This machine left streaks on our tiles. It was returned after a few days to be repaired. Approximately 1month later we still haven’t received any information about it.

Very good except container

The dust and dirt container is to small in the V9. Very disappointing. You have to stop and empty it after vacuuming 1 room. I would not recommend if you wanted to continually clean without stopping to empty.n

Best investment ever

This was the best Dyson upgrade from my old Dyson. Its lighter, its versatile, its efficient, the suction is amazing and I can clean the whole house with 20 minutes still left. The cleaning attachment is amazing, its glides effortlessly. Thank you Dyson!

Great dry vacuum not great wet

I bought this less than a month ago and find the dry part of the vacuum really great and lightweight and powerful. The wet part of the vacuum is also light and easy to manoeuvre. My only issue is that it leaves dirty streaks on the floor and doesn’t seem to hold the water very well.

Great vacuum cleaner

This vacuum cleaner is the best one we’ve ever had. It’s lightweight, cleans very well, is easy to maneuver and easy to change attachments and the battery and empty the tank. The battery life is good, being able to change settings is easy. All in all a great little machine!

Great product

I love it and I can’t believe I waited so long to buy it. This is for smaller house or apartment. If you have a large house get the V15 or one with bigger holding capacity.

Accessories Non-Existent

Not really. For example, I cannot find a wall holder that fits. This is because the V9 does not seem to exist anywhere else. People should but older or newer model. Avoid this one.

Not in Love 😕

Bought a couple weeks ago, suction is fantastic! But still not a fan of holding the trigger down, tells me almost use to wash the filter (it's still clean) and then let it dry for 24 hrs! I need to use it every day Last, the button to release the body from the tube is so stiff I have to put my foot on the thing to pull it loose to change attachments!

Slim vacuum is heavy

I like to use the slim vacuum with an attachment to clean my carpeted stairs and tight places. However it was heavy and difficult to maneuver. But the roller to clean the floor and carpet worked well.

Great features

Suction and maneuverability are definitely a big improvement over the vacuum cleaner that I have been using. I also love that I no longer need to worry about tripping over the cord while I’m vacuuming! I do believe after just a couple of weeks, my carpeting looks better. That was a bonus that I hadn’t thought about!

I bought the V9 two weeks ago and have been happy with it overall. It’s very lightweight and surprisingly quiet. The battery only lasts about 20–30 minutes, but that hasn’t been a problem for me since I mainly use it in the bedroom suites. It’s convenient and easy to handle for light cleaning. One thing to note is that the “submarine” function is basically just a wet mop, so don’t expect deep scrubbing. I understand that it is a trade-off for the lightweight, so I give it 5 stars.
