Its not that easy to manuver. Horrible on all types of floors. Blows small things around instead of sucking it up. Worth $50 if that. Tangle guard works good. Ive always had Hoovers. No more for that cost. I'm giving it away. :(

Don't bother, the brush consistently breaks and doesn't roll any longer. On my second replacement and the brush has once again completely bent and stopped spinning. Would not recommend at all

Dust cup broke and wand stopped working after six months

It worked find with intermittent use over the first five months, and all of a sudden the plastic piece connecting the vacuum broke, and the wand lost almost all suction. Customer service is limited.

I bought this in September, it was great… while it worked. Here we are in June and it lost suction and overheated. This thing cost too much to only work for a few months! Next time I’ll skip the cool bells and whistles and get a vacuum that works.

Bought it 4 months ago and it worked great, until the brush roller at the bottom stalled. Tried unscrewing the bottom but it seems impossible to get it open. I'm in touch with customer service so will see what can be done. Just unacceptable for Hoover to produce this kind of quality. Better off getting another brand.

I bought this to just use on the first floor. It’s mainly hardwood and some rugs so I thought it would do just fine. It is so heavy and unwieldy and forget about trying to use it on the shag rugs - so much muscle needed. I am returning and getting another Shark stick vac.

Save your money - don't buy this pitiful excuse for a vacuum. In late March -early April, I purchased this Hoover WindTunnel TangleGuard vacuum to replace the Hoover WindTunnel that lasted almost 12 years. After 3 days, I knew this vacuum was horrible. After you turn on the vacuum, you have to manually select the roller brush to turn on. You also have to Pump the + plus button to increase the suction, in order to vacuum up the dirt and dust. It makes a lot of noise - but even after selecting Large Debris and maxxing out the suction option, it will only capture fine, fluffy dust. Forget particulate matter, sand, dirt you may track into the house, pet fur. It leaves all of that behind on your floors and in your carpets. My last Hoover vacuum would leave a very visible clean swath on the floor, where it had collected dirt, dust, pet fur; even pollen. You can't tell where you just vacuumed when you use this product, because the motor doesn't have enough power to pick up anything. It looks almost exactly like my old Hoover WindTunnel vacuum, but it is poor quality. I am bringing it back to the store - with much disgust!
