The hose is too short and the handle will not stay
First of all I don't own any pets I purchased this to clean my couches and chairs. It does a good job at cleaning and leaves everything smelling refreshed so I love the way it performs. They're only two gripes that I have about the machine. The first one is that the hose is not long enough for couches that are very deep. It will not reach to the back of the couch I have to hold the machine in my hand in order to perform the job. The second gripe I have is that the cleaning nozzle on the end of the hose will not stay connected. There is a little tab that supposed to lock it in place but the tab is not staying locked in you can just pull it loose. That is a big problem for me because it will not stay connected I may try and contact the manufacturer and have them to send me a new part.

Haven't had luck with the suction on both machines
I purchased a little green carpet cleaner that did not have suction.I contacted the Bissell manufacturer about the issue. The help desk was very helpful and sent a replacement. However the replacement had little suction as well. The dirty water tank had no water in after the suction was used. I just don't think these are good products. Great idea and I wanted tit to work, but mine just didn't.

I would not buy it again
Not great functionality heavy to lug but only hits really small areas. Doesn’t clean as well as I thought it would. Marketing got me excited but it is not that great and will need to buy more cleaner solution immediately. You can hit the same spot many times and it doesn’t do much.

Very Disappointed
This version of the Little Green Carpet Cleaner is no where near as good as the original. The overall suction and cleaning power is weak. The syphon tube in the clean water container has to be installed just right or you get no flow and there's no indicator for what is just right. The hose does not wrap around securely. Very Disappointed!

Ended up throwing this product away. I bought it to use on my couches and rugs. The suction is so weak and the sprayer is so wide making it hard to treat just small sections. It’s a pain in the butt to clean and it’s very large. On the hunt for a better option.

Second thoughts
The sprayer doesn’t spray after just 6 uses, and the warranty is for one year. It’s good for surface stains on short carpet but it’s difficult with longer carpet in a home especially throw up. I would get a steam cleaner next time to cut through the grime. Of course I first remove large bits, spray with enzymes, suck up liquids, let the enzymes work their magic and sit 5-10 minutes and then finally wet and spray to rinse. It still kind of smells like food throw up… so I might need a steamer and more oxi. And the sprayer stopped working. HELP!!

Not good
There are only two things you have to do before using this machine but one of them is to screw in a bracket to hold the hose. The screw does not thread properly or maybe the spot it goes in is just not deep enough, so you can’t screw it in all the way which means the bracket can’t attach firmly. The instructions say to make sure the holes for the screw line up - there is no way for them to not line up, the manufacturing is simply faulty. So I haven’t used it for cleaning yet but I’m not optimistic given they can’t properly measure and create a hole for a screw.

A true green beast!
Wow! Some leather dye spilled on a microfiber bar stool. It covered most of the stool. This little green beast got it ALL out. I wish I had taken a before and after pictures.
