A: It starts out working fine but the height adjustment sticks and as a result the beater bar stops and you will burn out the belt. I have had three do the same thing. Tim to switch

If your BISSELL CleanView Swivel Pet Vacuum’s hose isn’t getting suction, here are a few things to check: Clogs: Make sure the hose, wand, and lower hose area aren’t blocked. Remove the hose and check for any debris. Secure Connections: Ensure the hose is firmly attached at both ends. Suction Switch: Some models have a knob or lever to switch suction between the floor and hose—make sure it’s set to “hose.” Filters: Dirty filters can reduce suction. Check and clean or replace them if needed. If you’ve tried these and it’s still not working, we recommend contacting BISSELL Consumer Care at 1-800-237-7691. I am a fan of Bissell products, especially the vacuums and the carpet cleaners blue is my favorite color so I’m so proud that you had it in blue this time. I like the way that it picks up the pet for I have two cats, one medium hair and one short hair it’s easy to clean out. but it’s a wonderful product. I hope BISSELL will never goes out of business. I just purchased this vacuum and love it! Great for pet hair, your hair, dust, anything really. I emptied it a few times but never had to pull any of the dirt out with my hands, like my previous vacuum . I did have to tap it one of the times i emptied because it was so full. A lot of my hair got wrapped around the roller so id also recommend cleaning the roller often if you have that issue. I also tried disconnecting the wand and also tested out the brush attachment with my ceiling fan. We have a tray ceiling and it was also great for getting the dust that accumulates around the border I do with for a vacuum over $100 that the power cord was retractable but overall like this vacuum much more than my previous Bissell (pictured)

I just bought this vacuum today.... i have a border collie, a cat, and a 3 year old so my floors are gross... i didn't realize how awful my old vacuum was until I got this one. The amount of hair and dirt it picked up in one sweep was amazing. I hope it continues to work this well for awhile because I have to vacuum at least once a day!

Worst vacuum I’ve ever purchased. I bought this to hold me over till I bought a new shark. I should have just waited. It states it’s great for pet hair but they designed the pod horribly. All the pet hair and everything you vacuum gets stuck in the pod. You have to stick your hand inside to pull the dirt and hair out. The extra tools fall off the vacuum as you’re using it. Save your money and buy a shark.

This vacuum has great suction. I like the cleaning power. I do not like the wand; the attachments are much harder to use the way they attach. Especially that edger pice with the small brush. It’s impossible to reach the crevices in my car. The wand is far too long to vacuum between the seats of my car as well. When cleaning out the cylinder, I have to use my hands to get out the debris. The grooves or spirals make it difficult for pet hair to be released.

Really wanted to like this vacuum after seeing mostly positive reviews and the price. Our Bissell Pet Hair Eraser finally bit the dust after almost 10 years so we went with this one. Pros: lightweight, does have a powerful floor suction (we have 2 lab mixes and 3 kids), and easy to empty and clean. CONS: the hand attachments don’t stay connected to the hose, the spinning carpet brush stopped working after a few uses, and the cord actually broke down where the plug in connects to it when you roll it up. Husband put electrical tape on it just so we could finish the floors real quick. We’ve only had this vacuum 3 months and are looking for another one already. Just go with a more expensive one. It will last you in the long run.
I would recommend this product to friends and family.

And I absolutely love the fact that you can take the thing apart and clean it. I have two dogs and three cats and it doesn't matter if you have a bag list, vacuum cleaner or a canister vacuum cleaner they get stinky, especially when you have pets. And it's so easy to do I've taken it apart almost every single time I vacuumed and given it a good rinse out. It has good suction and it's lightweight and easy to push. Works great on my carpet and it works great on my hard floors.

I liked the way it swivels, the easy wand removal to pick up in corners and under things. Also how easy it's to change it from bare floors to different carpet piles. Nice long cord. Very happy with this vacuum.

I have had this for a couple weeks and I think it is great. Works well on hardwood floors. I thought I was sweeping everything up,but nope. This vacuum got it all off the floor. I also like how the filter is plastic and you just rinse it off. Very easy to clean.

Got this vacuum as it seemed to take care of all my vacuuming needs. It's alright on carpets but not on hard floors. It just blows dirt and hair around without picking any of it up. Changing the height doesn't seem to make any difference either. Wish i could return it but can't so now I'm left with a useless paper weight and the need to buy another vacuum
