    Works well on hardwood floors, but not on carpet. It's a little tricky to disconnect the base from the handle part for storage and it doesn't stand upright on its own, which is annoying. The one we got also has a large scuff mark along the metal tube.

    OnTrac is awful

    Nice strong suction... BUT battery that came with it runs only 6 minutes. Tineco is sending me another, we'll see if it's any better. The large brush head can't vacuum a deep pile carpet. It stalls out almost immediately and the only way to get the vacuum working again is to shut it down completely. THE WORST PART WAS TARGET'S SHIPPING PARTNER "ONTRAC". I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TARGET AS LONG AS ONTRAC IS THE SHIPPER.

    did not hold a charge long at all and can't stand it up, have to lean it on something.. wondering if charge is a defect on this?     Not worth it

    I’ve had this vacuum for about year and it’s just not great. Anything a popcorn kernel size or bigger and the vacuum just pushes it around instead of sucking it up. It absolutely does not work on rugs or carpet. If you have just dog hair on hardwood floors, this would be a good fit.

    Buy something else

    Vacuum worked well for 6 months and broke. Customer service is miserable to deal with and take weeks. They ship one part at a time to try and fix the vacuum piece by piece. Going on 21 days and now they’re sending me a new wall adapter to charge and not a battery. Will be a week until I get that piece. Then a week for them to ship a battery next.

    Battery doesnt hold
