Great suction poor navigation
I purchased this about a month ago and while this unit has amazing Suction and cleaning abilities, I have two large dogs that shed a tremendous amount and I no longer have to go back and vacuum rugs. it is constantly lost or getting stuck when going from flat wood floors to thin carpet. Super disappointing. The mapping features are not great very difficult to align where to not go. For instance, my office is a room that I did not allow to be mapped as I have courts, etc. on the floor, and I did not want it in here to prevent it from getting stuck in the wires, unfortunately it comes in here If the door is not shut. I do wish the unit wasn’t as high as it is because now it doesn’t fit underneath some things, but it does a decent job

Shame on you Dyson, shame. These cannot find their docks, get stuck in exclusion zones, forget their mapping. These wouldn’t be the best thing since sliced bread if they were the very next thing invented after sliced bread.. They do a wonderful job cleaning just plan on carrying the soomed little fella back to the dock when it dies trying to find home.

Works but lacks connectivity
Got it a month ago. Had to map the house twice for it to work properly. Does not use the Matter protocol, so it has very limited connectivity as a smart device. Very good at vacuuming.

Machine supplied as "new" to remedy warranty claim
This machine was supplied as a 'new' replacement machine but refurbished model supplied. Original machine developed an airway blockage issue that caused it to cease operating. Warranty clerk confirmed that replacement machine would be a new machine, in new packaging, etc. Refurbished machine was sent back, with another new machine supplied. This is disappointing from Dyson.

Frustrating navigation issue. Gets lost and cannot
Gets lost constantly. I spent quite a while looking for this morning and could not find it. I will have to look again after I get home! This is a constant problem.

Not worth the money
I’ve had this vacum a few weeks now and it will not map my house correctly. I’ve tried several times to re map my home. Right now very disappointed and wish I hadn’t of bought it.

Not bad at all
Been using it for almost a month and I’ve no complaints against it. I was hesitant on purchasing it but it is not a bad as some review claim it to be. It has strong suction, gets the job done and my floors are usually spotless after running it. I’ve had 2 Dyson handheld vacuums so cleaning the dust bin isn’t hectic. My other vacuum robot does automatic self cleaning but that thing stopped emptying itself after a couple months because it’d have all my animal hair clogged everywhere and the suction power isn’t nearly as good as the Dyson robot. Highly recommend it for people who favors simplicity

Great Vacuum Cleaner but could have better suction
We have owned robotic vacuum cleaners for the past 12 years or so. The Dyson is a good vacuum cleaner and does an excellent job for the most part. There are a few areas that could be improved, such as the suction. We own two other robotic vacuum cleaners with much better suction.

Like it
I was hesitant to buy this, but I needed a tank that was easy to maintain, so I gave it a try After figuring out its logic, it was easy to use and is pretty reliable. Time will tell, but I’m happy so far.

Worst robot vacuum ever. Do not buy!!!!!
Returning it as soon as I can. It could not map my home correctly after trying all the online tricks and suggestions. Once it finally did it does not clean just goes back to the charger. Worst robot vacuum ever

You’ll love it.
The more I use it the better it works. It does a very good job cleaning, and to empty the container couldn’t be any easier. It took several mappings to get it to know the house. I think it was due to bouncing over the wooden thresholds in each room, I put door mats over them and then it had no problem. Yes I did remove the mats after it learned the house. The robot tells you what it needs on the vacuum, and on the app. The only 2 things I’ve had to do is empty the container and clean the lower sensor. I really do love it. Filtration, and suction are excellent.

like all Dyson products, the cleaning functions are superb - I'd give the robot 5/5 for suction but 2/5 for navigation - I haven't been able to get the VisNav to dock automatically ...ever... if this device came with lidar based navigation and software it would perfect fit my needs. Sadly it gets so close to the dock that it will knock it along the wall rather dock at end of cycle. I have moved the dock and remapped on a number of occasions without success - ultimately, I just pick the 360 up and manually dock it - a tradeoff for its cleaning prowess

Expect more from Dyson
The suction of the product is good, but it struggles to get into the corners. Additionally it struggles to orientate itself, the navigation is pretty terrible. The app is okay, but again the mapping function lacks detail, so its difficult to set up different zones and hazards etc. @dyson_anz
