It didn’t have the authentic taste, however the versatility of the product is great and it is easy to add into any meal of choice. The texture is fine, just like that of any other sauce, and the aftertaste is a bit more gingery than expected.

Easy to prepare-we browned some chicken and added lots of veggies n some chickpeas. Served over rice with some naan and done, dinner is served that didn’t take a long time to make. The sauce was very flavorful, well balanced and perfectly seasoned. It does say it’s medium spice but I would liked a bit more heat since I love spicy foods. Will definitely keep an eye out for this at a grocery store and look for other options from this brand.

It does have a somewhat gross gelatinous consistency when you first use it but once it heats up it’s fine. I did get a medium spice, though it very much was not spicy

It is spiced perfectly with the classic taste of tikka masala-warm, slightly smoky, and just the right amount of tang. I cut some chicken legs and thighs into pieces. I put the pieces in a bag and added the sauce. I let the chicken marinate over night in the refrigerate. The next day I cooked the chicken in the tikka masala sauce. It was quick and easy. Once the chicken was done cooking, I put the chicken and sauce over rice. It was really good and tasty. Some of my family had never had anything like this, but everyone ate it up! If you’re looking for a quick tasty meal, this is it-pour, marinate, simmer, eat. This is a great way to enjoy a comfortable meal at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste wise, this masala was really good. I made some rice, veggies & ground beef. I browned the beef, then added the sauce, then poured it over the veggies & rice. Again flavor is really good. I knocked off a start because it is made with canola oil which is a very cheap & bad for you oil. Not oil is it made with canola, but its like the 2nd ingredient on the list. Even though I enjoyed the taste, its not something I would buy often because of the bad quality oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! Talk about a flavor bomb. This Tikka Masala simmer sauce by Tasty Bite is delicious. It tastes better than I've had from restaurants. Very fresh tasting for a jarred sauce. Bold spices, rich flavor. It's a creamy tomato sauce base. It even has a bit of heat on the backend. I made mine with chicken. Instead of rice, I saw a lady on TikTok use spinach and mozzarella tortellini, so I gave it a try. So good! It made a perfect "vehicle" for this delicious Tikka Masala sauce. This may be my new favorite way of having it. This is definitely my new favorite sauce.

I pan seared some chicken thighs seasoned with garlic and paprika then added the simmer sauce. The sauce starts a lighter color but as it simmers the color Richie s and the flavors enhances. You can taste the quality ingredients used in the sauce and served it with cilantro rice and a drizzle of hot honey for added sweetness. Phenomenal!

It has no artificial colors or flavors. I used this on some chicken and vegetables but it would also be great in some tofu or fish. This one’s a winner

Well, I am happy to say my repertoire has expanded thanks to Influenster and Tasty Bites sending me Tikka Masala simmer sauce for free in exchange for my honest review. This sauce has a complex savory flavor with just a bit of heat that paired wonderfully with chicken breast, bell pepper and onion. My family enjoyed this simple meal and I will definitely make it again.

I actually made some stir fry onion chicken and added this sauce to eat with rice, I think it was a perfect match. Normally I like to add some water to simmer down the sauce, but I don’t think you need to with this. It’s suitable for a fast meal and very convenient. I actually think it would be perfect for dipping bread or making special flavor bruschetta? Overall a great convenient tasty sauce.

It went great with chicken and would likely also work with other proteins.
