes it works. The map seems accurate- but it has some sort of bug where it prematurely thinks it is finished quite often. It will sometimes go just a few feet and then go back.

LOVE THIS!! Long Battery life and great features
I’ve had this for about a month and I love it. I schedule my cleaning times for different rooms you can only schedule 2 per day. My whole house has hardwood floors except master bath which is tile. I have the mop set to eco and it doesn’t put a lot of water on the floors which is key for my hardwood. If it needs to cross the carpet in mop mode, it lifts the mop up so it doesn’t touch carpet!! I have 2 dogs, one is a German Shepherd who sheds so much, and the vacuum hasn’t clogged up at all. When it’s full it empties itself into the bin and goes back out to pick up where it left off. The battery life is amazing, I have 2 other Shark robot vacuums for my second and third floors, the battery life on them is probably half of this one. If you get it on sale it is so worth it!!

Worst product!!!!
It’s the worst product I have ever purchased. Suction power is too low. Shark intelligently didn’t mention the power in its tech specification. When I turn on mop, it says it will first vaccum it and then mops but when detects carpet, instead of vaccuming it just skips the entire carpet.

Great ROBOT!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im testing a unit and so far the only snags ive come across is that it doesnt pick up pet hair on my area rug in the living room and it completely avoids the guest bathroom.Otherwise i love it! It picks up alot of dirt daily and saves me so much time. My floors actually look better since i started using the robot..

Awful
This product is a huge headache for me. I replaced my Samsung robovac with this and I want to return it. It has been about a month and I’ve had to remap the apartment 10times. It doesnt allow you to set more than 2 cleans a day (for anyone with pets this is absurd), and the mop+vacuum setting is worthless - it will only mop or only vacuum. The longest run it’s had is 15minutes before it returns to the base and it has barely done anything. I’m freaking over it!

I’ve had this since it 1st came out. All they do is push dog hair around. When it’s done I have to vacuum up the dog hair.

Great Idea, Poor Execution
Setup was super easy — the mapping setup ran smoothly, and I thought I’d found my new favorite gadget. But once I started using it, the flaws really showed. It doesn’t pick up very well. It leaves behind light stuff like tissue pieces, fluff balls of dog hair, and even tiny bits of dog food. I shouldn’t have to vacuum again after the robot finishes. Editing the map is so frustrating. Merging or splitting rooms takes several tries, and you can’t move the split line once it’s made. For something that’s supposed to be “smart,” it’s way too clunky. The mop + vacuum mode only works if you clean the entire house. My home’s about 2,100 sq ft — it takes all day because it has to go base to recharge. So I want to clean half house at a time, you can't select mop + vacuum mode when selecting specific rooms. The spot clean feature is also really limited. You can’t create your own clean zones — it just does a small square area. My kitchen is big and open, and I just want to clean around the sink, stove, and fridge after dinner. So the spot clean is unless to me and I have to select the kitchen room and move all the chairs and stools and clean the entire kitchen zone. Super inconvenient. Overall, great idea but poor execution. Weak suction, glitchy app, and limited cleaning options make it hard to recommend.

This robot twerks
I bought this vaccume about 8 months ago. It does a great job. I haven't used the mop function all that much, but when i do i love this robot even more, and it avoids our caprets with ease. Yes i can mop and clean my house faster, but now i can just let it do that for me.

I bought a RV2020 almost a year ago, after 6 months, there were a lot of issues in both software and hardware. The app didn’t allow a Canadian address for registration. The saved map was disappeared several times after i saved it again and again. The edit function of map would create some weird issues, such as duplication of map, room numbers issues. The loading time of app is too long, and it is not user friendly at all. On the other hand, i could never find the parts i needed, like mop pads, i have to ask my friend to buy them in the US for me. Less than a year, a screw on pad plate is already rusted. Besides, the vacuum robot would get stuck by its own pad plate quite often. Moreover, support cannot be reached by email.
