Love the size and color

I was disappointed i thought that there were pockets or some type or pouches inside the bag, which there isn't. I was also surprised it was heavier than I expected.

The bag is good quality but the aggravation dealing with their customer service is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Anticipate waiting about 3 weeks for the item to ship. I had numerous messages from them saying the item would ship on a particular day & when I'd follow up 2-3 days later, would learn it didn't ship. I'd again be told it would ship on a particular day only to follow up a few days later since I wasn't receiving updates. Even after waiting weeks & it not shipping, there is no option to cancel the order. I'd like the products but will never shop with Vera Bradley again.

The size measurements are incorrect and this doesn't always fit as a carry on.

While I have not used this yet, I bought it for a cruise, and hoping it provides enough room for what I plan to take. My plan is to use it as a carry-on. The quality if great and it's really pretty. I'll have to keep an eye on it, so no one "walks away with it", it's do nice. I do wish is had one more pocket on the outside.

I wanted something that would last. I travel internationally regularly and check luggage. I needed something that could be a shoulder bag to go on top of my luggage but also wheels so that I didn't have to lug a carry on through the airport on my shoulder. Vera Bradley is one of the most durable brand I've ever had- still have my highschool backpack from 2014. I only wish more items were offered in plain black like this rolling carryons.

Love, love, love this carry on! I've not used it on the plane yet but used it for a road trip. Easier than a bag that I have to carry. I am older and can't carry lots of weight. So rolling behind me is perfect. It really hold lots of stuff. I was surprised at how much it holds. There is a zippered section at one end that held 2 pair of shoes. I would buy this again.

Good basic duffle on wheels. Convenient and is roomy.

Absolutely love this bag. Holds so much and the compartment on top is great for shoes. Rolls well too. Two small complaints. Like some other reviews have said, the snap across the handles does not stay shut. However to get around this problem I simply put a luggage tag around the handles to hold them together. Other small issue is if the bag is really full then it is hard to put the flap over the pull handle. Other than those two minor inconveniences the bag is great! Love the blue pattern. Have several other items including my wallet that are the same!

I bought this to carry on my next flight so I don't have to check my luggage.
