Snazzy but Curly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the muted tones and composition of the graphics. These rugs are inexpensive and even “light weight” plastic fibers. Hopefully recycled content? .” You can probably hose these down if they get too dirty. The rug arrives rolled up. The curled edges do not flatten out. Once laid down, I keep tripping over the curled up ends. Advice?

Terrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time buying a rug from this place and the quality is so bad. It literally won’t lay flat, it’s so rough, impossible to keep it clean. The return fee is also big so i am unable to return it right now. Also the color is different. It’s a lot more grey than in the photos.

Tripping hazard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We apparently made a bad decision. While the fabric is comfortable to walk on and the pattern and the coloring is beautiful, the material is so thin that whenever it rains the ends of carpet roll up a little bit and they become a little bit of a tripping hazard. The rugs are not in the direct rain but they receive some overspray. Very disappointing and very dangerous working with rugs USA right now to see if we can get the same pattern in a thicker material or if they will just refund money on these rugs so we can buy a couple of new ones. Stay tuned

Awful Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug looks like it needs to be flipped over, the background looks like the backing. It is varying shades of pale blue and lavender, maybe a hint of gray. Extremely stiff as well. Worst rug purchase I have ever made. The absolute worst part is I can find nowhere on the RUGS USA website to start a return. Never again will I purchase from RUGS USA.
