This works great on pet oder and clean up on carpet. I suction it all up and turn it different ways while using to suction dog pee up from the carpet. I them put the cleaner down and suction it up. When I'm done I use a squrit bottle with 3/4 vinegar and the rest water and spray it on the clean spot and leave it to dry. I think that it gets all the smell out.

Really great product. Cleaned the carpets in my room beautifully. Wish the tank was a little bigger but the over all size of the cleaner is a space saver. Also wish it came with attachments for upholstery, stair cleaning, and hard to reach spots or quick spot treatments

Bissell Carpet machine
The Box was open & damage when I curved side pick up. I didn't like that. Hopefully it hadn't been used. Staff need to pay attention to things like that. Who wants to purchase an item that cost that much to get home & find out it was used or parts missing.

Small and easy to maneuver- good for small area rugs but has to empty it several times even though I was working on a 5x8 area rug. Cleans well enough, but was expecting better results.

Just okay.
Okay so it cleans good. But even after cleaning the machine and emptying all the water, it leaks! So you better have a towel or something underneath when storing. It just ruined the baseboard and did not get acrylic paint out of my carpet.

Cheap plastic wheel
The first time we used it one of the wheels broke. The website was difficult to use and I never did find where I could order a replacement wheel. Very frustrating.

Did not lift stains.
This is a lot smaller than expected. I had to refill the tank 3 times for a small apartment bedroom. It also did not take out any stains in the carpet. We only had little “scuff” marks from shoes, nothing crazy. It didn’t even lighten them up. I will be returning.

This little powerful machine is great for pet owners. It's lightweight and easy to haul up stairs and store away. The suction is really great. The water reservoir is small but it's worth the price in my opinion to empty in between completing a room. As a renter, this works for me, it's inexpensive & great for a condo size home. This is the second one I've had. I purchased the older model and I got my money's worth! I paid a professional $350 to clean my carpets last year and I feel doing it myself with this machine was better since the carpet is old and almost helpless lol. Totally worth a couple compromises, small water reservoir and no attachment to clean stairs.

Too small but still mighty
I shampooed bedroom carpet. This is really good for spot cleaning. I don't recommend it for cleaning anything more than a 10x10 rooms. It works well, but since it's so small i had To change/refill the canister MULTIPLE times.

I bought this compact cleaner for ease of storage. Don’t need attachments- so price was a good value. Equipment was so easy to refill, empty and clean. I used three tanks for a 8X11 rug. No old debris stuck in the dirty water tank. I am so happy with this item. It brought up so much cat hair. I was ready to buy a new rug.

Great little carpet cleaner
This carpet cleaner is a replacement for one I bought 7 or 8 years ago that finally stopped working. I love it. It's fairly light weight and very easy to use, and most of all it does a good job of cleaning. It is small so if you're trying to do a whole house this isn't for you, but I only have 1 room that's carpeted so it's just right.

When i first got it . It worked ok not that great. Now a year later it doesn't seem to extract the water off the carpet.
