A man must have designed this
I have had this for 2 days. My back hurts. My arms hurt. The tanks are tiny. You have to empty the dirty tank 3 times to 1 refill of clean solution, why they didn’t make them the same size, I will never know. You get a solid 3 minutes of cleaning before having to empty the dirty tank. A woman would have never designed this like that. We don’t have time for that. However, it was super easy to put it together and get started. And my carpet is beautiful again. Worth it .

Best carpet cleaner ever!!!!
I love this!!! I use to have a bissell pet pro and didn’t like it. This new shark you don’t have to pull any triggers and wonder if your putting the correct amount of solution down. I always put way too much. And I absolutely hated the smell of the solution. This shark is a dream all you do is push the machine and pull back and the machine figures that all out for you. It’s a little heavy but it cleans so well I don’t care. I love the dry mode. It’s just sucking up extra solution and therefore it drys allot faster. I really like it. My dogs loves is getting older and having accidents and I use this allot. It’s very easy to rinse the machine after use and you just let it air dry. I’m so happy with this . It’s the best I’ve ever owned. Also it has two places where it sucks up instead of the normal one place. It is totally recommended!!

Good Product With Potential Carper Damage
The shampooer works great. T he capacity is kinda small so refills are required more often than expected. Also, it appears that, like the Shark Vacuum, some of the carpet fibers are being pulled off carpet while cleaning. Not sure how much damage this is causing since I just started using bother pieces of cleaning equipment.

Small but mighty
Love this machine, it is smaller than my Hoover but it has more suction and does not clog! We have 2 dogs that shed and lots of woman in the house with half our home being carpet !! It’s pricey but worth it! Ninja comes with 5 year limited warranty

Happy with this product!
I just bought this product within the last week. I have already used it to clean my two bedroom carpets. Overall, and considering what you would pay to have your carpets cleaned by an outside company, this is a high-value product. It is easy to use as well. The only reasons I did not give it five stars are 1) the CarpetXpert tank (contains dilute carpet cleaner) empties too fast and 2) the dirty water tank fills up too fast. These two issues don’t always happen at the same time; they interrupt your ability to get through a full room without refilling the Xpert tank and emptying the dirty water tank. On my master bedroom, I had to empty the dirty water tank three times. Nonetheless, I am happy I bought it and I would buy it again.

Does the job
It’s okay. Not what we expected at all but it works for what we need. It continuously sprays water out so you have to move kinda fast or you have a soaked floor.

Hello Shark. I am taking a break from using my new CarpetXpert Hair Pro with Stain Striker. I am kinda old and old people need a break. YOU GUYS have hit a GRAND SLAM with this machine. I am using it in a bedroom that has been neglected. The suction is AWESOME!! I know others have mentioned the smaller dirty water tank. I will change it more often to have great results like I am getting. It is picking up dirt and cat hair that was missed by two other machines. Assembly was easy and the tanks are easy to fill and maintain. It is easy to control and not too heavy. Also love the 5 year warranty. Took me a few minutes to get used to the two different modes between Deep Clean and suction only. Have not used the hose and different tools yet but that is coming. I am glad I took the plunge and bought this thing. If anyone else is in the market, at least check this machine out. I cant imagine being disappointed.

Amazing Results
Incredible! We have 25 year old carpet, and I think we may be able to keep it a little longer! This works better than any carpet cleaner I’ve tried. The dirty water tank is small, so you just need to empty it frequently. At least this actually pulls the water back up better than other machines!

Much better than other comparable carpet cleaners
I have 5 pets so a good carpet cleaner that can handle hair is a must. This is the first Shark I have owned as I have gone through 3 other brand carpet cleaners over the last 15+ years. Pros Picks up hair great in the internal dirty water container. Other brands have left clumps n the carpet that I had to pick up Has better suction so it leaves carpets dryer and it takes less time to dry. Has a nice long attachment hose for spot or furniture cleaning. Machine is easy to clean after use. Cons Water tank could be bigger When the water/solution runs out the machine shuts down so you can't even run it in dry only mode. It auto dispense solution when you push forward but it would be nice to have some sort of control of how much it dispense

should I wear waders ?
would never buy another one if still same quality. I find it difficult to believe this made it out of production with the incredible spitting oit of fluids from the dirty tank before it gets 1/3rd full if there is some foam. its incredible when suddenly I see squirting dirty water 3 feet out of the right side vent area. ridiculous!!

Don't buy - CRAP
The tanks are very small, doesn’t suck water up well, high pitch sound, doesn’t clean well. Too much soap dispensed and had to go over a second time with clear water to remove soap. I’m very disappointed in Shark for making such a crappy product!

Not working
I buy this twice The first stop working and they replace my vacuum for a new one So the second one arrived and I was cleaning my couches and when I plug it again the same day o was using it it stop working again.!!!! I read all the instructions and I’m not doing nothing wrong so at this point I’m really stressed about it
