Q: What is the difference in the 2 10 x 12's? I see the question for the larger ones, but the weight is very soften on the 10 x 12. Also do they both have the gutter system or just the 1?

Q: What’s the difference between the two 10x20’s besides the extra $100? I am asking because I do not see a difference besides the weight, the one for $1199 is 470lbs while the one for $1299 is 411lbs. Thanks

Ordered several days ago on sale then order was cancelled due to item out of stock. Even though target website says still available but not at the original sale price. Beware of the bait and switch on this one. Shuffled work days around to have the day after delivery for assembly and cancellation happened. So wasted day off and scrambling to find replacement option from a. Reputable seller.

Appearance is very nice! a few things on the instructions had us unbolting and redoing it, but it wasn't a big deal. Very nice drapes and screens and instructions were very clear to follow.
