Razor blade included?!?!?
BE CAREFUL!!!!! I unpacked all of my items from the box and there was literally a shank at the bottom of my box. It blended in so well with the material of the box, I’m just happy I didn’t get cut.

Would not buy again
Purchased and within a couple uses it no longer works. It keeps giving errors. I reached out to Shark and never go a response. I might have just got a lemon, but no way to know as they never messaged me back. Would not buy again.

Battery life is bad
It does an okay job of what it's supposed to do: spot clean. And a lighter spot at that. It's nothing I couldn't have accomplished without some spot cleaning solution and a microfiber towel (though it would take a lot of towel and a lot more of aggressive rubbing). The batter life is so bad that I wouldn't be able to get heavy duty stains out. The last time I used this, it only lasted about 15 min or probably less.

Perfect for stubborn stains
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a neat product. Firstly, I love the caddy and how it perfectly holds all pieces! Secondly, the guide is easy to follow and the cleaner is easy to use. Once fully charged the battery lasts a good amount of time. It is a bit noisy but not bad. Love that it’s cordless! Takes a few tries to get the hang of it but I am very happy!

Love love love this. Hey SharkNinja CEO. Listen to this review. This is awesome for cleaning up those unfortunate spills but what this is absolutely kick *&$# for is stains. The stain remover ABSOLUTELY blows out of the park anything I have ever used before. With dogs and cats and kids, I have tried everything. I have never seen a stain MELT. Its nuts. Mr CEO, please alert me if you ever discontinue this as I will by all of the stain remover that goes with it. If you sold the stain remover on the grocery shelves, you couldn't keep it stocked! It is great to be able to suck up the stain but half the time it has already melted away with the spray. Well done!

Stain cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of the product is light which makes it easier to clean. The noise is not very loud which is good for my sensitive ears . I did have a very old stain that I used the product on. I cleaned half the stain to see how it compares . It did clean up pretty well but not completely gone. Will try to repeat the steps to see if I can get it completely gone .

Stainforce made me a hero!
I found an unexpected and awesome use for the Stainforce - I was able to remove a very nasty makeup stain from my daughter’s favorite sweatshirt that wouldn’t come out with any other treatment. She was super grateful and impressed with the tool and cleaning solution.

Great for pet owners!
I don’t know what it is about dogs but they will only have accidents or get sick on rugs/carpet, never tile/wood floors. This tool is compact and lightweight for getting those messes cleaned up quickly.

Not sturdy
Bought about a month ago for my new apartment, using as the instructions depict, and the lock broke very quickly making it difficult to keep together and so I’ve only been using for emergencies. While it was one functioning unit it was amazing, great suction. Easy to clean! Looking into the stain striker as it seems more durable

Arrived used and damaged
Returned immediately- does not work well at all. No suction, makes some weird noises, no wonder the product is discontinued and I got a used one - no one wants to keep it. Great idea, really poor execution. Really wanted to like it.

Worth a try and you will most likely keep!
It works so well I almost want to buy these as gifts! Perfect for pet owners and parents of kids who pee or vomit in the house. We have 3 dogs and sometimes accidents happen. This makes the clean up quick and easy. Even big piles of barf we get it all cleaned in less than 5 minutes. The spray works but can be harsh if on skin so be cautious of that. However you can use your own cleaning spray. The vacuum pulls all the liquid out! The base hold everything but the power charger so hopefully the upgraded version will have a place for it. Only thing is the battery life can handle a few spills so best to keep on top of charging it so it’s ready when a spill happens!

Handy and effective!!

Best Self wash vacuum cleaner for spot cleaning
I bought this right before Chistmas and couldn't wait to use it. I wanted to try this for smaller stains. I have a 3 year old grandson that loves to spill things on my cordoroy couch. I have the large stainmaster carpet cleaning machine that I love, but this works very well for spot cleaning. Finally a smaller portable machine..love all things shark ninja!
