    I struggled to find anything on sqft limits for this device. Even contacting support did not leave me with great confidence. I am happy to say that one device on a 6000sqft single floor can work wonderfully. The zoning took a bit to perfect but I now have a schedule that keeps the floors dust and dirt free.

    I have been using it for about a month. It is superior in most ways to the Roomba that it replaced. The two largest improvements are 1) that it doesn't have as many consumable/wear items as the Roomba (bags, belts, etc.) And 2) It does not get tangled in electrical cords / rug fringe - hasn't happened yet. It seems to rely on suction than on the spinning bar for cleaning. The tangling issue is why I had to stop using the Roomba. The only problem is that it tends to get stuck if there are multiple obstructions close together, like with a table and chairs. Even though it should be able to continue, it "gives up" to easily. This is a fairly minor complaint. Just expect to have to help it occasionally. I would recommend it.

    This is my replacement unit. It gets lost all the time and does not go to all accessible rooms. It is also very loud. The one that broke was quiet. I am disappointed. It runs into so many things and is dinging up my furniture !!! Sensors are awful even though I carefully clean them every other day. What happened to the software???!!! It never starts at the selected time anymore either. I have to press the button to start it every day even though it is programmed to run every morning. The battery life is also shorter than the last one. Is this a refurbished machine that is not really fixed? There is very little good I can say about this machine except it has good suction on hard floors.

    Wonderful suction and unmatched tile floor cleaning. The design flaw is in the camera. Dyaon needed to embrace lidar. The mapping was just silly and the cleaning areas didn't even march with the map. The robot cleans in an inefficient random pattern and cannot find the dock. Save your reputation and pull this product until it actually works.

    I was expecting more being a current Dyson owner. The suction is great but the inability to empty and battery life not so much. They really need to offer an option that self empties and improve the battery life and the ability to return to dock on its own. As it is it will just stop when the battery is low. It needs to be smart enough to return to its dock. If they can make it more user friendly that would help. Thanks

    I bought our machine about a month ago and the sensors require a clean very very frequently. It is a pain to have to do them so frequently especially when they are not dirty and nothing is on the cleaning cloth. Also when you have another scheduled clean later in the day and the sensors require cleaning after the first scheduled clean of the day and you are away from home the second clean wont go ahead. You should be able to manually override the warning.

    The vacuum itself is awesome. The best suction and cleaning of any vacuum I own. It draws up very fine dust out of the cracks of an old hard wood floor without the filter being clogged right away. It did take a week for the house to be clean enough that I didn't have to empty the bin mid cycle. The down side - the navigation kind of sucks, it keeps going in places it has been banned from unless I mark off half the room. It gets stuck on vents at least once per cycle even though they are on the no go list. It will also get lost if the dogs panic and run over or past it, just seems to break its brain. The map is kind of pointless since is can't find its way home most days. The mapping its self is an all day thing to get a clean map that has all the rooms on it. It is very frustrating to spend an hour or two babysitting the robot to find out it missed two rooms. Normally it takes five tries to get it. All and all worth having if you have time to babysit it while it runs. If you are dusting and cleaning and watching it, it does cut cleaning time in half. If you want it to run while at work it probably won't work for you. To give context I live in a 160 year old house with all solid surface floors, about 1000sft living space on the floor it runs, 3 people and 3 dogs

    Great machine but the only thing that can be improved is when the machine is on a hard floor and comes up to a thick carpet or a ducted vent, it sometimes struggles in this situation, Iwe have another cheaper brand that has no issue in these circumstances.

    Good robot vacuum but needed a lot of improvement.

    The vacuum function is good. Design is good. However it didn't work properly. Needed human intervention almost 50% of the time. The robot software needed a lot of fixes. Looking forward for firmware upgrade.

    We are not pleased with our new Dyson. It doesn't have cameras, so it gets stuck under furniture and we have to go look for it. We do like that it is bagless.
