When I determine the need for a total vacuum cleaner to assist me in this endeavor, I have consistently turned to Hoover. Transporting the Windtunnel up the stairs to vacuum the single room with carpet became an increasingly arduous task. The other room on that level boasts an original beautiful cedar wood floor, which is partially covered by a few area rugs. The small bathroom features a vinyl floor. This necessitated the transportation of a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, and wood cleaner up the stairs. I sought a device capable of lifting dirt and dust from all three rooms with a single sweep. Recently, I identified the ideal tool for our third floor. I ordered the Excelerate Cordless Stick Vacuum with high expectations. The vacuum cleaner arrived within a few days. It was straightforward to assemble, and its lightweight design made it easy to carry up the stairs. I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations and resolved my problem. It performs exceptionally well on the bedroom carpet, allowing me to effortlessly transfer it to the other room without using a broom to sweep the dust off the wooden floor. I then quickly vacuum the bathroom to capture any remaining dirt particles. This enables me to complete the task in under 15 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed with this machine! It effectively cleans the floors, is easy to maintain, and does not make vacuuming feel like a chore. While it lacks the powerful suction of my Windtunnel, it is certainly suitable for individuals who are particular about their floors, like myself, and who prioritize efficiency. It picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair really well-especially on hardwood floors! The light on the front is a great feature, it makes it easy to spot stuff you’d normally miss. The battery life is solid, and the extra tools (like the pet cleaner) are really useful. The vacuum also stands up on its own, which is very convenient and my favorite feature. Unfortunately, hair tends to wrap around the brush on the bottom, so you’ll have to clean that out every now and then. Still, it’s an overall great vacuum that makes cleaning easy!

The Hoover Excelerate Cordless Stick vacuum looked perfect for our needs. It has a dog on the box so I knew it could stand up to pet hair. It was very easy to unbox and set up. I was initially surprised it didn’t have any kind of stand until I realized it is capable of standing on its’ own! I’ve owned two other stick vacuums and if I had to pause while vacuuming with them, I had to lay them down on the floor or put them in their stands. This one being able to stand on its’ own is a total game changer and makes one handed cleaning so easy! With a toddler who prefers to be attached to me, this is necessary! It’d also nice to not have to drill anything into a wall or have to put the vacuum back in the same place every time. Definitely allows for more flexibility. The turn radius on the vacuum is good and I found it did well picking things up - especially on tile or wood flooring. It is so much quicker than sweeping! The controls are simple - on/off and turbo mode AND can be used with one hand as well. The attachments are able to be securely attached to the vacuum stick which is also a great feature. In the past, I would often have to go back to where the vacuum was stored for various attachments. Having them attached is so helpful. As with any stick vacuum, the battery life could be longer but I always use it for quick clean ups and it works well. It has strong suction and I don’t find it to be too noisy. Overall, this will be a vacuum I reach for often due to its ease of use and easy accessibility.

I am for sure going to use it over sweeping, and it also doesn’t make a tone of noise even when the boost feature is on, however, I would have loved a little more suction power because it doesn’t do incredible great on the rugs in my movie room, it doesn’t get the job done but it’s not like a regular Hoover vacuum. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 Stars but the battery lasts really good as well! No regrets here.

I have wood floors, tile, and carpet in my home. This vacuum can easily go from one to the other without any struggle. This vacuum is so lightweight that my three year old also enjoys vacuuming now. Due to it being small, it does not hold a lot of dirt, but I can vacuum my whole home before needing to dump it out. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is many steps better than the previous cordless vacuum I would use, it works really well on not only hardwood/ laminate but also carpeted areas. I have about 60/40 split in my house so having a stick vacuum that can handle both is very important. I really love that there is a light on the vacuum, I find that the best way to use it is to turn off the lights in my house so that the light on the vacuum can really focus on any sort of dust or pet hair that is laying around. This is a really solid vacuum and I'm thoroughly impressed. The battery life lasts me almost the entire duration of cleaning my entire house which is about 1,400 sqft

It has LED headlights that really let me see all the pet hair and dirt as it's picked up. With 2 settings, default and boost, it has extra power for those bigger messes. It moves seamlessly from my tile to my carpet. The vacuum is bagless, the dirt cup is easy to remove and empty. I waited for our malamute to come running at it- she usually barks at it, chases it or tries to bite it. This one she just laid on the floor and continued her nap. She’s been around 2 vacuums and even if she’s downstairs she will run upstairs to bark 🤣 Most vaccums have attachments but this one actually has these clicky type things (I have zero idea what they are called… clips? Locks? ) … and you will not be vacuuming your stairs and watch an attachment bounce down. And again, quiet. Lightweight. Oh and the hand vac with the pet attachment may be the best I’ve ever used. In 20 years of owning dogs. You can do your hardwoods, laminate, carpet and some rugs. I have no problem on mine but I wouldn’t use it on something shaggy. All in all, in all my years on influenster (over 10) this may be the best campaign I’ve been in. The product is incredible. And I take my cleaning seriously

YUP! 5am because its also pretty dang quiet. This vacuum is lightweight and easy to figure out. It works on carpets, wood floors, and etc. Charging only took about 45 minutes to be full. Ive used it everyday for a week now and still haven’t recharged it!.

The vacuum is lightweight, agile on both carpet and hardwood floors, and does a great job at picking up messes and fine dust. I love that it comes with two very useful attachments: an upholstery attachment that does a great job of agitating upholstery to bring the dust out and a 2 on 1 tool that extends out for hard-to-reach areas. The vacuum also features an LED light that is great for under beds and other furniture. I also think it’s very helpful that the charger plugs into the vacuum’s body. All that said, I do need to point out a few challenges I’ve had. First, the box that the vacuum came in was not very secure and damaged, so there was a noticeable dent on the vacuum. I also feel like the barrel is a little small. The maximum it can be filled is only about one inch up the barrel and dust often fills up beyond that after just one use. I also wish that the vacuum had a stand. It can stand up on its own on hardwood, but not on carpet. Overall, I’m happy with this machine though!

It’s a great size and shape with pretty good battery life but I felt like I needed to use the boost the full time. Pretty disappointed.

Maneuver is decent but not as “swivelable” as some stick vacs. It’s a bit heavier than other sticks as well. All in all a 4.5/5 stars
