Hoover Spotless carpet cleaning & upholstery
Used to be a good product. I had one before this that lasted for years. We purchased for our renters “just in case” in 2022. Our renters never opened it, so it was opened in 2024 when we moved in. So it’s out of the two-year warranty at that point. I used for about a year when the hose stopped working. Did the protocols for clearing the hose, added hot water, worked to clear air bubbles. An occasional drop-no spray. I finally called Hoover service to repeat the steps over the phone through phone and video communication. These are well-known issues and I was expecting a cure. But alas, I was offered service in Maryland (I live in VA), or a 10% discount on a new unit. They’ve just lost me as a customer… (they don’t seem proactive in keeping us!) 😉

Terribly designed machine
I've had two of these and had nothing but problems. Terribly designed machine. The hose will eventually break and there is no way to replace that part. It should be an easy fix but it's not. It's made so you need to buy a whole new machine. Also the on/off switch will ebentually break. I was able to fix that part. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Working Great!
I have had my Hoover Spotless cleaner a for about a month now and it is working great. Everything I clean up comes up easily. The machine is so simple to use. I have bought plenty of Hoover products and each one has always been reliable. I would definitely recommend this product to any pet parents!

Make it right, Hoover.
Worked well, for a while. The hose is garbage, and comes apart, as you’ll see if you read other reviews. For Hoover to ignore this defective part and not make it right is disqualifying. I will not purchase any other Hoover product. Additionally, the solution tank cap cracked, as I’ve also seen in other reviews. Shameful.

Leaks from the bottom.
I would not recommend this product because it leaks from the bottom whenever I turn it on.

Broken after using it only 3 times
We just used it 3 times and it’s not working anymore. I either want a refund or a replacement or credit or fix it.

Loved while it worked
I loved this, it cleans so well. However finding out I can't replace broken or works parts seems so wasteful.

complaint on hose doesn’t hold up
I can’t find replacement for the hose. The hose cracked at the handle. I wish they would sell replacements, cause I like the machine.

Great machine but no replacement parts
Bought this a few years ago. Worked great, but accidentally left it with some liquid in the clean liquid tank and got some mold. There are NO replacement tanks available. 5 stars for the machine. 1 star for lack of parts support.

Waste of Money!!!
This product burned out after 5 uses. I was in the middle of cleaning up a small mess on my carpet and the machine shut off and I immediately smelled something burning. Such a waste of money. Buy a Bissell!!!

Never again
The hose attachment ripped and there's no replacement for it. I also had another issue with their carpet cleaner. The water leaked and ruined my hardwood floors.

Sprayer malfunction
I just bought this machine and wasn’t even able to get a single use out of it. Sprayer doesn’t spray cleaner, the suction feels like it might be decent if the sprayer worked.

Works great but this hose goes out real quick because of the way they build it, wish they sell replacement.

Do not buy!!
Hose does not last. No replacement part can be bought. Connection has no flexibility and is made to break...even just clipping hose in storage mount bends hose and will break it.

Original quit after 1 use, so did replacement
Sprayer quit working after one use, was sent a replacement and the very same thing has happened. Just left with wasted time and money and most disappointing, one more thing to add to electrical waste for only one use.

Very unsatisfied with the spot cleaner , went threw 2 of them first one had sprayer problem was replaced by retailer, second one hose ripped from the handle and sprayer problems , time for another brand
