I have only used this vacuum twice. I really like how it picks up dog hair and dust from the carpet. The capacity is much larger than my old machine, so I can clean longer before emptying it.

I purchased this after I could no longer get parts for my previous Bissell vacuum. I bought this Bissell in the hopes it would be as good as my last one. It is not. My previous Bissell was a model 93Z6W. It had a powerful 12 amp motor and useful attachments. It served as a multi-purpose whole home vacuum that did a terrific job. For thise that dont know, a larger amperage rating means a more powerful motor. I cant tell you what the amperage is on this new one because it is neither stated on the web site or on the vacuum anywhere. I suspect it is far less than my other one as it doesnt seem to have as much suction. The attachments are a novelty at best. Clunky and cheap. The detachable hose is useless as it isnt long enough to be of any real use. The pivoting head is nice for maneuvering but makes the vacuum too easy to tip over when using the hose with attachment for cleaning. It does an excellent job at picking up pet hair but is not very effective beyond that. This was the largest vacuum available on the web site at the time I ordered. It cost 50% more than my last Bissell and in my opinion, is half the machine. If this machine lasts as long as my last Bissell, I will consider it to be an ok vacuum. I suspect it wont as the whole machine just feels cheap. Had I seen this in a store vs online, I would not have bought it. Unfortunately, online is the way of things it seems. I will see if it proves to be a quality machine but I suspect it will not last very long. Shame, Bissell could have made a better vacuum, as proven by my last one. Like so many other companys however, they chose to make something underpowered, cheap and disposable while charging more for it. When will companys learn, this does not keep loyal customers. I would not buy this machine again, instead I would shop around for a better machine.

Very flexible and easy to control, suction power is great. Very simple set up, pieces clip together with no tools needed. Handles pet hair very well, on cloth and hardwood surfaces. Would definetly buy again! (But hope I don't ever have to)

very top heavy, while using the turbo brush which is often used with animals in the house,the vacuum always falls down. The cord is much shorter than my old Bissell and I mean much. there is no cord holder on the wand so you have to hold the cord in your hand otherwise it goes under the wheels. Light weight , cheaper plastic - in no way compares to my old Bissell.

Christmas gift I bought for myself! Cleans cat hair amazingly, as well as cat litter from carpet. Cleaned bare floors great too. I really like having attachments and being able to vacuum things high or in tight places!

I've never had a sweeper that I had to take the bottom cover off with 8 screws to unclog the pet hair that clogged the sweeper. This sweeper clogs easily and often.

This vacuum has amazing suction compared to our old Ninja vacuum. The first time we used it, we filled the canister three times on a 12x14 rug that we thought was relatively clean. The LED lights are super bright and the attachments are great add ons. The only fault is that our dogs hair gets easily caught in the roller, so we are flipping it over and working it our regilarly.

This vacuum works incredibly well. The only negative I have is with the cord being so long. There isn’t a way to attach it to the vacuum itself for those type places.

We have 4 pups in our home and I needed a vacuum to keep up with them...I found it with this one! Very happy 😄 and the bonus is this company helps animals as well.. win-win

We bought it because we were tired of vacuums getting clogged. It delivered on that. But cons are - no where to hook power cord so it’s constantly in the way I had to use a twisty tie to get it out of the way. The profile of the sweeper does now allow it to go under most furniture. The crevice attachment is great but the hose is way too short So hard to use

This is one of the best vacuums I have owned. I have officially switched brands from the large predatory sea fish brand to Bissell. The machine sucks up the dirt and hair like it says it is supposed to do. Very light and easy to use. Setup was quick and easy also. Great job on this product.

I want to buy a carpet steamer cleaner so I can clean my own carpets

It gets the job done better than my previous vacuums. I love the powerful suction and easy release canister.

As a dog mom, this line of vacuums are great for cleaning up dog hair and, given we live in the woods, the general dust and dirt. This is my second vacuum from the pet hair eraser line. I would give this one 5 stars, but was disappointed by the turbo rush pivot tool. It just doesn’t dig into and clean carpeted stairs the same way the turbo eraser did. Otherwise, love it!

Love love love this vacuum. Light weight, picks up everything very well. The way me and my dogs hair gets everywhere and it picks up like nothing. The light at the bottom is super helpful seeing where all the dirt/hair is so everything gets picked up! Highly recommend.
