I used this machine one time, and now I'm getting an error message saying I need to fill up the water tank (despite having a full water tank). I went to the website for help, and it looks like my only option is to buy a new part. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, we missed the return window.

After all the troubleshooting, I finally found out the handle wasn't fully connected. After that it's been smooth running! Cord length is great and it sanitizes the floor well.

I returned this item, it worked for 15 minutes then the steam stopped coming out of the pads and started coming out of the top of the base at the connection. The pads were not even warm. First time I used it, would not recommend.
