Q: I charged the vacuum before use and it’s still only giving me 27 minutes run time. Is there a a way to fix this ?

    Loving it so far!

    So far, I'm really liking this vacuum. My intention was to replace my two old upright vacuums with this one battery-powered one. I needed the two vacuums because my older Dyson had too much suction for the carpet in this house, so I had to buy a second vacuum with a height adjustment. At this point, I'm just enjoying moving from hard floor to carpet to rugs with this little guy. I love the swivel feature also. Hopefully I will be down to just this one after it's proven itself a little more! PS I've also seen lots of negative comments about having to use the trigger to operate it. That's how every other battery-powered tool we have operates, since it conserves the battery life. It just took me a little while to get used to the feel.

    It kind of sucks

    I have two of these now one for the downstairs and one for the upstairs. They do the job pretty well. However, a boat machines have the same fault. When They suction in dirt and debris, it enters the transparent drum but goes up above the internal rubber seal, where it is not intended. This creates a problem when one goes to empty the machine. Usually you have to use your fingers and hands to empty it properly. Not what Mr. Dyson intended I imagine! I wouldn’t return these for repair or replacement, as the last time I had to do so, it took six weeks to get a Machine back

    Our second Dyson

    With this model one has to always grip and hold the suction button during vacuuming. Unlike other brands in which one can click and release. Good suction. Adequate run time. Easy maneuverability.

    Suction power is awsome

    I've been using the Dyson V11 Advance for a little while now, and I'm genuinely impressed. The suction power is excellent—it picks up fine dust, pet hair, and larger debris without any trouble. I was surprised by how much dirt it collected from carpets that I thought were already clean. The battery life has been more than enough for cleaning my home on a single charge, especially when using the standard mode. It's lightweight, easy to manoeuvre around furniture, and the cordless design makes cleaning much quicker and more convenient than dragging a traditional vacuum around. I also like that it's easy to empty the dust bin without making a mess, and the attachments are useful for stairs, corners, upholstery, and even cleaning the car. The only downside is that the battery drains faster on Boost mode, but that's expected considering the extra suction. For everyday cleaning, the standard and Auto modes work perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. The Dyson V11 Advance feels like a premium product, delivers excellent cleaning performance, and has made keeping my home clean much easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful cordless vacuum

    The only vacuum I ever actually ended up using!

    I have owned traditional corded vaccum cleaners in the past, but I always found reasons to not use them - mainly because they were a chore - plug them in, clean a bit, plug them elsewhere... plus cleaning them was a pain. I was similarly skeptical about yet another vaccuum, but eventually decided to try it out. What a device! It is a case study in user centric design - the ultra compact body, cordless functionality, the gun and trigger form factor, and the wall mount means you need a second to pick it off the wall and carry it to the area of concern. The dust removal functionality is a marvel too, which further takes away user friction - you empty the dust compartment in 1 second. This device has changed my life.

    Not as robust feeling as my old one

    My old Dyson V11 (bought 2019) is starting to weaken and had a few replacement parts here and there, and I decided to purchase the same again. Dyson's are great but I have noticed that this latest purchase is not of the same quality. Its suction is fantastic compared to my now 7year old one, and it operates as you'd expect, but overall it feels flimsier and the motorbar head doesn't feel the same or sound the same. Time will tell, but I hope I don't regret this purchase.

    Not worth the money this is the third one I purchased and not even last a year and the bottom vacuum part stopped working also they don’t have a very friendly design for Cleaning easily and if you have animals with long hair, it clogs at the top before it fills

    Efficient, Quick

    I originally purchased a V10 animal and it has held up and worked so well that when it came time to upgrade I wanted another Dyson. I do prefer less bells and whistles so I purchased the V11. I love the runtime and suction. Not having a cord makes my life so much easier and more efficient.
