Q: Will this work on tile&grout floors? I'm looking for a floor scrubber that will scrub and clean the grout that also sucks up the dirty water from scrubbing.

For cleaning grout and sucking up dirty water, we recommend a BISSELL steam mop with a grout tool. Steam helps loosen grime from grout lines without harsh scrubbing. A: It does not clean hardfloor surfaces. Only carpets. It does shred some portions of mats that have an uneven surface (the bumpy fabric kind that has those up and down designs like squares).

This item is advertised as a floor cleaner. But, after I picked it up the box said carpet cleaner! Not a hard wood or tile floor cleaner . A hassle to turn around and return both the item and get credit for the 2 yr warranty.

My daughter threw up all over the area rug in her room. The little green machine couldn’t tackle it so I bought this. Worked WONDERS! Did an 8x10 rug in less than 30 minutes. Did 2 dump outs. I can’t believe the results. Would totally buy again.

This Boswell Turbo Cleaner is one of the best products I’ve purchased in a while. It’s small, compact, easy to assemble, easy to use. Works better than the high end Bissell carpet cleaner that I also have. The cons are the smaller tanks on it and they have to be emptied more frequently because of the tank size other than that this product I highly recommend. I did a few passes to show the difference on my picture.

It is just what I wanted. I am using it now. I already have a large carpet cleaner but I wanted a smaller one that would be easier to store and to use in small places to clean up small messes. The big one is too much for that type of job. I am very pleased with this one.

This item simply doesn’t work! I am very disappointed. It came used in the box. Dirty and couldn’t put the parts together because obviously there are some parts missing. Unfortunately I have to return it bay to the store.

I have a pup who is undergoing treatment for heart worms and the medicine he has to take causes excessive water intake which in turn causes a lottt of pee accidents inside. i took a chance on this thing and it blew me away!!! all the smell and pee stains vanished with ease and assembly was so easy. this was worth every single penny and will be a must have in every home i have going forward. thank you Bissell for being THAT GIRL for home cleaning supplies!!!

I was delighted how this little dynamo worked. Tried it first on new pet mess and worked great. So then decided to really test it by using on a very old stain which had been cleaned but was left with a stain. Well, just wow!. No sign that there had ever been a spot. All gone. I highly recommend this Bissell cleaner.

I appreciate that this machine is lightweight and does a good job with cleaning. Ease of use is a 3.7 out of 5. Took a little while to get used to the clip mechanics for the clips on the dirty water tank, but after using it a few times, it got easier with use. The water showed that it pulled a lot of packed in dirt that a vacuum wasn’t able to handle which was a plus. Main con is that the water tank is small, so be prepared to have to refill water 3-4 times for a room (it took me 3 fills for my living room). Overall I think if you only have a couple of rugs or live in a place that has 1-2 rooms that are carpeted, it’s a good affordable option.

It’s amazing. So easy to assemble. No bigger than a compact vacuum so it’s easy to store. Super light weight makes it easy to handle. I filled the water tank twice, and emptied the (very) dirty (the water was legit black…like Creature of the Goo Lagoon) three times. Doing a couple dry passes back and forth dries the carpet really quickly. Toddler and cats were back to playing in under half an hour. Honestly…just buy it. Took out all the toddler, cat, and high traffic area gunk in one use. Best $100 I’ve spent in a long time. And oh so satisfying watching the carpets come back to life.
