We are working to get this corrected. The Hoover CleanSlate XL is a portable spot cleaner used to clean and extract stains. Had to send pictures and videos again. They sent me a hose which I had to change. Now 5 months later the hose split in the same spot yet again and the head unit has lost most of its bristles. I never had these issues with Bissell.

I had thought this item also did steaming- it does not. It is just a carpet shampooer, without wheels. Suction is pretty good- it does not over saturate your carpet or furniture. I cleaned a couch cushion and did not get the cushion very clean. I also cleaned my boys’ bedroom area rug and it clean very well. Seems to work a little better on carpets.

I am so disappointed. I've had my cleaner 4 months and have used it maybe 5 times. The sprayer is stuck and I've tried all suggested trouble shooting to no avail. The only thing I can do is replace the hose and sprayer from what I understand. When the cleaner worked it was great.
