Great Product
I bought this awhile ago and it is great. Definitely gets pet stains and odors out. My sister loves it and she tried it on her car seats. She will be buying one soon. The only issue I had with it is if you don’t have it at an angle, it will say tank is full. Otherwise, it is a wonderful product. It does better than the Xpert carpet clean.

Very Finicky
Disappointed. The machine keeps coming apart and falling on the floor before I can even use it. Also the battery does not hold its charge. You have to charge it before each use. The cleaning solution is way too expensive.

Powerful suction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely amazing device for our household. We are a family of 4, 7 if you include our pets and spills and stains live here. My daughter spilt milk on the floor and I was so happy to have this on hand! You spray the stain with the bottle of remover that comes with the device. A little scrub action and you're ready to go. Watching the white colored water get soaked up out of my carpet was so satisfying. The shark left the carpet with zero milk or stain. There is an easy to open drain to dump out the dirty water into the sink. There is also a method to self clean the device so you don't have to scrub each piece. I LOVE this stain remover. It works exactly like I hoped it would.

Very disappointing.
I bought this a couple weeks ago and I'm not sure if it's worth keeping. I used it to try to clean up dried applesauce stains on my son's car seat and my backseat. The battery, on a full charge only lasted 15-20 minutes. Based on the location of the tank door, the dirty water doesn't dump out cleanly, but trickles down the side of the vacuum. The way the vacuum is designed you also can't see how much water it's pulling up if you are holding the vacuum in front of you. How am I supposed to know when I've extracted as much water as possible if I can't see it coming out? I hold the vacuum sideways so I can see what it is sucking up. The idea is great. The suction is good. The design is bad.

It’s also great to use in the car since it’s very portable n comes with its own catty only down side is it doesn’t have a great battery life. Great concept if I could get it to work correctly
I really love the idea of this product. It seems to work well but I can’t get the solution in the spray bottle to work so I’ve had to use a different carpet solution. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips they provide on the website but nothing works to get the spray bottle to work.

It is rechargeable and easy to carry around to each spot that you need to clean up. The spray cleaner that comes with it does a good job with food and dirt stains. I was happy to be able to try it out compliments of Influenster in exchange for my honest review. It isn’t too loud and lasts a decent time on one charge. I think the caddy could have been designed to hold both attachments, but it’s lightweight and does a good job.

Very lightweight and easy on your wrist joint, it fits neatly in its storage caddy along with the stain lifting spray. The directions were very simple and easy to follow. The scent of the stain removal spray is not too overwhelming, it does not have a strong, chemical smell, however, I do wish that the stain lifting capabilities were a little bit stronger. As far as vacuuming up the stain removal spray, this vacuum was very efficient. And I have yet to need to perform a full charge on it.

great suction but no so convenient
So im really on the fence with this review....the vacuum has GREAT suction power but im not real crazy about the spray being detached from the vacuum. I really wanted a cordless unit hence the reason for buying this model as I had tried the plug in unit first and in my opinion this cordless has more suction than the corded older version. If having to carry around the spray and accessories separately is no big deal (I didnt think it would be either) (it looses convenience) this might be for you. My only other issue is cleaning it I cant seem to figure out anything but open the trap door and pour out the liquids but to me that's not actually cleaning it. so cleanup probably gets a 1 star. suction gets a stars and design about a 3 star.

The spray that it comes with is amazing on its own. It took the stains out of my dining room chair. When I used the vacuum to suction out the liquid, it took out most of the stain. Then one quick coat again and the stain dried and was gone! I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family, because it works really well!

Great Portable Carpet Cleaner

It came well packaged with everything you need to get started. Once assembled, you stand it in the carrying case and plug it in to charge. It even comes with the carpet cleaning spray which also fits in the carrying case. It was easy to assemble and once charged, it was easy to use. The concept is simple, spray the area that needs to be cleaned, with the included carpet cleaning spray, and once saturated, turn on the machine and pull back to scrub and suck up the cleaning solution. I have used the cleaner three separate times and have been happy with the results each time. It works really well and the cleaning solution smells great! The dirtiest step on my staircase (kids have no respect lol) is now clean and looks so much better! The battery lasts for a long time on a full charge, so I have no complaints. I plan on using the portable carpet cleaner on each step so all the stairs are clean! I highly recommend as it works well, is easy to assemble and to use. The Shark Stainforce Portable Carpet Cleaner is a great tool for keeping your carpets, furniture, and upholstery clean and is definitely worth the price!

Portable and convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two dogs that for whatever reason always throw up in this random spot on the landing of our staircase. Because of the location it’s far away from any electrical outlet so before we had to use an extension cord and our corded stain cleaner. It was always pretty cumbersome to do the whole song and dance for a small stain. The shark stain cleaner is great because I don’t have to mix any solutions or deal with all the cords. I can take it anywhere and easily clean up the mess. The only thing I didn’t love was the stain cleaner solution spray. I feel that it didn’t really remove the stain as well as other solutions I have used in the past.

Best spot vacuum- buy it now
I just bought this vacuum and have had it for about 2 weeks. I've used it several times already. I mostly use it on my rugs for accidents my dog has. It works wonders! I am typically a Bissell-girlie, love their products. However, this Shark vacuum is much more compact and more powerful. So easy to set up, no plugs, not hassle. Super easy to clean out. I found an old stain from my dog under my bed, and the vacuum cleaned it up super easy. I couldn't tell you how long that stain was there, as it was under the bed. The compact-ness of the vacuum even made it easy to reach under the bed. Buy this now, you will not regret it. Worth the price.
