I bought this a month ago hoping it was as great as everyone has said about Dyson products. Out of the box it seemed well packaged, but it is all plastic and the attachments seem gimmicky. The docking station is basically a plug holder. When I used it, the suction was ok, but pushing it took a lot of effort. It's not power driven. The width is not broad and it doesn't cover a lot of area quickly. The battery lasted an hour. It took me all day just to get my great room done. The wet/mop attachment was better. It sucked up a spill easily, but I had to carefully pull out a tray and dump it. Emptying the canister is clumsy. Doesn't open all the way, I have to beat on it to get everything out and I still had to use my hand to try to get debris off the inner unit. I've used it 3 times. There is no way to Empty it without having to wash my hands after. It's an expensive wet/dry dust buster that requires cleaning. Would i buy it again? No. It is my first Dyson product, I might try a different model. I'm just really disappointed after all the hype. I have to buy another vacuum and just use this for small messes.

Great vacuum. Doing good job. Negative thing is that power starting button you have to hold all cleaning time. It’s not like on other vacuums you press to start and end. Finger gets tired. Surprise who designed that? That person must be punished 😤 Great filtration. Suction is strong. For thin and low pile carpet, rugs must use hardwood floor attachment otherwise sucks in. Battery life is good.

Im the biggest advocate and fan of Dyson products but this really surprised me. E we got this to help clean up sticky messes from around our 1 years old feeding chair (not the chunks just the left over stickiness) I was expecting the mop attachment to be game changing. But sadly it’s not anywhere as good as i thought it would be. You have to move quite slow to get the floor wet enough. I don’t think there is enough pressure on the floor so it dosnt seem to actually clean very well. Still a nice product but just not as good as i was expecting. Dosnt beat a mop and bucket just yet.

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and I am enjoying it so much. I have a Dyson ball and it's heavy to take up and downstairs. We purchased the submarine because it was lighter and allowed us to do hardwood floors instead of having to use a swifter wet. This was a game changer for us. Plus we waited until it was on sale to purchase.

Almost completely satisfied with the purchase. The suction power is very satisfactory. The Laser Optic Fluffy turbobrush for hard surface works great. In my opinion, the only thing missing from the set is a flexible tube for the crevice nozzle. In addition, I would improve the wall mount because it is very delicate and there is a risk of rapid damage. I recommend!

For quick clean-ups, it works great. Both vacuum and mop work very well on my laminate floors. However, this cordless vacuum does not work on my carpets that are very plush and thick. My main reason for buying this particular model was for the care of my laminated floors. I have a central vacuum that works well for my carpets, but I needed something to do quick clean-ups and this does the job. I am very pleased with it. I never run out of battery when using it. It also quickly recharges.

The vacuum works very well. The green light is a great feature since it illuminates the dirt . Floors are definitely cleaner. My only complaint is emptying the dirt container. Maybe you could redesign it for easier removal and better way to empty it.

It does a good job but I find it leaves streaks on the floor. To overcome this I wet the roller when filling the water unit. Seems to help. For the price you pay for a Dyson it should come with an extra battery or the option to purchase one at a really reduced price (Dysons are the best vacuum I’ve used)

I bought this month ago, researched competitors and studied Dyson’s handheld range. Whilst there are many comparable, for me this offers value for money. The V15 Submarine provides lots of different heads, soft, hard and wet. If these solutions were purchased separately these would be expensive. The product lives up to its brand name, delivery quality in performance, filtration and build. After a clean, the battery charge still at 65% remaining - other products consume more and deliver less. In the package the Dyson comes with all the attachments that you will ever need. The suction has three settings, I tend to use the middle, the highest is perfect for DIY jobs.

The mop function is extremely disappointing. I purchased this vacuum because of its dual function. Vacuum is fine. Mop leaves streaks of dirty water all over floor. Don’t waste your money on the mop feature.
