A: Thanks for asking about our Calming Moisture Body Wash. Turn the pump closure clockwise so that it's tight against the bottle. Then, turn the pump head counterclockwise. The pump should then pop up. Once it pops up, begin pumping. It may take a few pumps for the product to begin dispensing - we hope this helps!

It only takes a small amount to lather up and cleanse the entire body. The scent is pleasant while using the wash but is not heavy on your skin after showering. The bonus is that it has retinol, so my scarring is slightly lightening up. I also use the Soothing Relief body wash, so I have been using them interchangeably. It produces a lot of lather, and feels luxurious while you use it. It also smells soooo good, and the fragrance doesn’t irritate my skin so far.

It has 3% renewing serum with retinol and chamomile an you can feel it. After waking up in the morning your skin does feel more renewed and hydrated.
