Compared to my old wind tunnel 2 this one does not vacuum as well (seems less powerful) and then stopped working right after warranty ran out.

I have yet to use the vacuum itself due to having a knee replacement not long ago; however, my husband has been taking care of a lot of things in the house while I am on the road to recovery and he can't say enough good things about it. We have two indoor only cats and it does a wonderful job with all the excess shedded hair. I'm am literally jealous he has gotten to use and I have not...can't wait.

Pet hair, no problem
The “brush” system is beast at picking up pet hair, and the headlights show you where to go. The handle coming off is tricky at first but once you figure it out it works well. The light on the nozzle attachment is a big plus. The only draw back is the small brush attachment is easy to knock off its holder.

Very Nice
I love the light and how bright it is. Suction is great and has a nice long cord. A bit heavier than my previous Hoover but I am ok with that as it has a bit more features that the previous one.Defiantly would recommend to friends and family.

CLOGGED, TANGLED, and SEIZED
CLOGGED Brush-I have had it a few months but it didn't take long for both brushes to freeze up with long hair. The first brush easily pops out. Still trying to figure out the second brush without disassembling the whole thing. What a pain!

Poor review
I’ve had this vacuum for 6 months now. No I would not buy it again. There is no side suction & the front draw is not all it claims to be. It is difficult to empty the dirt canister once you get it off the body. The LED crevice tool stopped lighting up & now machine now it doesn’t want to turn off & i have to unplug it from the power source. Hoover Fail.

Month 3 of problems..Hoover used to be the best
I thought I could trust the Hoover name. Nothing but problems since we’ve had it. Clog-after clog-after clog! Have to take the whole thing apart…now the brush won’t spin & is broke. They are sending us a new part…but it is more of working ON the vacuum than the vacuum working for me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the vacuum put together turned it on, smelled a burning smell. The brush would not spin so I took apart the left side and the belt was already snapped and wrapped around the one side. $200 of garbage.

I like some features but I thought it was lightweight and my old one was lighter. It appears to pick up well. Haven’t used it much so can’t say much more. Just had rotator cuff surgery.

Seems to work OK except 1 feature.
The unit vacuums good but the issue the red Debris slider in front of the roller is stuck to low side and cannot move it at all.

hoover upgrade #3 and best yet
i first started with the maxlife and very impressed and upgraded to tangle guard, really impressed and after a little over a year with the tangle guard i upgraded to this one and all 3 are amazing, i highly recommend all 3 but this one is definetily my most recommended one and favorite

This is a terrible vacuum, I only had it a few months and I would contact Hoover they kept sending out replacement pieces, then eventually the vacuum was smelling bad and really loud like it was going to explode, now they sent me a replacement I’ve only had it a few months I barely use it and already loud and won’t work. It’s horrible. And there is a 3-5 year warranty on it but they won’t refund. So don’t waste your time.

Vacuum worked okay for a year or so, but the roller has now locked up and destroyed the end cap that the bearing sits in opposite the drive end. And these parts are not available for purchase.
