Q: I charged the vacuum before use and it’s still only giving me 27 minutes run time. Is there a a way to fix this ?

    Not as robust feeling as my old one

    My old Dyson V11 (bought 2019) is starting to weaken and had a few replacement parts here and there, and I decided to purchase the same again. Dyson's are great but I have noticed that this latest purchase is not of the same quality. Its suction is fantastic compared to my now 7year old one, and it operates as you'd expect, but overall it feels flimsier and the motorbar head doesn't feel the same or sound the same. Time will tell, but I hope I don't regret this purchase.

    Efficient, Quick

    I originally purchased a V10 animal and it has held up and worked so well that when it came time to upgrade I wanted another Dyson. I do prefer less bells and whistles so I purchased the V11. I love the runtime and suction. Not having a cord makes my life so much easier and more efficient.

    Dyson v11

    I really like most of the features of this vacuum I bought it for my elderly Mom. The only thing had I wish I'd known before hand that you have to hold the button to keep it going . I use a much cheaper one at work that has this feature. My mom has arthritis and she can't hold it the entire time she needs the vacuum. Hopefully my Dad can come up with a small strap to hold it down. So far the only downfall and had I known I wouldn't have purchased it

    Love My Dyson

    I am so in love with my V11 Dyson! I had a V8 but needed a new one and I sure picked the right model. I’m loving the increased power and really notice the difference. I also am enjoying all the attachments that came with it. My house has never been cleaner!!

    Quick cleaning job

    Lots of power - lots of battery

    I bought this vacuum recently and just finished my first cleaning. As advertised, the suction was excellent throughout the vacuum job. I was concerned that I would have to recharge the battery before getting all the floors vacuumed, but that was not an issue. By using a lighter setting for hardwood and tiled floors and the middle setting for carpets and rugs, I was able to get the entire house completed with battery power to spare.

    Heavy and hurts hands/wrists.

    Vacuum suction works well. It clogs pretty easily and it's so heavy that it hurts your wrists to use for long periods. Also, you have to hold the trigger down to power it continously which hurts your fingers. Would not recommend.

    Great 3 levels Eco Med Boost

    I bought my DV11 and I like the suction, filter, ergonomic and maneuver. However, this doesn't come with a De-tangles and removes pet hair.

    Now enjoying vacuuming

    Bought the vacuum several months ago and have enjoyed using it very much. It's light and easy to maneuver which is great for me who has back issues. My husband is vacuuming a lot more that usual too because it is so easy to grab, use, empty and put away. So far we have been able to easily vacuum the whole of our large house within the one battery charge.
