Junk!
I had to return 2 - I got same battery error on both. It cleaned well but not stopped working after the first week. Very disappointing!

i enjoy the robot and it is performing well in all areas except it does leaves dog hair on the edge of my thick carpets when the unit traverses onto the carpet from a hard surface floor

Battery Life

Navigation & mapping are horrible. This unit will not even clean near my walls. It will not clean the all of the mapped area. Sunction is great! no issues there.

I am never confident that it will finish the job. Why would it be waiting somewhere and not go to dock. You have to baby sit it all the time

I’ve had 11, yes eleven Roombas. I thought they were the best of the best, until I got this. This thing is awesome. Way smarter, way more dust and dog hair picked up. Battery lasts longer. WAY quieter. Absolutely superior in every way!!!

Useless - Returned (two of them)
Purchased two. Both failed during the first 24 hours. Neither would vacuum more than 100 sq ft before shutting off. I would have to manually return them to the base and try again. Battery: 100% on both. I read online reviews and found out that it is a common problem. Both were returned. I was looking forward to having them work and am very disappointed.

I’m thoroughly impressed with my 360 Vis Nav vacuum. I had a premium competitor mop/wash unit, but even after lifting the pads, it still dragged across the carpet. So, I was searching for a vacuum-only machine. While the navigation isn’t perfect, it’s still top-notch. You need to follow the basic instructions, like removing the cords and cleaning up before you run the machine. But once you let it run, it does an amazing job picking up dirt. We have a long-haired dog that requires us to vacuum manually every day, but this device helps prevent us from doing it. It works wonders for our two-bedroom apartment. It’s unfortunate that they discontinued this model, as I really appreciate the vacuum-only feature. Having to empty it on your own isn’t a big deal, and I prefer to do it myself rather than having it sit in a bag that gets emptied from a dock.

George and the Floors
I have owned three expensive robot vacs and not one was able to navigate back to the charging station EVER- not even when they were brand new. The DYSON can do it everytime!!! it goes back home every time and even to only charge and get back to work. I love this unit, it is so awesome, I can tell it to vaccum only the kitchen and it does it, or any room in the house and done in 20 minutes. I feel like I have a housekeeper for my floors and can use this one even while I take a bath. I was very skeptical of another robot, but know the Dyson units are very high quality of products. yes they are pricey but they are worth the pricey, most are not at all. spend the money on this one ladies, it works perfectly so you dont have to.

It’s been about a month now since I purchased the Dyson. The cleaning power of this machine is incredible. It is precise and cleans exceptionally well. I have high carpet and it does a phenomenal job. The app is also really neat to use and the feedback on dust levels in my home is also great. The con: the dust bin. It is so small it needs to be manually emptied daily.

Everything about this robot vacuum is not good. Couldn’t seem to find its charging station, would not get within 4” of the baseboards, mapping was tedious (had to do it three times that took almost 6 hours and still not even close to baseboards), room designation is horrible on the app, still too loud at the price point. Expected way more from Dyson.

Very well made and cleans better than any machine
the machine has really good cleaning - i think it cleans the floors better than I do with the upright - I am not impressed with the software, the dust bucket and roller is easy to clean - overall it is brobably the best floor vacuum if you don't want any mopping (I can't use any water on my floors). This machine is the best for dry floor cleaning. The sensors work but the camera vision sometimes needs time to figure out where it is. Overal the navigation is clunky, but effective. I would give 5 stars if the software was a little better - this machine is older tech on navigation but it's the top of the line on vacuuming design - I can tell this machine was designed by a premium vacuum company and not a software company. As for the software it has good points - it tells you when your robot needs assistance, I like that - but the robot is touchy about where it can vacuum from - it seems to need to start from the home room to get anywhere else. The big roller is the secret to the great cleaning but it also is the reason the robot is clunky to rotate around chairs - other vcuums make thier machines round to overcome this but round machins are lousy because they have tiny rollers under them that don't vacumm the floor well. This Dyson vacuum with the big roller up front does the best job those round units can never do.

Mapping and suction are no good.
I purchased this last month and every time we run it it gets stuck. And I don't mean Because of an obstacle or stairs or anything like that. It just stops working and it says that the intake tubes are jammed or something is jammed. It happens every single time.

The Best Vacuum on a Robot, not the best Robot
I have owned many different robot vacuums from different companies. This Dyson 360 Vis Nav is by far the best *vacuum* of any that I have owned. I have returned several other top end vacuums because they did such a poor job on carpet. This vacuum picks up what many others can't. I took a star off because it is not very good at navigation--in fact, because it lacks lidar it cannot navigate in the dark. Once it has mapped, navigation is acceptable. I would summarize by saying: this is the best vacuum on a robot, but it is not the best robot. If only Dyson would release a LIDAR based version of this vacuum--it would be the best! Mopping on most robots is not great, so I don't miss that too much. It would be better if it had self-emptying, but this vacuum's bin is easier to take off and empty than most.
