For example, in the United States, the standard voltage is typically 110-120 volts, whereas in Europe, the voltage is 220-240V. Great but with caution
The suction in this machine is great, picks up dog hair easily & the submarine floor washing head is also fantastic for a quick top up clean. One issue I’ve had with this machine is the rotor head failing to spin on my carpet & mat areas after a few months. I’ve had to have it replaced under warranty after 6 months. May have been a faulty attachment or could be a design fault I am not sure yet.

Great piece of kit
Really happy with the new V15, it performs very well and the added washing ability makes keeping the various hard floors clean so much easier. I like the auto function which raises and lowers the suction required which in turn helps prolong the battery life. A good selection of attachments as always and I find the new version more manoeuvrable.

Not so great for me
I bought it few months ago. Dyson V15 Submarine. My house floor is combination of tiles, carpets and rugs. Dyson works like others on tiles, however it just spreads out lots of solid tiny objects around, for example cat litter sands that my cat leaves around her bin. It doesn't work well on carpets and rugs and loses battery charge quickly. The mopping is as bad as it could get. Not recommend. I bought this one to be my main vacuum / mopping machine, but I had to use my good old Mille as my main vacuum and use Dyson for rapid vacuum on small areas. Also do manual mopping every month. My house is not big though. I thought I may don't know how to use it even though it is not my first Dyson, I read through manuals and watched videos but no success. I guess it is not for me.

Does everything simply
After only 2 weeks brilliant. It does everything we want in our newly built studio without any hassle. Wet, carpet, or hard floor with a simple change of head, as well as hand held.

The mop head is very sensitive, breaking easily. Dyson have a good warranty but require the whole machine posted back. For the price, I wish I never purchased.

Great Features
Very happy with our new Dyson 15s, Attachments are what I needed for hard floors downstairs ie the fluffy with the light is brilliant and shows more than I could see. The hardwood washer works well and and has only left the floor damp.

Great cordless vacuum cleaner
Very happy with our purchase of the Dyson Submarine. It is well deigned, quite manoeuvrable, portable and vacuums satisfactorily. Less impressed with the wet cleaning option as it is a less manoeuvrable and not so effective. I may get used to dismantling and filling etc but not yet. Otherwise it is an effective vacuum cleaner that does the job well, has a good battery life and is easy to empty.

LOVE my Dyson 15
for some years I always thought why should I spend a lot of money to purchase a Dyson vaccum. I recently sale and a bulky cannister vacuum that had me frustrated had me rethink the price and purchase. I purchased a Dyson 15 with submarine about a month ago and have been telling everyone about my excitement over this purchase. I am vacuuming constantly now and have learned more about the dust and dog hair in our home than I ever know. I can't believe the dirt and pet hair the Dyson gets up. The lighted attachment has shown me how pet hair has become imbedded in my waxed hardwood floor. This is leading me to stripping the wax off my wood floors. The worm hair tool is awesome for picking up pet hair on bed covers and couches. I can't say enought about how happy I am with this vaccum.

Excellent hoover technology
Excellent auction and technical capabilities. Love it. I should say that the red buttons to swap attachments could do with a bit of a re think - I have no problem but my wife has nails and find it awkward to press them without risking snapping nails back (painful to say the least). That aside, very good kit.

Wasted Money
I really wanted to like this. I bought this to replace an old plug in Dyson I had for over ten years. It's been just over a year now and I regret this purchase so much. The vaccuum can't pick up the slightest amount of debris without just shutting down and saying it's clogged ... when it's not at all clogged. It's so tempermental. I just tried to vaccuum my mudroom tile floor and it just shuts down after a minute or so. Beyond frustrating- I can't imagine wanting to put another chunk of money towards a dyson product.

The best there is....
I have always had Dyson vacuum cleaners but this one is a game changer . If you hate vacuuming your place,this Machine will make you love doing it. Easy to use,battery lasts like forever, comes with three attachments one for vacuuming on carpet, one for hard floors and one for mopping. I love the one for hard floors coz it allows you to see how much dust there is on your floor which is hard to see with your asked eyes. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who cares to keep his or her place clean.

It sure does detect!
I'm an existing Dyson owner. Specifically, I have a V11 (no fluffy head or replaceable battery). I've been wanting a floor washer for a while and the fluffy optic head looked like it'd be a nice upgrade for my LVP flooring, so I bit the bullet and got the V15s Detect Submarine while it was on sale. I vacuumed thoroughly with my V11 while the V15s was charging. Then, I put the Fluffy Optic head on the V15s and realized how much the V11 left behind. It turns out the bristles just didn't get into the faux wood grain in the LVP so fine dust was getting missed every time. The fluffy head has wider coverage that really forces the suction directly to the floor, so it's been able to pick up everything my old V11 left behind.

Great product
Purchased several weeks ago, have finally used all the attachments and I am extremely pleased at the performance. Our floors and rugs have never been this clean honestly. Well worth the money. I finally feel like an adult at 38.

I love my Dyson ( second one because first one died at 23 months and couldn’t be repaired.). I gave it a 4 star only because it is a bit heavy for arthritic hands.

Great Features
The V-15 is incredible! I am so embarrassed knowing that there is so much dirt in my house that I couldn't see until I put the lighted roller on! I have a Golden Retriever so you can imagine how much hair is dropped. This picks up everything, I am so pleased. I am really loving the wet submarine portion of it. I have an injured arm, so mopping is a little tough. Now I can actually clean my floors like a wet mop. I highly recommend this product.
