Great starter wet vacuum. Expect refills often when use. However, great wet vacuum!

Easy to use, cleans very well from area rugs to a carpeted room. Only challenge was removing dirty water tank was difficult. The plastic clips that hold the container were not easy to unlock. Actually hurt my back trying to pry the clips open.

This machine is very easy to set up and use. It removed all the stains on our basement carpet and left a fresh clean smell thanks to the formula provided in the box. The only thing that bothers me is that the cord is not long enough for the surface we want to clean, which is fine, we just need to unplug it and plug somewhere else. The process is super satisfying, the suction works really well, and it is less costly than hiring a company to do it. The tank gets empty quite quickly and requires several fills but I mean, for the price, this is really good value. Highly recommended!

I couldn't be happier with the way this cleans. I have multiple cats and it was nice to be able to deep my rugs. So much better!

I have multiple pets. I have owned multiple cleaners over the years. This product was bought to replace my Hoover Pet Carpet cleaner. This model is very small. It takes several refills to get the job done. I also have a very hard time unlatching the grey latches at the sides of the water tank. It is a light machine, and would be best suited for small areas and light work.

I enjoy the simplicity of cleaning, it’s definitely worth the money and a light weight option for those who have pets, kids or both and need consistent cleaning. I clean my 3 room carpets every other week and it smells better, looks cleaner & allows me to feel better about myself with those results. If you own or rent and want to keep your carpet clean with a low budget this is the best option I have seen. Thanks

Too bulky, super loud, when you use the attachment for stairs it sounds like someone is screeching / screaming, very unpleasant.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, and well made. Just completed cleaning our 9 X 12 area rug. Great job!. Looking forward to cleaning our sofa next. Makes far more sense to own this machine than to rent one at a store.

While i do really like the machine, it works really good, it is so hard to clean. I have to put the entire vacuum in my sink to clean. it hard to clean the beater bar because it does not detach. This is made for pets and guess what, there's a lot of pet hair clogged in the area of the beater bar. That part need to be made to come off so that it clean more easy.

I love my Bissell Turbocleaner! I purchased one today , and went right to work! What an Amazing Machine!! I Highly recommend one!!

Home, only 4 stars because as it sucks up the dirty water it sprays a fine mist of dirty water out behind the back wheels onto your feet. Makes 2 times the work. Otherwise, it would be a 5.

Works great. Only used it on one small rug so far and havent tried the attachments yet, but it got my rug clean.

Anticipating problems with potty training my 3 year old, I invested in this carpet cleaner. Best idea ever. I had an old Bissell spot cleaner before this, but felt like I was contorting myself cleaning the floor after pet accidents. With a pantsless toddler in the mix, I knew I needed an upright model. This model fits the bill, and after a week of heavy use, I am so, so glad to have it. It is wonderfully designed and clicks together very satisfyingly. Both the upright cleaner and the hose attachment are fast and intuitive to use. Filling and emptying both tanks is super simple. Sometimes I find myself hoping that my kid's accidents land on the carpet so I can suck it up with this instead of a huge wad of paper towels. My one friction point is that the entire unit is a bit cumbersome to haul up and down a staircase. In my hurry, it's hard to know where to put my hands to lift it with minimal strain. I think I've figured out an optimal placement for me, but it would be nice if there was an equally intuitively designed lift spot. I also wish there was an easy hook for the attachment hose, which I use so often that I usually leave on the machine.

This is a hard-working little unit.. I'm in a single wide trailer with carpeting and I appreciate the fact that it's lightweight because I have rheumatoid arthritis and things are painful to push/ pull but this is a breeze to use. it does a nice job.. This would be great for someone with a small apartment or even an RV... it runs out of water sooner than my other bigger Bissell but that's okay. it's not that big a deal.. makes up for it in how it really cleans deeply .and I'm very happy with it.. good job in developing this shampooer, thank you.

Nice compact cleaner. My previous carpet cleaner was bulky and heavy so I never wanted to use it but this one is easy to maneuver. It easily removed two stains from my hallway carpet. Remember this is compact so tanks for dirty and clean water are smaller so you have to empty/fill more often but I find it worth it. I don’t love where the power button is located but will get use to it.

I spent a while looking into options. This one didn't come up in any big review articles yet it had better reviews than the ones that did and was lower cost. So I took a chance and am glad I did. The cord isn't super long, but it's actually longer than our shark vacuum's cord is and this one is grounded (might be good to know in case your outlets aren't grounded three prongs). It doesn't hold a ton of water, but most don't. I just do the room in sections and it gives me a chance to move the furniture to the dry sections later so doesn't really change how I clean. Pic shows a section as the water ran out. The type with large capacity are the ones that attach directly to the faucet, but are harder to store. This is the size of a normal vacuum and is very lightweight. It is louder than most modern vacuums, more like a hair dryer noise level. The floor does feel warm when freshly gone over so must have at least a tiny bit of heating element in it. It doesn't heat the water though so you do need to use warm water to clean. I move fast while holding the trigger to lay down the cleaner then go really slowly while sucking up the water. By the time I'm done sucking, the floor is only damp and dries fast. Weirdly I vacuumed twice yet this cleaner still managed to churn up more cat hair clumps so pay attention and pick these up during the forward passes so they don't clog the sink drain or such later. This got rid of every visible stain and almost every black light visible stain (the blacklight is actually what made me get a cleaner, check your carpets with a blacklight at your own risk especially if you have pets. I couldn't unsee those stains and had to do something).

Works well. Empty tank can be difficult to remove to empty.

Horrible product! As sokn as i put the clean water in, it releases the entire tank to caroet. Flooded my floors, I don’t even know why this was a high rated product. Literal trash.
