    Buy something else

    Vacuum worked well for 6 months and broke. Customer service is miserable to deal with and take weeks. They ship one part at a time to try and fix the vacuum piece by piece. Going on 21 days and now they’re sending me a new wall adapter to charge and not a battery. Will be a week until I get that piece. Then a week for them to ship a battery next.

    Does not work on carpet

    Just bought today, and will be returning tomorrow. Worked great on my hardwood floors but the second I tried only low pile carpet and just stopped working, almost like the suction was too strong for carpet. Liked the color and assembly was easy but I need one that works on both hardwood and carpet.

    I’m not sure just yet how I feel about this vacuum, it does an amazing job picking up all the hair. But it definitely isn’t tangle free like it states. I have two large dogs, and I vacuum my floor daily. I only have hard wood floors so it’s not a big deal that it doesn’t do well on carpet, most stick vac’s don’t. But the battery life could be a lot better for the size of the machine. Just my thoughts

    Great stick vaccum

    Not what I thought it would be

    I am disappointed with vacuum. I watched several review videos before buying it. I saw people vacuuming up piles of dog hair with no problems. It wasn’t super loud. I got this vacuum. It’s much louder with floor roller attachment on. When using the crevice attachments, the motor isn’t as loud but the floor attachment is ridiculously louder than the videos I watched. The sensor on the vacuum is also extremely sensitive. Vacuuming my hard floor entry way with light foot traffic sets off the red light and if I don’t pick up the vacuum from the floor, the red light will make the vacuum suction turn off. This is supposed to be the pet version where I watched a person vacuum a pile of hair with no problems. I don’t know if the description on Target’s site was wrong, but this really doesn’t seem to be the same vacuum. Also when I went to the site to register for the warranty, the site kept saying the model/serial number on the unit does not exist. Very frustrating! Would not recommend this vacuum for the purpose it says it works for…per hair.

    Bad purchase

    This does not work on my rug or bathroom rug. No matter what setting I use it on it stops suctioning on the rugs. Very disappointing and misleading. The product says for pets and carpets.
