A: Hi Miles. We recommend using our formula that's designed for use in our cleaners. Rinsing isn't required, but you are always welcome to use water only in the tank. Drying time will be required.

A: Hi JB. This machine works well for spot cleaning furniture, but with foam it's imporant not to oversaturate because th foam will absorbe the liquid. Hope this helps!

A: The formula is concentrated and added to water. You determine how much you put down while cleaning, so we'd recommend filling the clean water/formula tank as directed to clean your stairs.

A: No, it doesn't "dry" the carpet. It suctions the water and formula from the carpet, but does require drying time. Hope this helps!

This machine has no suction. I went over the same small spot on my rug for half an hour and it was still soaking wet and stained. I tried doing my couch and the bristles destroyed the fabric. My couch is now ruined and it didn’t clean a thing. There was hardly any dirty water in the tank after using all of the clean water.

I bought it and it was already used. It literally had dirty water in it and the solution bottle had a silt in the bottom. It leaked all over my clothes and carpet. The box was completely taped closed.

Quickly cleaned carpets that had last had a professional cleaning 24 months ago. Yes, you have to refill / empty it often. But, cleaned better than our consumer-grade upright extractor.

I had bought this to clean the carpets in my Suburban. I am still in disbelief on how well this had worked. I would really like to "Thank" the professional "Detailer" who quoted me a ridiculous amount of money to clean my SUV. If he hadn't, I would have never searched, and found this amazing "Little Green". I am a believer!!!! Amazing product!!!!

The attachment head leaks when you try to spray. It also does not have enough suction power. Definitely a waste of money
