problem with the rugs

Honestly I have problems with this robot, we have tiles flooring everywhere and small entrance or decoration rugs, I am trying for the robot not to go over the rugs because it gets stock and stops therefore I lhave to resume and move robot off the rug... I therefore have to be present while it works. Is there a way it wont go on rugs??? please let me know! thank you in advance for your help

I bought the robot a month ago! I love it! The suction is great ! I don’t realize how much dirt I have until I empty the canister! I also like it backs up and turns around when item are in its way!

Great robo vacuum

I love my Dyson Vis Nav. Sometimes it does seem to get lost but it always finds its way. The battery life does not last to vacuum my house in one pass but it does return to the base to charge and then continues and finished the job efficiently.

Love the new robot vac

I bought a robot vac end of October and liked it and bought another for the basement I just finished remodeling. It is great because it gets under the beds and tables that we cant anymore. Have had a slight issue with the robot as it says it is lifted but I find it on the carpet just stopped. I clean as the video shows and then it is fine. I wouldn't give this up for anything. Drives our dog crazy.

Suction. Power is great. Picking up every day lots of dirt and dust and dog hair. One think is really annoying " every day need to clean the sensors", also going home is not perfect.

Don’t Waste Your Time and Money

Dyson always got stuck or stopped working. Did not pick up trash and some days would not start at all. I sent back after 3 weeks.

I am very confused...I bought a brand new vacume which was faulty and it was replaced. I was under the understanding that because it was only about 8 weeks old it would be replaced with new for new......This review looks as though u gave me a refurbished robot......Very unhappy if this has been the case.

Wonderful features to keep your bot clean.

After having another robot vac, I am amazed at the improvement in its suction power! The light sensors are a plus. It's quiet. I'm thinking about getting another port for use upstairs.

Amazing vacuuming but very bad navigation.

Bought 2 different 360 Vis Nav and both had issues to map the house properly, getting stuck in random places (such as middle of a carpet with warning “lifted”). We spent more time placing and finding the robot that useful vacuuming. Sometimes was unable to find the dock or even unable to find a room. Disappointed that was reproduced with 2 vacuums and on 2 different floors of the house. Vacuuming quality is amazing but navigation is a failure. Even at 1/2 price is not worth the navigation problems.

Dyson 360 Vis Nav is great at what it does!

The Dyson 360 Vis Nav is a replacement for our original Dyson 360 Eye robotic vacuum of many years. We liked our Eye so much that we wanted the same kind of robotic vacuum from Dyson. This new one is much more advanced in features and thoroughness of cleaning tough spots on the carpet. I also like the ability to restrict which areas it should clean. It's reasonably quiet and efficient as it goes about it's task of cleaning up all the cat fur on the floor.

Just a Regular Vacuum-Totally Pointless

Thank God, I got this as a gift because I would be furious if I had paid for it. The mapping has to be done precisely, otherwise it will not clean anything outside of the mapped area. It does not go randomly like other robot vacuums. It also does not mop, it is just a regular vacuum with a high price tag. On top of that, it did not even come with a cleaning brush for the dust bin. No point in having this if you already own a vacuum.

Frequent stuck or unable to find dock

I have been a loyal Dyson customer for many years, so when I was looking for a robot vacuum I was excited to find the 360 Vis Nav as an option. But this unit has been a big disappointment, primarily when it comes to navigation and getting stuck. My flooring/floorplan is about as easy as they come for a robot vacuum (LVP with minimal thresholds, wide open floor spaces and a few low-profile large area rugs), but I have only been able to run the Vis Nav once without it getting stuck or lost. It seems to get stuck on floor vents very easily and has gotten stuck several other places (sometimes it complains about sensor readings, sometimes it's just stuck). Only ONCE has it worked properly by completed cleaning and finding its way back to its docking station. If it does complete cleaning I usually end up find it going in circles 6 feet away from the docking station, seemingly unable to find its way home. This is really unfortunate because I have loved all of my other Dyson products. The suction on the Vis Nav does seem to be pretty decent. No complaints about the battery life or anything else, but getting stuck/lost during almost every cleaning is just unacceptable. :-(

Asset to our daily routine

Helpful asset to our home! This little guy takes away the daily chore of following around our three fur babies that track in dirt and grass from the yard. With both of us working all day, it’s nice to come home and have one less thing to do on a daily basis. Definitely a game changer.
