I have rented high powered cleaners before from hardware stores that left streaks in my carpet. One pass with the Bissell Revolution and my commercial carpet in the lobby at my business and it looks 20 years newer. It was so easy to operate and get working right away. The solutions it came with left the whole shop smelling EXTRA fresh for days. And putting it away and cleaning it up was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Works way better than renting equipment and after two times costs less!!

I was mainly looking for something that would make cleaning my rugs, especially the living room one, easier because I was tired of constantly getting down on my hands and knees to scrub and spot-clean them. Overall, I was really happy with this deep cleaner, and it definitely checked that box for me. The setup was incredibly easy. The manual was straightforward, and there wasn't much of a learning curve. I filled the water tank, added the cleaning solution using the guide lines, popped it into place, and was ready to clean. The machine itself was also very easy to use. You select the cleaning mode, press the trigger on the handle to release the water and cleaning solution, and then release the trigger on the next pass so the machine can suction up the dirty water and solution. It was very intuitive and easy to get the hang of. The cleaning power was probably the biggest surprise for me. After the first deep clean, I would say about 90% of the stains I was dealing with were gone, and my rug looked noticeably closer to its true color. I was actually able to move the couch and compare the cleaned area to the rest of the rug, which made the difference really obvious. Our living room rug has a lot of block colors, pastels, and lighter neutrals, so unfortunately, everything shows up on it! Seeing how much cleaner and brighter it looked after using the machine was really impressive. I also liked having the two cleaning modes. For my first few cleans, the Deep Clean mode was definitely needed because the rugs had a lot of built-up dirt and stains that needed some extra attention. For regular maintenance, though, I can see myself using the Express mode much more often. I think that will be perfect for quickly freshening up the rugs and staying on top of everyday wear. There is some maintenance required after using the machine, so I would recommend planning a little extra time for that. I do think it's important to properly clean and dry the machine after each use because, like anything that deals with water, it could potentially get smelly or develop mold if it's not taken care of. That said, the actual cleaning process isn't difficult. Now that I've done it a few times, I've gotten into a routine and it doesn't take me very long. I also really liked having the cleaning tray and cleanout formula because they make the maintenance process easier. My only minor complaint is that there are several separate pieces that need to be stored, and I'm still trying to figure out the best place to keep everything together. Honestly, what I like most about this deep cleaner is feeling like it actually did something! The amount of disgusting water this thing pulled out of my rugs was shocking. I couldn't believe all of that dirt was actually in my rugs. My kids and I spend a lot of time playing on the floor, so having clean rugs is really important to me. Being able to actually see all of that dirt and grime being pulled out gives me the visual satisfaction and reassurance that I'm getting the rugs genuinely clean. With two toddlers, two dogs, and a cat, I know my rugs are never going to stay perfectly clean for long. But now I feel like I have a much easier way to maintain them regularly. For me, that makes a huge difference, and overall, I’m really happy with the cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely FLOORED by how well the Bissell Revolution ExpressClean Reach cleaned the carpets and rugs in my home! We had a few really tough stains following a birthday party with 20 feral 4 year olds running amok in my house. Slime, pizza and frosting—what was I thinking? This machine left my floors spotless and saved me a ton of money on professional cleaning. Express Clean mode is so effective that I only needed to use Max Clean on one or two areas. I love that cleaning the machine after use is so quick and straightforward. The cleaning tray and cleanout formula ensure that there's no filthy, stagnant water hiding anywhere causing mystery odors in the machine. This is a really powerful, easy to use machine that is a very manageable size and easy to maneuver around the house. My floors have never been cleaner!

I have searched high and low, I’ve tried budget friendly, expensive top of the line, pet friendly, kid friendly, all the things! This has got it all! It’s pretty light considering the type of machine it is.The pressure and suction is very strong and powerful. It picks up great. The carpet feels pretty dry after. This is great when you have impatient little ones running around. I love that it comes with a rinse and storage tray, it’s nice to have its own place to store it. Taking it apart to clean it was just as straight forward and easy as putting it together. This made cleaning it after each use very easy. I also liked that you can clean the and rinse the brush rolls right on the trey as well, it’s very helpful and efficient. In my opinion this is a super handy tool, and is definitely worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Revolution ExpressClean Reach is an amazing carpet, rug, and sofa cleaner. It made my rugs look brand new. Set up is easy and with the short manual, I was able to get it going within 30 minutes. It’s easy to push and get the trigger going with the provided solution. One half tank allowed me to clean 2 full rugs and spot clean a sofa and another rug with the added hose attachment. Cleaning it is way better than my old standup carpet cleaner because you can detach all the parts and get under the hood. The added bristle cleaner tray is so neat! No other cleaner I know of has this. I know I’ll be able to use this for many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been in the market for a new carpet cleaner and the Bissell Revolution ExpressClean exceeded my expectations. It arrived extremely well packaged. Every component was labeled, which I loved. There was no “guessing” what went where. Putting it together was three easy steps and it was ready to use! I first used it in the Max Clean Mode in my living room. This is a high traffic area and we have a dog. The ease of releasing the cleaning solution into the carpet, and moving the machine back and forth was super smooth. Seeing all the gunk and grime get sucked up was so satisfying. I was amazed that it was so lightweight, yet cleaned so well. After the living room, I used it in our office. Much less traffic, and just needed a quick refresh. Again, this machine did the job effortlessly. After all this, I was very intrigued to use the after cleaning mode. I will admit, this is somewhat more complicated than the actual cleaning, but well worth it to have a feature like this. It was, again, very satisfying seeing all the gross stuff that was sucked up, get rinsed out. The rinse and storage tray was a nice feature to full clean the machine, which I’ve never seen before. Overall, I was over the top satisfied with this product. It checked all the boxes.. ease of use, performance, cleanliness. It makes me excited to use it in other areas of my house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression for this steam cleaner is a B+. I tackled a few different types or stain/fabrics. I tried it on an old makeup stain in my daughter's bedroom carpet. As well as one on an old couch. I think if I had let the solution sit on it a little longer I could have gotten it completely out. It also was able to get an old squished laffy taffy out of my kids play room carpet but I had to use the higher mode to do so. I tackled one of the high traffic areas in my bedroom and it helped my carpet look less dingy and more refreshed. Pic included. My favorite item I used it on was my dog bed. I used the hose attachment with both the scrubber as well as the rubber hair collector. It's unfortunate that the pictures do not do it justice because of the way the fabric looks on camera. But it looks brand new and smells so much better! I used the pet odor cleaner that was included and I think it made a huge difference. I've added a before and after of that item as well. It was visible sucking brown water out of the dog bed and an old couch we have. Which is great but also so gross! The suction power was great on the hose but lacking on the floor suction. I found it was leaving some areas too damp for my liking. So I would put pressure on the front of the machine with my foot while pushing it across my carpet so that it could remove more water. That seemed to help but it definitely made it more difficult. Most of the items I use this machine on will probably be placed near a fan to dry faster. Cleaning this machine seemed tedious. But it turns out it wasn't all that bad. Quite satisfying to see the amount of dog hair it had picked up since I was able to pull I off in one large clump easily. I enjoyed the cleaning tray. It made for less cleanup. I'm not a fan of cleaning, let alone cleaning the tool that helps me clean my house. But I loved how I was able to clean it so thoroughly and know it won't smell bad later like some steam cleaners do. Overall I do like this machine. The suction power on the head could be better. But I will continue using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an upgrade to cleaning that I didn’t know I needed. First of all assembly on this was incredibly easy- everything just snaps together. Getting it set up to clean was also incredibly easy- fill it up plug her in and your off. As far as how it cleaned the carpets I was impressed with how much it brought up and how quickly. I didn’t spend hours and hours cleaning - it was very quick and it really lifted the dirt and even some stains on my carpet. I am also impressed with how dry it left my carpet - some cleaners saturate the carpet so much it takes days and a fan to get it fully dry- this sucked up a majority of the water and solution and the carpet was fully dry within a few hours not a few days. It did a great job on my couch with the attachments as well- It really got the filth out!! I love the stand that comes with it as a docking- my only complaint about this cleaner is I wish it had storage for the attachments. They are bound to get lost at some point because they have to be stored separately. Overall this is a solid cleaner and with how easy it is to use, I’ll be cleaning my carpets and couches way more often!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this carpet and upholstery cleaner was how lightweight it feels. It’s very easy to push and pull. I can easily store it away without feeling like I’m hauling a heavy weight. The next best feature was the drip tray that also does a clean out. With three dogs we have hair that the vacuum will not fully pick up. I love that I can easily clean it out to prevent smells. Most carpet cleaners will leak a little once you’re done and I never know where to put it. The drip tray has come in handy for that so I don’t have a wet puddle under it. The express mode is perfect for quick messes but a good deep clean mode is necessary with multiple pets and kids. I will say I wish it had a bit more suction when pulling it back though. Overall this was a great machine to have when trying to keep my carpet clean and fresh. The cleaner that came with it smelled great and I don’t feel like it had a strong chemical smell. My floors were completely dry within an hour.

It completely eliminates the need to rent those bulky grocery store cleaners. It is a bit heavy when full, but the results make it worth the muscle. Cleaning and power modes The cleaning power is incredible. It pulls up deep, dark grime and old pet stains you didn't even know were there. Max Clean Mode: Best for deep-set stains and heavy mud. It leaves carpets damp for a bit, but it gets everything out. Express Clean Mode: Perfect for a quick refresh before guests arrive. The best part? Your carpets dry in about 30 minutes. Clean up and maintenance Cleaning the machine is the worst part, but this one is actually easy. The dirty water tank empties without splashing, and the front nozzle snaps off so you can rinse out hair and fuzz. The Catch & Clean Tray and FreshStart formula are amazing. You just set the machine on the tray, run it, and it flushes itself out. It prevents that gross, sour mildew smell from building up inside the brushes. Best part The 7-foot hose and hand tools are definitely the best features. It lets you clean stairs, couch cushions, and car seats easily without having to lift or lug the heavy main machine up and down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not going to lie when I first opened this deep cleaner I was a little intimidated because it seems like there's a lot of parts. But once I opened the instructions they were very easy to understand and I was able to get things rolling within a few minutes without the help of my husband. Lol initially I used it on some stubborn old stains on our Berber carpet and I was really impressed by what came out in the dirty water and the results on the carpet afterwards. I like that there are two cleaning modes I see myself using the lower mode for more instant stains that I catch quickly and the deeper clean mode for stains that elude me for a bit and I'm getting to after they've been sitting. I love that it's really like a two-in-one cleaner where I can tackle messes on a couch but also do a full floor deep clean. Space is limited at my house so appliances that can pull double duty are key! I was also intimidating about taking the dirty water tank and bottom tray out for cleaning but again following the instructions it took me a few minutes. Years ago I had a carpet cleaner where you couldn't clean out the bristles part on the bottom and it got so gross after just a year or so. I'm so grateful that this one can be cleaned frequently I feel like it will increase the life of the appliance. I've never seen a machine with clean out formula before and I thought that was a great idea and again I think it's going to help keep this appliance moving and working for longer. I love the tray to keep the accessories organized and have a clean spot to store the machine. I think if I had to say what I like most overall about this deep cleaner it would have to be two things one the versatility of being able to clean smaller surfaces and cover a larger area with one machine. But also the simplicity of the machine and how easy it was to follow the instructions to get going and now I feel like I probably don't even need the instructions when I use it again because it is quite intuitive. I'm really enjoying this machine and I would highly recommend it to friends looking for a carpet cleaner solution for their own home.

With small kids and a Golden Doodle, our carpets take a beating between spills, food, dirt, and everything our dog brings inside. What I like most is how easy it is to grab and use without having to pull out a huge machine. It does a great job lifting stains and freshening up the carpet, and the reach attachment is especially helpful for getting into stairs, edges, and those harder-to-reach areas. It’s not a replacement for having your carpets professionally cleaned, but for everyday messes and keeping up with a busy household, it has been a game changer. The two cleaning modes were both nice working and one requires more water than the other. I did not notice a huge difference between the different settings. This carpet cleaner got up so much filth from my carpet I was in complete shock that I was cohabiting with those allergens. The spot treatment for stains went above and beyond my expectations. This machine works well for a clean home. The post cleanup instructions seemed a little vague and overwhelming after using all your strength in a big clean up. The cleaning tray works well and the different formulas are a nice feature overall. Cleaning the tank in general use was more frequent than expected. I enjoyed the power and deep cleaning of stains the most about this product. I liked how it was quite while in use. Overall, this is far more convenient than other carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past.

This carpet cleaner was very easy to use and very straight forward. I essentially thought it wasn’t going to make that much of an impact on my carpet because of the light use it has but I was in for it when I saw that water. I can’t recommend this machine enough. It took a long time to get every room but it was worth it from the results. It was amazing to see my carpets be truly clean again, it did a great job.

An unending task of cleaning rugs and carpets and children’s floor mats, this has cut our time in half and has given us better peace of mind that we are getting a thorough clean. With the two different settings it’s helped get the smallest of messes like spit up, to older more difficult messes like dried soda. Cleaning the machine was a bit of a learning process, and I feel like it was a bit too much for my liking. I do appreciate the convenience of the designated storage the actual cleaning trap has for most of the cleaner’s accessories. I like the fact that I can keep this tucked away in the closet for easy but hidden access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tested the Bissell Revolution ExpressClean Reach. I have a cat and dogs as well as a 9 year old kiddo with a tendency to spill. I work pretty long hours so I need something that packs a punch but doesn't require a lot of time and this cleaner did not dissapoint. The initial set up was easy and intuitive so I did not have to read every single direction to start using right away. I likes how the clean water container sat above the dirty water container but they were independently attached to the machine making dumping and refilling a breeze. The containers are very visible and easy to assess with little effort. The machine was easy to manipulate and fairly lightweight in comparison to other more cumbersome units. The pet solution smelled amazing but was slightly overwhelming in a small space like the bedroom. The stains came up like magic and the carpet looked new again and were also much dryer than previous cleanings. I would have gladly given this cleaner 5 stars but cleanup still leaves something to be desired. While the clean up tray and solution make it much simpler, pet hair was still not straight forward to remove, despite the tool included to do just that. The hose attachment makes upholstery cleaning a quick task as well. This design is a definite improvement upon older Bissell models and I would definitely recommend purchasing this cleaner.

My home has some high traffic carpet zones that get used multiple times a day by 4 people and 2 large dogs. Worn in dirt, oil from my dogs’ fur, and old pet accident stains were my biggest concerns. I also have small stains (food, grease, etc.) from my young children that just won’t go away. The Deep Cleaning mode on this vacuum full removed them! I previously tried a different carpet cleaner that had a single cleaning mode on two particularly annoying ones without much success. Now I can’t even see a hint of them. Oddly enough, one of the aspects of the Bissell Revolution I like the best is how simple it is to clean the vacuum itself. With two previous carpet cleaners I owned, I felt like I could never remove all the dirty water or collected dog fur from the roller bars and attachment tools. The cleanout tray for this carpet cleaner is easy to use, and the post-use maintenance did not take long at all. At the end, I can SEE that the cleaner is, well, clean! My one wish for the cleaner is for it to have an audible click or snap when the clean water and formula tank is replaced and ready for cleaning. I wasn’t sure it was properly sealed, and a noise would help confirm it. My next project to tackle is two upholstered chairs, and I have a feeling the Bissell Revolution ExpressClean Reach will have them cleaned in a snap!

Setting it up was super easy and at first I was skeptical that it would work as well as it did. I had some spots on my carpet that had been there forever - I had previously used two different carpet cleaners to no avail. To my surprise, this carpet cleaner easily removed them! I was shocked. My carpet looks and feels so much better now. I also like that there are two cleaning modes. It is nice to pick a mode for smaller spots that just need a quick refresh. I ended up using the deep cleaning mode for the stubborn stains I had. Which worked great. Another thing I loved was how easy it was to clean the machine when I was finished. I usually hate cleaning up after using a carpet cleaner. This carpet cleaner was very simple to take apart - I could easily rinse everything out and get it put away rather quickly after use. I have not used the cleaning tray or the cleanout formula yet so I do not know much about those. However cleaning the carpet cleaner was surprisingly simple. Overall this carpet cleaner definitely does what I need it to. It was easy to set up and easy to use. The carpet cleaner did an amazing job removing stains and was not a mess or pain to clean up afterward. The cleaning power and the easy maintenance are my favorite aspects of this carpet cleaner.

We just got new carpet last fall so I have been trying to keep up with its cleanliness and this carpet cleaner definitely makes a huge difference! The best feature of this cleaner is something I’ve never had on any carpet cleaner I’ve had before and that’s the cleaning tray. This eliminates the rancid wet smell of a dirty machine with minimal effort after each use - you just out the cleaning solution on the tray and let the machine do the work. It also keeps all equipment organized for easy storage. As far as cleaning quality. this machine is light weight enough to be able to do my entire first floor without hurting my back and my kids can use it too to help! It is easy to see what is getting sucked up with the clear view aspects of the machine. And I have loved being able to easily switch to cleaning our upholstery as well - it has strong suction that gets lots dirt and the moisture off the upholstery. The hose is very lung and I was able to clean my steps and even the dusty tops of my curtains without struggling with the machine. It is not a “smart” machine that senses level of dirt, but it is very easy to see the cleaning that’s happening and the suction is just as strong as the higher priced smart machines. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the cleaning provided and the extra features that make cleaning the machine itself a simple process, which to a mom of a big family is invaluable, Great choice if you need a versatile machine that gets through tough grime!

I was so excited to try the Bissell Revolution ExpressClean Reach and it definitely did not disappoint!! The machine is so simple to assemble out of the box and it comes with the cleaning solution included, so you are ready to go right away! For our carpets, I used the Max Clean Mode. I love that the clean tank holds a gallon of cleaning solution so I didn’t have to refill at all while doing the main floor of our house. I found that the carpet dried super fast when I did a few “dry” passes after a cleaning pass. My carpet looked amazing after using the included Pet Pro formula. I loved the hose and upholstery attachment for cleaning my couch. We have 2 littles and a dog, so our couch gets dirty quickly. I used the rubberized block to remove any dog hair first, and then followed up with the bristle block for cleaning. The included extended reach tool was so convenient for cracks and crevices that are normally so hard to reach. In no time at all, the Bissell Revolution ExpressClean Reach was able to get it looking brand new using the Express Clean Mode. My least favorite part of using a carpet cleaner is cleaning the machine after. With the Bissell Revolution ExpressClean Reach, that wasn’t an issue at all! I felt like the machine was so easy to clean with the cleaning tray and clean out formula provided. This was definitely my favorite feature of the machine!
