SHAME ON ON YOU TARGET!!!
NIGHTMARE! This does not work it does not pick up ANY water whatsoever! Called Target to ask for a replacement and they said they could not do that until they receieved item back. Spoke to a "Martha-Senior Specialist" who was HELPLESS and had no resolutions. I told her several times charege me I'd pay..I'd even pay for expidited shipment-said Target didn't do that. So I ask if she could please locate item for me. Computer stoped working. Transfer me to someone else...Target doesn't do that. Shame on you Target. Selling defefcted items and not giving any support whatsoever. Mean I have a SOAKED carpet that I am unable to hang anywhere to dry..not to mention weathr would not help. UBELIEVABLE. I understand items are defective at times but so dissapointed in Target for the lack of help, resolution, and support.

I have had 3 of these never had any issues with any of them. I use it to clean my area rugs. I have 2 dogs and like to shampoo the carpets frequently. I like that it's small and light easy to carry up and down the stairs. The suction is so strong that it picks up hair my Dyson left behind. It's easy to clean after it's been used. I would definitely buy this again.

Wont purchase again.
The brushes don’t move at all that are supposed to be rotating to actually clean. So it’s really just pushing water out and sucking it back in. No real cleaning. Only used it 3 times .

I was really disappointed. For some reason it just spread the stain deeper into my carpet. I followed the instructions carefully. Even using what cleaner it recommended. I wished it had worked. It would have saved me the grief of spending way more. Definitely returning it.

I have the older model of this carpet cleaner and the only thing I don't like is that you can't throughly clean the dirty water collection container. I decided to purchase this one as in the details it explains that the reservoir can be opened and I received the older model. Definitely not as advertised and will be returning it to the store. I don't recommend it.

it's ok!
It is very ok. it cleans good enough, but it's is very difficult to clean the tank where dirty water collects and also the brush area, for this reason I will be returning it as soon as I get an opportunity. Also by the second use it seemed like it was on the verge of breaking. so I just just stopped using it I do like the compact size, but keep in mind that means you have to fill the clean water tank often.
