A: I truly just borrowed my moms to clean our living room and I am in absolute disbelief/shock at how AMAZING this works. I have two little (wild) boys and a new puppy and STAINS galore. It truly made our carpet look brand new… it looks better than when we hired professionals to clean it before. 1000000% going to purchase this myself!

A: I bought this not because I have pet stains but that I have kids, and they are messy. Some stains I didn't notice until I dedicated an entire day to cleaning my carpet throughout my house, so not sure how long they were there. Every stain I had came out and never came back. I recommend 100%.

A: Yes, I bought it. It is great overall and has minor issues from time to time. Wouldn’t reccomend heavy use though.

A: As you noted, this cleaner uses our HeatWave Technology and does not have a water heater in it. HeatWave Technology helps to maintain the temperature of the water placed in the clean tank. We recommend using hot but not boiling or microwaved tap water in the machine.

A: I have cleaned my daughters ceramic tiled kitchen floors with it because she has a long haired dog. It gets so much dog hair up that I am shocked. I sweep and get up as much as I can before hand and still it finds dog hair. A little messy but wow those floors are clean afterward.

A: No, the BISSELL ProHeat 2X is meant for carpet.

A: I've done it before, make sure you use the express setting so you add less water to the mattress. Be sure to extract as much excess liquid as possible. Once finished allow the mattress to dry for at least 12 hours (leaving moisture can cause mold to form, thus ruining your mattress). I recommend using a box fan on it, to speed up the process of drying

A: Hi Christine - you could use it for an area rug, yes, but if it's too small it may be difficult as the machine has powerful suction. Hopefully this helps!

A: The BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus is designed to deep clean and remove tough pet stains, even older ones. If the stain has soaked into the carpet padding, it may reappear later because of wicking, which happens with any carpet cleaner. To help prevent this, we recommend multiple passes to extract as much moisture as possible and using the included BISSELL cleaning formula.

A: If the rollers on your BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus aren’t rotating, it’s usually due to one of these reasons: The machine isn’t fully reclined into the cleaning position. Hair or debris may be wrapped around the brush rolls. The belt could be broken or off track. Try checking for obstructions and make sure the unit is reclined. If the belt needs replacing, we recommend contacting BISSELL Consumer Care at 1‑800‑237‑7691 for assistance.

A: Hi Peri Michele, the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus is designed for cleaning carpet and upholstery, not hard surfaces like ceramic or porcelain tile. Using it on tile could damage the machine or the floor. For tile, we recommend a BISSELL hard floor cleaner instead.
