Dries so fast! Cleaned on trial run out of box.
1st use, used it on both ‘quick’ and ‘deep’ clean modes to start. Went ahead and finished on deep clean without a pretreatment to get hang of it. 99% CLEAN. Almost DRY on deep mode within 2-3 hours. Can’t wait to use pretreat and go again. Pleased so far. Would recommend.

Trash. Don't waste your money. after 3-4 uses something inside breaks and then EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you use the machine after your done and empty it out water continues to leak EVERYWHERE. and not just a little water, A LOT of water. to the point we have to put it outside after we use it because otherwise it leaks everywhere. and the is is with all compartments empty!

OMG THE BEST .!!
This machine is much water, as it puts into your carpet. It sucks out. I have an older one. That's probably close to 10 years old. That still works, but I know it's not gonna keep working forever. So I bought the new hoover power scrub XL. i personally do not use the soap that comes with it. I buy my own and then I rinse with a fourth cup of white vinegar.And warm water, and it cleans like a charm. I take everything apart and wash it out and set it out to dry.It's easier to maneuver and less mess than my old one.Take. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER🥰🥰🥰

Extremely loud machine!!!! Takes multiple rounds for every section of carpet which takes forever. Carpet is always damp after so it never fully dries it. With multiple rounds, it does the job decently but it just doesn't seem to pull up as much as seen in the videos.

Powerful cleaner
I bought this today to replace my 10 year old Hoover Steamvac. It seems to be the new version of the same machine and clean just as well. I will list my pros and cons in comparison. Pros: The tanks are clear so you can easily see when they are full/empty. The dirty tank has window on top so you can easily see when it’s picking up water and how dirty it is. You can remove the dirty tank without having to recline the handle. The hose is easy to attach and has a good spray. On my old one the trigger got stuck a lot. This one seems to have a better design. The cord is longer. The nozzle comes off for cleaning. Cons: The attachments/hose don’t store on board. The hand-held nozzle is too big. Fortunately the old attachments fit on this hose still. The base of the machine feels really solid, but the handle feels really cheap. I think the handle will be the first thing to break. The cord is bottom-mounted. This just seems to be a thing with modern vacuum cleaners.

Hose stopped spraying after first use
This carpet cleaner works great! The hose on the other hand stopped working after the first time. We can’t get water to come out. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s a very strong cleaner.

Amazing shampooer
I’ve owned quite a few carpet cleaners and this is by far the best one I have ever used. I picked this one initially because it was the only affordable one at the store, but I am honestly shocked. I had to buy it to clean up messes from the dog and while it’s quite disgustingly satisfying to see the dirt it suck up, I’m more so impressed about just how great the suction was! The carpet was almost immediately dry and my child didn’t have to wait until a day or two later to play in her room. Last night I shampooed my bedroom carpet and went straight to bed with it barely damp and no post carpet cleaning scents. The one tank of water did half the master bedroom, which was shocking in itself. 10/10 would recommend.

Disappointed after 17 Months
This carpet cleaner worked great until it didn't. I've only had this for about 17 months. I've done 2 full cleanings of 5 rooms in that time along with several spot cleanings due to cat vomit. Now it will not dispense water to clean. I've done all the trouble shooting and when I tried to use the online AI trouble shooting. They could not find my model. So very disappointed.

Only used a few times so far but EVERYTIME I have to look up why it doesn’t suck up the water. It is never a fast fix. If I still had the box, I would return it. Spend a little bit more money and get a better one

I love this thing I bought it for picking up all the dirt that my dogs bring in. I do I have to say the only thing I would complain about is that it takes so long just to get dirt up, but I don’t want to put a bad review for that because I don’t know if it’s just because of my carpet being so dirty. LOVE IT!!!!
LOVE THIS! I ended up buying this cleaner after I purchased the hand held version because I loved it so much! It’s easy to clean, and everything comes apart for effortless handling and storage, it’s got great power but not too loud, it’s got some weight to it but not heavy. ( easy to carry up and down stairs), it’s got great strong suction and cleans everything to full restore. This is definitely a great machine for the price. Super happy with it!
