keeps getting stuck on simple objects like grates
I bought this about a month ago, when I tried to map or run it, it constantly gets stuck on furnace grates and stops and gives a tip alarm. Any area rugs or furnace grates or anything that sticks up the slightest bit it can not deal with it. I would love to resolve this issue and generally like dyson products but as it stands this thing is useless

Vacuums great - but much improvement is needed
I bought this product about a month ago, and well the suction power is amazing, there is much room for improvement. The Mapping is horrendous, I had to map my house over 5 times just to get all the rooms. I turned on every single light in my house, did all the recommendations and it still would not get all the rooms. The robot has yet to go one day without telling me that it could not clean all of the areas, and I have no idea why it couldn't clean because the app does not tell you anything. The sensors do not stop it from bumming into things, like walls!! I have a NARWAL robot as well, and while that one lacks in suction, the navigation and sensors are far superior to Dyson

Mapping is VERY difficult
I have had this for one month. The mapping is very difficult. I still do not have a good map. I have tried 10 - 15 times to try and get an accurate mapping. I finally settled for something close.

Nice luxury item
This is a nice luxury item but don’t expect too much. It tends to miss very clear spots of crumbs on carpet at times but does do a good job of overall cleaning. It’s nice if you tidied up before bed and let it do a run for you while you put the kids to bed or whatever.

Missed opportunity for Dyson
Does not know it’s on the dock. Returning after many attempts to reset and move to new locations. I’ve got many Dyson products that work well. This one, unfortunately, was a fail.

Good suction and easy mapping
I got the Dyson vis nav 360 and have found that it maps the home very well. I did notice that it is able to climb over area rugs and one of the more challenging areas is a mat that I have around the litter box for my cats. It gets on cleans and gets off no problem! Cat and dog toys can be a little bit of a problem but I used the map to avoid the areas they like to hide their toys (under the bed) the robot is very good at getting around the room and picking up the dirt. I have been impressed with the bin as well easy to empty and filtration is good. While I wish it had auto empty just as a luxury but in my smaller space it’s not needed. Battery last for my whole apartment even on auto.

looks better than it performs
I have had it now for about 6 months. Its very noisy for the price. More R and D needs to be done for noise levels. It also doesnt clean well against walls/furniture and against the kitchen skirting, needs a brush that sticks out

Powerful performance.
Overall we are very happy with our Dyson 360. We are still tring to get it to work efficiently. The vacuum performance is great. We wish it would be consistent when it operates. It seems to get "confused" frequently.

Not the Dyson I’m use to
We have five Dyson cleaning products in about a half dozen beauty care, Dyson related products So I’m familiar with the brand and performance however I don’t feel the 360 VisNav is of the same standards. I have large areas to clean, and if furniture or dog bags are moved it spends an hour driving around remapping everything when it could be vacuuming at the same time. It is oversensitive to change into terrain, such as tile to carpet, Gets itself stuck quite a bit and sometimes on just a slightly elevated carpet to tile transition. My cheaper models had no issues with this Maybe it was over engineered, but it seems to spend a lot of time thinking and not vacuum

Terrible product
This was such a waste of money and Dyson was no help. I bought this for my moms house in Canada hoping it would be helpful but it does not connect with the app and I went through support, still would not connect and Dyson rep is saying nothing can be done unless I go through the same process over and over again. The robot is at the house in Canada and I lost my money buying it. Came packaged in the flimsiest form of cardboard, no wonder it’s not working. I bought 2 vacuums, 1 for my son which seems to works fine. Don’t recommend buying from this brand.

New Programmable Dyson Vacuum
The mapping is complicated. I did the mapping but I want to run the vacumm without using the mapping so I have to erase the mapping I did which took hours to do. Not happy about that. You should be able to bypass the map and let the vacuum run on its own.

Pleasantly Surprised
I've had it a few weeks. The suction is great. Every day, I run it in the basement to help prevent kitty litter from getting tracked up the stairs. It has been running pretty well and avoiding obstacles well. The only challenge was it getting confused running over the drain. Since the floor slants downward from all sides, the vacuum thought it was on a precipice and would get stuck, until I placed a single carpet tile over the drain - things should still drain in case of emergency. I want to get another one for my main floor since my V15 detect laser light shows that my current main floor robot from another brand leaves a lot behind. I am pleasantly surprised (and relieved) after all the bad reviews.

Amazing for us!
So happy I bought this! I will see there are times that the navigation doesn’t seem to be working correctly because it will clean some places one day and then not clean them the next day. Battery life lasts as long as I needed to. It does my 2500 ft.² upstairs with no problems it’s suction is amazing and I appreciate the sensors for when I forget to close the door to the basement. It actually will stop! It does however, seem to go wherever it wants even if it’s not where it’s maxed to go.

Solid B letter grade
Setup/Startup was painful. Impressed with the cleaning. Better than previous competitor model. Seems to do equally well on hard surface and carpeted floors. It is a bit loud.

Amazing Vacume- just needs some app features added
Overall I love the Dyson. The mapping has improved since the update from other reviews. I wish they would put back the option in the app to just add a small cleaning area manually instead of having to clean entire zones. The cleaning and suction of the device is def amazing and the cleanjnf of the tray is so easy. When I first set it up it was terrible but I saw an option to look up and voile since then it began to read the room. It managed to get in and out of tight spaces without getting stuck any time. I can’t seem to find another dock to make it usable on multiple floors. The filtration is of course amazing which Dyson is renowned for. The battery life is good for a single floor and it’s nice that it will go back and recharge and then co tune to clean once it’s charged if I’m cleaning all zones. The zone creation is rather complex and not user friendly so I wish they would do something about that. The sensors of this vacume uses visual and not lydar like my other robot vaccines. It it does not seem to have any issue navigating with its powerful built in light. Overall the vacume is amazing. Just some tweaks to the app to make it more user friendly in creating zones and spot cleaning

Lost Robot
Great hopes for this unit but every morning I'm let down it's stuck and didn't finish the clean. Different spots everytime. It wonders around like it's lost quite often just going back to the base. I watched it for ten minutes doing circles about 15' from the base.
