A: Laundromat,do NOT dry all the way,roll it with rug side in,do not fold. Lay flat to dry.

A: No, vacuum does not stand on its own. You need to either lay it down or lean it against the furniture you're cleaning.

Online shopping blunder.
I wonder why a company like Target would partner with this company. Let alone allow blatant misinformation and false advertising on their website. What I ordered and what actually showed up are not the same thing. This vacuum not on sale is a $700 vacuum. WHAT!!!!! This vacuum that showed up is less powerful than my $15 blow dryer. Now, do you think I can get ahold of anyone at their company to get this solved and perhaps my money back. No. Hands down the biggest lesson I’ve learned with online shopping. Do not use third party to shop online at Target. It’s not the product in the picture. It comes in a plain cardboard box with no instructions or attachments. This is what I have received. Absolutely outrageous. This product is not synonymous with the target brand. I would not suggest anyone by this ever.

Pros: Small head fits well just about everywhere (way smaller head than Bissell FurGuard), pretty lightweight, adjustable height, cordless, picks up really well, multi speed, easy to disassemble parts to clean Cons: It can’t stand up on its own (has to go in the cradle on the wall, the head flops around from to side which makes carpet cleaning difficult, it hurts my hand after more than 5 min use esp when using the crevice tool, (it rubs on parts that jut out), stuff gets stuck in the roller (its not self cleaning)
