two scoops the size of 1/4 teaspoon
Do you remember when Raisin Brand said two scoops. And more likely than not you had to add two scoops just to make it look better, taste better and be better. This is how I feel about the cereal. Powder coated corn flakes? That's ridiculous, I haven't been disappointed in a cereal in a long time and this one takes the cake. Might as well add cake to this smorgasbord. Or for that matter make it a holiday blend because of all the partridges and pear trees that are in this cereal.

Surprisingly good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were surprisingly tasty! My 9 year old and I both thoroughly enjoyed these which is nice because I know he's getting a slightly healthier cereal than his normal sugary stuff. We will definitely purchase these again in the future. I'd recommend having your kids try these for a healthier breakfast option.

It's a product my family really enjoy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this item for breakfast and sometimes I would take a handful to snack on throughout the day. I really enjoyed that. I did not leave a nasty after taste in my mouth like most chocolate flavored cereal out there overall I really enjoyed this cereal.

A Bit of an Overkill
This cereal is really more about getting chocolate lovers to eat Honey Bunches of Oats cereal than it is getting Honey Bunches of Oats cereal lovers to eat chocolate. It was just like pouring cocolate milk over a regular bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats.

Chocolate Comes Right Off
The chocolate comes right off the flake as soon as you pour milk on it. It should be actual chocolate flakes, not just a chocolate coating. Post missed the mark with this one.

Awful after taste
Regular HBoO is one of my all time favorite cereals so I was excited to try the new chocolate version. Tried it for the first time tonight. I took two bites and poured the rest down the garbage disposal. The taste was artificial and left a coating in my mouth with a terrible after taste. Needless to say if I could return it I would. So disappointing.

Delicious!

The chocolate is not overpowering but does provide the right level of sweetness. I also really love the taste it infuses into the milk! It's also really versatile — I've enjoyed it not just for breakfast but it's a great addition to yogurt bowls and ice cream!

My perfect cereal
This was delicious as a bowl of cereal. I love the familiar honey bunches crunch, but with a perfectly chocolate flavor. I can't wait to try this as granola in my favorite vanilla yogurt!

Filling cereal

An adult alternative to the heavy chocolate flavored cereals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aroma 3/5 - When i first opened the bag, it gave a mild chocolate and butter scent. Didnt come off too strong or weak but also didnt give me a need to immediately consume this cereal. Taste w/ milk 4/5 - The taste is better than the aroma. The chocolate taste is not very pungent and has a good amount of sweetness. The chocolate clusters gave a good punch of flavor that mixed in well with the less chocolatey flakes. Texture 3.5/5 - The texture feels a little on the harder side at first, but it gets to a good amount of slight soggyness after 2-3 min.

A hit for my household
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We normally get Honey Bunches of Oats with almonds and love it and this version is just as good. We love chocolate in our home so this makes it even better. We ate the whole box in matter of a few days. It isn't too sweet and we get to satisfy our sugar craving with something other than donuts or other sugary sweets.

Great taste

Has the right amount of chocolate without being too sweet. My favorite part is the clusters. It makes a great snack even on its own without milk. When mixed with milk I like that it leaves chocolate milk behind. I love trying new varieties of cereal & this did not disappoint.

Nice and Chocolatey - Good as a granola

I preferred it as a topping to yogurt-- made it taste like an sundae without the guilt. I got this as a sample but would totally buy again.
