Disappointed
I was so excited to unpack and use my carpet cleaner for the holidays, but when I opened it, I found a hole on the side of the box didn’t think anything of it took out the vacuum and right on the side of the vacuum it was crushed😞 Why would you pack it in a box without checking if it was damaged????!

Amazing value - works really great
I researched a lot of steam cleaners before settling on the TurboClean Pet XL. The other reviews really are accurate - the cleaner works as advertised (which is to say very well), is easy to use and is a great value for the money. I have 5(!) pets in my house and the carpets take a beating. The TurboClean handles cleaning those carpets as well as any Rug Doctor or commercial-grade machine. Very glad I bought it.

Great cleaner. It’s light weight, easy to fill and the dirty water tank is simple to empty. No crazy chambers like other cleaners that catch dirt and hair. A large cap at the bottom unscrews and allows access to the filter. The Bissell shampoo took out stains the old machine left behind.

Would buy again-Make sure everything is in the box
I have had to use it to clean up after new puppy and deep clean some old carpets in my new old home. My problem was that when I bought it, I didn't pay attention and realized after I had broken down the box and sent cardboard off to recycle, that the hose and attachments had not been in the box. I had gotten the carpet cleaner and the 2 little bottles of cleaners, but did not get the hose and tool. I probably should have been less excited and checked to make sure everything was in the box that was supposed to be there. It would have been nice to have when the puppy peed on the couch.

Waste tank fills up so fast from their own brand of cleaning you put in it makes it foam up. Have to empty waste tank 2-3 times before all your clean water has even been used. Also DOES NOT WORK!!!
